This is not LoL or DotA2, this is GW2. All I can say is LTP issues. If you see someone going to attack the NPC, stop attacking the boss and focus the player.

Some of you probably know me, I lived in Dubai for about 8 years (therefore making it easy for me to play with EU players).

I’m currently on Desolation, and I don’t really want to move to NA, as I’ve got many friends on this server.

I am currently looking for a team, I have played GW2 since launch. I have been in the top 50 before (about a year ago). I don’t play much tPvP anymore as I now officially live in New Zealand and have timezone difficulties.

If I am to join a team, I would like to be around my timezone which is GMT +12?

What have I achieved in the game PvP wise? Well I’ll let the screen shot do the talking.

I am a multi-class player I have 8 champion titles, and I can play all classes at a high competitive level.

Basically, I’m looking for a serious team (no new players please) around my time zone. I don’t mind doing a trial or anything like that.

Still getting noobs when they QQ that “oh you failed only 40 as a thief” please remove the points as they still think they mean something.

If your a Mesmer and lets say you just cast “4” on your GS skill and your enemy jumps in the air the clone will be in the air.

The “jump” is not a normal jump. It’s the one for example the Ranger “2” or the Engi “5” on Rife.

Says something, well at least 70% of them. I like to play other classes to, as I am nearly 7/8 champion titles.

ArenaNet, how do you want us to play competitively if you match making system is crap?

Hi, just a quick suggestion for blocking players (pointing at you gold sellers). If we block a player, can you please make it that all there whispers that a current get wiped off the screen instead of staying there?

It doesn’t matter if you outplay them, but that feeling you get when you pull 2 players into the hole.

If you’re a collector, you can also pad out your wardrobe by unlocking every single T3 Cultural Weapon. At 63k karma each, it’ll take you almost 6 million karma to get every single one.

I have a severe case of Packrattus Extremus and tend to hold on to stuff from events instead of opening them.
There is an egg collection in there and am still sad that my “Tassi’s relay golem” said poof when I recently tried to use it it used to spawn the golem which then had a small spoken dialog.
Still, Im not rich though

How are Skill points Gold?

transmute t1 -> t2 mats (finematerial, wood, cloth, ores, leather)
you need 1 philospher stone per trans and you get 10 phil stones per skill point

you just need to find the material with biggest difference (t1 to t2) in tradepost for most profit

1g or more is normal per skillpoint (10 transmutations)

Interesting, will try that. Considering I have like 100 skill points.

Well i think it’s pretty good for those exploiting it…

You can’t exploit, if you know where to stand as a thief and use the scorpion wire. Mesmer’s are pretty straight forward, focus 4 down on platform move on it then activate it. Necros just fear, Warriors can fear also. Guardians hammer 4, Rangers longbow/pet fear and Engis are pretty straight forward.

So I currently have 4.5m Karma, and wondering what to do with it. Now I don’t want to craft a legendary until I get a precursor from a drop (maybe in the next 10 years), but what other use can I use it for in terms of making money maybe?

Oh I forgot to mention, when I said go cap he purposely stood next to me at middle point.

So, we started the match everyone loaded and everything. I see everyone moving on the map except the necro, he finally becomes alive and moves.

We lost both the points at the start, but we won middle. Then we had about 3 of our players in the middle, therefore I write “omg go cap” then the necro thinks I’m directing it specifically at him, and he blows up resulting in him ALT F4 because I can’t handle a bit of banter.

So today I experienced level 49 fractals with Mai Trin as the last boss. Having beat her several times before the patch, I officially now have to say she is overpowered.

My team consisted of me: Thief, Guardian, Mesmer, Warrior, and Ele.

The whole fractal took us around 3hr30min, 70% of that time was spent on Mai Trin.

What I ended up doing, spending 10 revival orbs (which areanet likes, and I have to buy more). Changing my build over 6 times, finally ended on 0,0,30,30,10.

Rewards? I got nothing from the daily chest, so in another words I wasted 3 hours of my time for nothing.

What needs to be done? Nerf Mia Trins teleport shot, as it hits me for 8.4k x2 (i’m a theif) and then bleeds to follow up, so basically if I fail to dodge or evade her shot, I’m instantly dead, and the same goes for most classes.

OR

You can use the same game mechanic you do for the elemental boss, where if we wipe the HP of the boss stays the same.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions on how to play, the thing is I know what to do, even if I go off point to hide etc, me myself as a guardian can’t do crap if I’m a bunker, I’m not even standing in the wells. @manveruppd, I was actually soaking all those hits up and healing at the same time, now imagine me being a Thief or a Mesmer for example.

There was a necro who used his elite, he pressed 1 a lot and you seem to have taken every hit.
Then there’s a second necro who uses a dagger but does really low damage with it (maybe a hybrid build).

So… how is this Lich Form damage unusual? And what have thieves got to do with it?

Name me another class, who’s elite can basically one shot players? If you didn’t understand my whole question, I am using the term Thieves to exaggerate my point in a way it makes sense to what I’m talking about.

Pointing at you Arenanet, do you have any advice to your customers/players who are addicted to your game, but its got to a point where its to much?

So I’m a pretty good Guardian I must admit, I can 1v1 without any class dying for a good duration. Though when it comes to me facing a POWER spec Necro its a different story, I get POPPED very quickly, which obviously means there is something wrong or in other words OVERPOWERED.

Your recent hot fix states that you have fixed many lags on some maps, what about your actual server?

Everything else on my laptop is working fine even other games, just GW2.
