Considering that GW2’s world is distinctively not steampunk, I’d be surprised to see steampunk elements in it. Even the Charr, who probably come close to a steampunk aesthetic are much more heavy industry themed. Not all industrial revolution fantasy settings have to be steampunk settings and I am actually very happy to see a different twist on objects that are typically used in steampunk settings.
In other words, you seem to be looking for something that is not part of the GW2 world as it seems to be intended form a visual side.

Ok, the Charr race is the race of Engineers and they have something closer to Steampunk. But only the city? Where’s the Engineers armor then?

Im totally agree with you, the females with Medium armor looks so hot and i dont like it… that broke the lore of the game…

Can you tell me what armor is not for Thieves or Ninja ? except Longcoats?
Maybe 3 or 4 armors dont looks great for a Thieves, but what’s about Engineer?

Im playing Engineer, and i saw all Medium Armors in the game.
Where are the Steampunk look for engineers?
Im tired to try combinations to make my Engineer look like Engineer, but every Medium armor of this game, look for Thief or Ranger.

It’s not Heartseeker per say people have a problem with.

It’s the fact that they get spammed to death by a single ability. It just looks very cheesy.

ANet isn’t going to add cooldowns to Thieves…that goes against the entire Initiative system (flawed as it is).

I think they should just change the ability, not making it “seeking”. It could probably work the same way but it would feel less cheesy, which is really where all the Heartseeker hate comes from.

Where you saw ANet will add a CD to Thieves? can you share to us that info?

If arena net want to do something about colours… stay with the enemy colour (red or blue) but dont change OUR colours T_T

Remove the Initiative regeneration and make it rechage with HITS or Combo.
Its easy, and they can be an awesome character with a lot of versatility

with that high comunity of Thief+Mesmer… i dont know what to think about it…

The point is, there are so many Mesmer/Thieves because is easy to kill with it.
You dont need a high skill to do something like a Engineer or Ranger

the only class can be a “bunker” is the guardian, you can be a holder with great survivality and damage to kill your enemy at longer time.

i think the colour of the teams in pvp is for blinded people who dont know what’s his team

this is the 1st game i see with coloured system in the cloth to know what’s your team x’ D

Yes, is very close to add paid tournaments.
Right now is very poor the balance system between clases in Free Tournament, but i dont know about bugs, i only know 1:

If you are engineer and you pick up the trebuchet repair kit, and then you use a engineer kit, the trebuchet repair kit is not droped and you get a permanent bug with the logo of trebuchet repair kit included defeated.

In PvE you can see the lvl of the people (Like lvl 13, 25, 38…etc)
Why not you add a system of Rank like PvE in sPvP ?

For example if im Rank 15, and i want to find a people with my same rank or highes, i wont to spam the chat looking for.

I took a break for about a month, thinking that by the time I come back they will have made some effort to balance PvP, especially thieves.

First game I join, was fighting a decent 1v1 vs a guardian, then bam – instantly downed, with no one but guardian around me. Thief appears and I get stomped. Backstab about 10k in 1 hit.

I alt-F4’d immediately. Think I’ll give it a few more months.

You can be killed and stomped by Thief and you cant see him….
WTF?! Stomp/Resurrection in stealth….. great balance…..
