Well.. some people can do both you know….

Skills not firing when pressed even tho’ there’s no apparent reason why they shouldn’t, usually when you most need them to.

Most often seems to happen in wvwvw but also happens in PvE.

Must’ve been mentioned somewhere before I’m sure, but so many posts & having just died again when I don’t think I should have (in PvE story mission that I’m well overlevelled for) just had to get it off my chest here.

Anyone else feels this happens too often?

Has been (just after) 1am so now should be 12 am.

I think their intention was to have matches reset on Friday afternoons.

Only for US

EU matches start 1am Saturday allowing US to cap the whole maps before EU wakes up.

When there is a queue there is a downside to doing it, the wait.

But the lack of satisfaction of being deprived of a kill is really kitten!

Unsure about this myself & have 1500 kills so far in wvw.

Do you have to spike ’em for it to count?

1pm in the middle of the week is not EU primetime.

A lot better than 1am (Saturday) as is at present.. :P

Which is 5pm(Friday) US .. go figure…

EU servers wake up already behind (the eight ball) as I’ve said before..

I have 272 deaths (mine) & over 1500 kills.

So better than 5:1 ratio.

surely that ratio is best to determine your overall worth in wvw?

It should be every 3 & a half days.

That way EU servers could start matches during their prime time instead of always during US prime time….

There is a HUGE issue with the difference in time zones!

Reset for US is 5pm Friday. Prime time for US players.

Reset for EU is 1am Saturday. Prime time for US players, when most EU is asleep.

EU servers wake up to start a new match already too far behind ( the eight ball) to have any chance of catching up. Week after week after week.

Thing is because of the time of reset in EU compared to US (1am Sat compared to 5pm Fri) most EU servers without US nightcappers wake up to start a new match already shafted..

hmm.. Paws for thought there…

“Personally I think Friday is a great day. It works because its the beginning of the weekend in NA and for overseas its Saturday night, so its a good time when everyone has a chance to hunker down and play video games.

The first couple of nights are crucial in the WvW match, so it makes sense to have the reset coincide with when most people are available to play seriously for a good amount of time."

For UK reset is 1am Saturday & would be later for rest of Europe. Which means our server, which doesn’t have much of a night crew, invariably wakes up at the start of a new week last in the rankings by too great a margin to catch up.

Unsurprisingly fewer & fewer players show up each week… :P

Exactly not.

With free transfers the match-ups are not, necessarily, against the servers/players you were matched with.

Shame, but only time will tell.
