Weapons of the Sunless (from Teq) and Fractal skins can’t be bought from the Trading Post. However, there are many complaints that acquiring these skins relies too heavily on RNG where you may have killed Teq 300 times and got nothing or ran 1000 Fractals and received 10 Fractal Harpoons instead of the Fractal Sword you’re wanting.

So on one hand, you have legendaries which are a lot more common than their name suggests but everyone can get one with a bit of grind. On the other hand, you have weapon skins which are reasonably rare but requires the blessing of the RNG gods.

The solution lies within a middle ground between these two extremes. Perhaps, offer some suggestions for ArenaNet?

I agree with this. Existing players creating alts may be able to grind through it reluctantly but I think the players most affected by this would be new players to the game. I remember when I was first leveling my main character, putting points in the trait lines, even though it contributed in the most minor of ways, but it was exciting nonetheless. I can’t imagine as a new player having to wait 30 levels to put my first trait point.

I would suggest the system check for duplicate weapons in every player’s account and unbind all but one (akin to what is being done for duplicate dyes). This then leaves the choice to the player whether they want to re-equip it or sell it on the Trading Post. I don’t mention only legendaries specifically because there are some rather expensive exotics out there (Mjolnir and Infinite Light come to mind). I’d imagine these cases to be the minority as a very select few can afford to buy more than one of the same expensive items, but something must be done for them nevertheless.

Apart from that, it is overwhelmingly a positive change for the majority of players in Guild Wars 2.

I don’t bother too much about some of the stuff that has been introduced (except the wallet – that was a nice touch), but this is one of the best changes I’ve seen so far and will keep me playing the game for a long time.

Keep up the good work, ArenaNet.

Speculation: Not much profit to be made unless of course you want to donate your hard-earned money to the flippers who bought early and are now trying to offload at a significant profit margin.

Conclusion: Use some common sense.

What’s more interesting for me is whether any silver league servers can replicate what YB and Ebay did to SBI last season. Both servers placed higher than predicted due to opportunistic double-teaming. I’d like to see that happen again this time around just to shake things up a bit.

Hey ArenaNet don’t go back on your word, I want Bifrost skin on all my characters!!

You will have one legendary Bifrost and 3 Bifrost clones. The one thing that I do like is taking ascended weapons and making them legendary.

Yeah one Bifrost made in USA, 3 Bifrosts made in China. haha.

I already unlock all common and uncommon last year for 5 characters.
I do it for fun and also it was so cheap (about 4 or 5 gold for one character).

Rallybot is what make me able to 5 v 15 easily.

Too many brainless noobs in this game for unofficial alliance to work often.
I play many RvR games before and the two smaller realm always attack the big dog.
But majority GW2 player are casual carebear and have no skill so they go for easier target.

All who cannot enter TC, transfer into SoS now and bring them glory!

Quick everyone transfer to TC before price go up from 1800 to 2400 gems.
They have highest chance to win Season 2 and server not even full, what a good deal!

This is actually very simple problem to fix.
Delete ranger class because pet is too OP.

You can use it to karma train and farm easy loot bag (PvE players).
But it is very boring, after 1 hour of no challenge, I prefer roam in borderlands.
Basically, it is good because it keep all the PvE players on this map and stop them being rallybot in real WvW.

You want to jump into WvW any time of day and find action on all three sides.
In this matter, I recommend any T1 server but choose TC if you like to help underdog.
T2 don’t suit you because the servers there still have some coverage gap if compared to T1.

That is misguided propaganda to recruit for dying server.
Truth is that SBI is a sinking ship and mass exodus is happening.
All good guild groups that carry SBI to T3 are not there anymore.
Rest of server are average skill guilds and fairweather pug players.
If you don’t want to be drag down to T4 or T5, it is time to abandon ship.

I am saying this for benefit of some skilled players still on SBI for loyalty.
No use to waste your time and talent in a fairweather pug server.
I suggest if you are not NA, you can move to Maguuma or FA.
And if you are NA, you can move to SoS or Dragonbrand.
All the server I mentioned have good skill groups.

They can lose to Dragonbrand and Borlis Pass?
I heard some of their guilds disband or transfer away.
It is time they drop back down to T4 or T5 where they belong.
Remaining guilds should also transfer away, maybe to FA or Maguuma.
Then T2 can be more competitive, no use to stay on dying server anyway.

Which NA servers have highest EU coverage?
I play during EU but my server has no EU coverage.
I’m kittening sick and tired of getting stomped non-stop.
EU servers are not an option as friends are all in NA servers.
I don’t care if the server has no NA, SEA or Oceanic coverage.
