I also dislike seeing the open world empty, so I think these ideas are wonderful. While I understand why people spend most of their PvE time in either low level or high level areas, I think some reasons to get more people in the mid level areas would help the game overall. Perhaps making it more efficient to turn mid tier mats into higher tier, although still at a rate that you should be able to gather the higher tier ones faster by direct drops, but in such a way that it is not more expensive to transmute them to a higher level.

Lone Post is also a good farm for T6.

Why not?
Transport service. Have some guys rotate and do this on a daily basis 24/7. Rules are simple. You get the loot, the mezz gets the siege(which he then gives to a commander).
ALso, a mezz can do the JP, then wait there till the big zerg got time… Whole zerg makes JP in 3 minutes flat.

Am I missing something? I assume you mean the seige out of the chest, but all of what I have gotten is listed as soulbound. I would love to be able to put it all on one toon.

I have had good results with my engine dropping turrets in the area that the nobles will spawn. Ranger traps should also work and if some watches will give a little warning on the spawn.
