I ask myself why I just wasted my coin. I certainly will not do it again, there is little point.

Why did I waste a couple hours in WvWvW last night? In that time I got 3 badges, wasted a little over a gold on upgrades (a lot for a leveling player), and wasted time I could have spent leveling and working on things that are more lasting.

This makes everything that takes place in between meaningless for the most part.

This just adds another log onto the “why am I here” fire.

I would compare it to a movie that I go see. It is enjoyable for a couple hours but I am not going to pay full price to go see it again. I already know the ending.

It sounds to me like you have already made up your mind. If you don’t enjoy WvW, don’t do it. It happens to be my favorite part of the game. Do I get rich with pretend money? No, but my toon is in full exotic gear (obtained completely through my WvW efforts) plus I have plenty of money for siege, repair bills, consumables and upgrades. I’m not sure what you want people to tell you here. If you don’t like something don’t do it!

You guys used to give me fits. I had more repairs bills to thieves when I first started than any other class. Now that I am a full toughness build not so much anymore, but ya’ll do make for some interesting fights!

Making supply camps easier to defend is the solution. My guild and I spent quite a bit of gold upgrading one of the supply camps feeding Hills. We left a small group to defend with ballistas and arrow carts and had another small group escorting yaks. We finally got everything upgraded and then it was wiped out in a matter of seconds when the zergfest/karma train rolled through.

At least let us pay for an upgrade that allows us to add a gate/wall around the camp. Of course someone would have to man to gate to let the yaks through, but at least there would be an opportunity to defend a strategic location. I mean why should 1 or 2 people be able to be able to cap a fully upgraded supply camp?

DB envy!

I am not a commander, nor do I want to be, but I contribute quite a bit of gold to upgrades and siege placement. I don’t do it for kudos or recognition but because I personally want to help with a certain objective. If your objective is to make gold then I say do whatever you want with your siege.

It doesn’t matter if you fellas argue…your off prime time presence will carry you. No skill required from the NA DB folks. No coordination nothing. Just go out die over and over again. Zerg hard and be rewarded when ya wake up in the morning for being horrible.

Its a lovely arrangement IMHO and y’all should honestly have the highest roaming/solo population since your oceanic slot is golden……..

Most fun I’ve had in weeks!

It is more than likely your graphics capabilities. I have an average desktop that was terrible in WvW. I upgraded my graphics card and it runs a lot better now. I still get laggy if I try to run on high quality but it performs good with mid range settings. Before I upgraded the GPU WvW was completely unplayable using the built in graphics on the motherboard.

The funny thing is everyone was hanging out, dueling 1v1, costume brawling, enjoying the fireworks, feasting at the banquet table, partaking in the keg, playing with the boxes of fun and just having an enjoyable New Years together. There were folks from both DB and BP, maybe even a DH or two all hanging out and having a right merry celebration and then Plok, in all his anger and bitterness, charges in swinging his sword and ruins all the fun. He got what was coming to him!

No wonder it seems like BP is getting focused from both sides. You guys freaking hang out together!
