Flying in DBL would be a pretty interesting idea but I only have basic gliding unlocked. It would completely suck to have to go back to PVE to unlock all the advanced gliding techniques.. I honestly don’t have the time.

I was looking for a quality headset but couldn’t decide on which one to buy so I got a $35 cheapo set just to get me by. It is pretty comfortable, has decent enough audio and has been going strong for 3 years now. I’m pretty sure the brand name was Sentey. There are much better headsets out there but so far I have been pretty impressed for the price.

f2p accounts cannot enter WvW until level 60. Seems like a lot of work just to be able to troll.

I would be for it as long as people have the ability to turn it off like the other chat channels.

I personally use Marauders armor with all zerk weapons/trinkets, the extra vitality from Marauders comes in handy against condi buids. I also use Superior Runes of Durability for extra survivability. I usually solo roam using GS Mace/Shield, switching defense traits from dogged march to shield master and tactics trait from destruction of empowered to brawlers recovery for the extra condi cleanse. I’m just an average player but win the majority of my 1vs1 encounters, only losing to really good players. I can also switch those two traits back and equip my hammer and contribute to a zerg fight as well using a variation the metabattle DPS Berserker build.

I’ll also add that I have been playing warrior main since launch so I can run pretty squishy and still have quite a bit of survivability. You may want to start with tankier stats and opt to add more offensive stats as you get more familiar playing warrior.

You can get some pretty decent builds at “http://metabattle.com/wiki/Warrior”. The DPS berserker build is a good start. It is pretty solid for zerg fights and if you are roaming you can drop hammer for either axe/shield or mace/shield and change a couple of traits and you are good to go. Modify your armor/trinkets to get the survivability that you need.

I kicked a chicken for 10 minutes yesterday and nothing happened. Pretty sure the achievement is bugged.

Desert BL is much better with this update. I think this patch was a very positive improvement and shows that devs are listening to the players. The Alpine map was fun when it was new but it got old and tired at the end. I think most of the people that want it back will actually be disappointed if it ever returns. I am personally having a ton of fun on the new maps and with the upcoming population matching it will only get better.

Yep, pretty much why I’m playing less and less everyday. Pretty bad business move by Anet considering I’ve bought quite a few gems in the past for server transfers and to supplement my WvW poverty.

I’m on a T2 server and it’s dead here as well. Last night at 10 EST on reset night and not a queue on a single BL.

Hey Norn, Cleetus here. I just moved down to T4 a few days ago and during off hours it is pretty quite. It’s definitely less blobby then T2 but you might have to look harder to find fights. During NA prime it’s busier but also more likely to get blobbed. Message me online if you want details.

I think you need to keep your ego in check. Don’t say it took 4-5 bp guilds to wipe u. Krew smushed ROT all night on reset. You guys gave us fun fights and kept coming back but don’t sit here and claim stuff that is not true. We wiped u all 10-12 times throughout the night and eventually you guys sat behind the KT zerg. Please keep yourself in check……..should have known that was to be expected from TC’ers.

I do understand it. I really do. Back when we were on DR there was a month or so that we had a server spy for some apparent reason that would report wherever our commanders were and such. Don’t know if it ever got to the point of massive amounts of treb building, but I can imagine the frustration. I just find it silly to blame an entire server for it. I don’t condone it and know nothing about it, but I do wish the people on our server that are doing it would stop, as it’s giving the rest of us a bad name.

I know I don’t blame your entire server. I actually feel sorry for you guys. No matter if you pull off the win it be a hollow victory. You guys could play the match of your life and the only thing your opponents will remember is how there was a cheater burning supply, making it almost impossible to defend. It’s really unfair to all three servers…

Chris, please explain what you mean. I assume you’re saying you don’t want them pushing for all 3 buffs during a gvg? Some of them are in Borlis Brawlers, I’m sure I can make it happen.

I wasn’t casting aspersions, just observing their zeal to obtain them. However that’s good to know and hopefully someone will take you up on it.

Krew really isn’t interested in obtaining the bloodlust buffs, we play for the fights and that area is just a target rich environment. Martin is right, most of us would probably be at the GvG anyway.

Lol we can say the same for you. We started laugh battles at one of your warriors because he started it after 3v1ing one of our guys :P Sorry if that offended you.

Actually, I was that warrior and the laugh battle started when five of you guys killed me as I was running solo between Garrison and West Camp, then the light armor squire (can’t remember the class) laughed.

Trust me no feelings were hurt and no offense was taken, it was all in good fun. I just repaid the favor when I spiked the same player at water camp, but it was not a 3 vs. 1 lopsided battle. We had wiped quite a few of your guys outside the camp and the rest ran away, but I was not going to let my laughing friend escape so easily.

So technically you guys started the laughing battle earlier in the night, we just finished it. Once again no hard feelings and hopefully we see you guys again tonight. It was some fun fights and I could use the extra bags.
