I created a new character post patch and have reached level 6.

I got a message for the level 6 rewards, but the accept button is shaded out, so I can not accept it.

When hitting level 7 not only am I still not able to accept the level 6 rewards, but am not receiving the level 7 reward icon at all.
It did unlock the level 7 rewards (like off hand weapon and weapon 4 skill + poi’s), but no armor or whatever other rewards are for that level.

Logging out and back in does not solve the problem, nor does going to another map.
My husband has the same problem on his character.

I have already filed an in game bug report, but has anyone else encountered this?

What do I do with in game mails like these. I’ve already reported it as spam, but can I do anything else with it?

Both my friend and I received the same one.

Got a very similar message today, as did my friend. They’re back…

Not having that option and having to stash everything in your bank, also means you’re likely to spend gems to buy more bank slots.
