Congrats on taking four hours to accomplish that. But seriously, we were getting bored, I left before I heard DR started attacking the rams in the middle of the camp and actually getting somewhere. Speaking of which!

So you’re basically upset about not getting something out of a lottery system? Okay lol.
I’ve made this argument before, anybody is capable of the critical thinking to tell that the boxes are a lottery system. The only person who is at fault for you wasting your money on something you didn’t get from a lottery system is you.

Server transfers are what happens in WvW, they are a now a vital part of it and that’s a fact. Complaining that it’s “not fair” will not get you anything. If it’s THAT important too you to not get destroyed in lower tiers by server transfers, then you should transfer to a server that’s not in the lowest tiers.

If a day ever comes were your server gets a massive/many transfers, I doubt you’ll be complaining that it’s “unfair”

Most of the people in this thread aren’t complaining – in fact, far from it.

I was responding to the people in the thread who were calling it unfair and were saying it wasn’t fun. Seems like complaining to me.

One of the main points of WvW is to have large groups of people fighting other large groups of people. Yes, it can be a mindless zerg, but that mindless zerg is often led by a commander who leads a large group of people to strategic advancement through strategic capturing of camps, towers, and keeps, most of which is only possible in large groups, often focusing at one task at a time. Portals work as intended as well.
This is a large part of WvW, this is how it was intended to work. If you don’t like this, then I suggest finding other ways to pass your time.

Um, not at all? Most people who aren’t playing mesmer and guardian (ex: me) seem to be having a fun time in WvW. Sure, it seems like it’s impossible at first, but through getting better with practice, it’s not hard to efficiently take part in WvW.

downed =/= death
reviving someone from being downed =/= resurrections
Just because you can’t handle the extra challenge of finishing a downed player in certain situations doesn’t mean it should be removed.

I’m not happy about being dropped to T5, but at least I won’t have to see as much EB in the forums for, hopefully, weeks.

This is literally one of the most infuriating things I’ve ever read. This may be a legit complaint in some other field, but not this one. For one, you aren’t drastically set behind in your progress on the game just because you can’t do the Wintersday Jump Puzzle. It doesn’t give some extra-super special reward that enhances your gameplay in any way. I’m a casual player like you and I didn’t find this to be too challenging. Just because you and a number of other players found this too difficult doesn’t mean everyone else did. Seriously, the “catering to elite players” excuse is getting so annoying, and it’s clearly used by people who want to blame their own failure in skill on the development on the game whether they know it or not.
