Just started a new character, a Charr, on March 7th, right after the recent update.
I am in my personal story called ‘The Tribune’s Call’ where I have to follow two Flame Legion Charr while stealthed by a nearby NPC. After the two NPC’s reach the bottom of the ramp leading out of the pub, they stop and become stuck on each other. I have restarted the instance three times and every time I get the same results.
I have tried talking to NPC’s and anything else to try to get these two moving.
Anyone else having this issue? I cannot advance in my story.

Though not a difficult fight I agree on too high of an HP count making this fight monotonous.
A major gripe I have is when the pact loses the line and falls back to protect captain planet. The sounds of the NPC’s and enemies grunting and yelling needs to be toned down to fit the moment. The music score was great and how the sound effects were drowned out but you people should have at least lowered to volume of those darn moans.

Cannot start any personal story quests with a friend (their story, I’m helping). We have tried reforming a party and restarting the client but I still do not get any prompts to join him in his story – he just disappears and enters his story alone.

Players: 2 (two) myself, level 80 and my friend also a level 80
It seems as though a large number of other players in the same map are experiencing the same issue.

It seems like the skill point challenge north of Lamprey Grottoes is bugged. Many people in the zone cannot see or click on anything. People who have completed it in the past have said it’s a communing challenge at the tree’s.
Right now there is no option to commune, fight, or do anything pertaining to a skill point challenge.

I have only been using the rocket turret for it’s knock-down secondary.
I never use Healing Turret as Dwayna’s Blessing is strong self-heal and the utility that comes with it for the belt has a strong base heal with a great three second AoE regeneration.
Rifle Turret seems underpowered.
Flame Turret seems to fire too slow or has to be too close to the enemy. Being too close means the enemies slaughter the turret in X amount of hits. I understand there are traits to reduce turret damage by 30% or 40% but even with that trait active, my turrets bite the dust way too quickly.
Net Turret is useless in PvE – I can just use Net Shot on my rifle.
Thumper Turret. I just don’t know too much about it as I never loaded it.
As I type this I feel like the bomb and grenade kit with 30 in the explosive trait line is the way to go. Huge AoE DPS and their tool belt skills are much, much better than any of the turrets belt skills (talking about PvE, anyway).
