I hope this is a joke. When you are playing a fresh air zerker build the focus is crucial to staying alive. the projectile hate makes sure you dont get insta-gibbed at range.

That gw2wvw.net is some awesome kitten. Blob guilds blob together and outblob enemy PUG blob and then they whine that enemy using siege and defend keeps. Need to remember that they don’t care about PPT. Their guild blob just wanna fight against PUG blob even numbers because it’s not fun if you have even small chance to lose open field fight.

Well full burst is kind of easy avoid and shorter burst works only against glass cannons. It take some skill use these combos and actually keep up what enemy doing at the same time. Every player can learn these combos, but good player actually know when to dodge, when to cancel burst and how to stay alive. I usually burst and after that i look if enemy is dead. Usually enemy will block or evade whole kitten and i have only auto attack left. I have always find S/D survivability to be kind of bad, but i don’t know how to play and i don’t have any healing power.

It’s kind of lame fight against guilds in normal wvw because when you down some ele or necro inside guild blob he just get ressed. It’s pointless even try to kill heavies with couple friends because full berserkkers can’t hurt them. When you see guild group in EotM at least you can drop their players down. Guilds/blobs seems to be angry in EotM. You drop couple players down and they hunt you 2 hours.

You’re right they do need to balance EoTM
They can start by adjusting rewards. Removing WExp, Reducing exp gain by 33%, Reducing karma gain by 33% and by making it so you cannot join EoTM if you do not have Queues on all 4 maps so that the map is used as the overflow it’s supposed to be.
EotM is for players who like to fight. Normal maps for players who like to PPT. EotM is little bit like hot join. In hot join players fight and in unranked and ranked they sit inside circles. In HoT we finally get normal wvw map worth playing so maybe i play normal wvw then.

Warrior can’t really die. They have healing signet + huge amount hp and armor. You probably can’t even delete your warrior char if you try.

Except… in this specific case… Ultimate Dominator is actually in the right place. People got it, through playing WvW properly, as early as mid-2013. It’s definitely achievable and quite reasonably so, unlike most of the others.
In fact, that’s why people are farming it, and not any of the others. The title is actually in reach, and so some people will stoop to any means to get it.
Back then guilds farmed 100man blobs in certain ways 2years later people farm in os with certain ways. i see no diff just that everyone agrees on it… agrees to fight or agrees to die who cares. its just a title anyways.
You don’t see any difference? My IQ is little bit higher than ameebas and even i can understand difference.

It is the same thing with EOTM and wxp ranks. Some people are legitimate platinum and some are karma train platinum. One of these is tarnished.
My rank would be probably mithril something if i would have played normal wvw. Normal wvw i don’t waste time defending, but in EotM i often defend keep 4 hours because desolation upscaled wanna get xp. Defending is so much rewarding when enemy is desperate.

Funny part is that in wvw forum people seems to think that exploiting is ok and in PvE forum they don’t. I thought that these farmers were PvE players because it’s not hard job get ultimate dominator in wvw if you want it. PvE players seems to be much smarter than wvw players.

Anet should give players some way to farm achs point without doing any PvE. For example one wvw kill could give 10 points. That would ruin ach points too and we could laugh ach point farmers.

Or you get banned for abusing the report feature. This is the same as Skyhammer for PvP so nothing will happen.
Nah i get precursor because i make anet work easier. If i see bots running around in orr same route whole time i report them. Same thing in obsidian sanctum.

Low level killing has always been main point of PvP. This game need factions and there should be some way to kill low levels in PvE maps too.

Haha make heavies more naturally tanky. How to kitten you can make something more naturally tanky than warrior. I think that full berserkker warrior should have at least 3500 armor, +30k hp and healing signet should tic at least 1k/second without any healing power.

PPK problem is that players let blob guilds farm them. It’s much more entertaining make blob guilds bored. Go hit some tower and when blob guild come teleport away and continue doing this until they rage quit.

Permanent stability was actually possible during this time. The guild I was in actually used to run it, but we didn’t become good enough to really win hard fights until we reduced our guardian count from 3 to 2 per party and ran more dps. No one was ever being carried by stability, but scrubs now are being carried by line cc.If Anet wanted to increase counterplay to stability they should’ve increased its boon strip priority for common aoe boon strips instead of allowing cc to counter its own counter.
By the way, if any of you siege monkeys wants to say urrrrrrrrrrrr l2p adapt or die to me, take a look at my sig. I’m a lightning rod staff ele. This new meta is brain dead easy mode for me.
I don’t really get what are you trying to say. This just show how op stability was. They got big zerg defending and crappy bigger blob did still run through choke point like nothing.

The stab change was necessary on so many levels. Previously, it was just wrong that a group could just pop stab and run completely immune to CC the entire battle when rotated (which isn’t difficult). It required no skill what so ever. Now dropping CC on a group means something, where you manage to CC the group or not.
This makes battles more interesting now is it’s literally like a game of chess waiting for your opponents to make the wrong move.
The stab change without CC changes was terrible on so many levels. Currently, it’s just wrong that a group can just pop CC and completely stop any other group in it’s tracks. It requires no skill what so ever. Now stability means absolutely nothing because you can just CC every other group.
This makes battles boring as hell because it’s literally a game of tic-tac-toe where soon as you go for the win you immediately get blocked with Ckittenil both sides get frustrated that no one can win and leave because the only way to win is to not fight.
Get some PvE players in your guild. Dungeons teach players some basic skills like red circle = bad.

Well if you are noob enough lose stability you shouldn’t get it back. I don’t remember any situation when well of corruption would affect enemy zerg. Why even have these skills when they don’t do kitten? 40 man blob coming and i throw well of corruption they just run through it and zerg me down. What kind of game you don’t even need to avoid enemy utility skills?

Yes it was fun spam skills without any fear of cc. Well if you got some soft cc it lasted 0.2 sec anyways.
