what the kitten do you mean? Just google a guide and if it says get carrion gear, you get a set of gear with carrion stats. its one of the most easy gearing systems in a game, much better than WoW.

It isn’t becoming harder, my friend is enjoying the game MORE because of these changes.

I got to say, i like grinding for stuff, otherwise it feels like you’re handed everything. i love working my kitten off to accomplish something.

K so i ‘read’ one sentence and was confused as kitten, please, when you’re going to post on a forum and complain, at least use good grammar and spelling. I love living story, They should add MORE into WvW. Maybe one day dragons will take over the middle castle in EB and we have to fight him to get it back while fighting the others as well.

As for the 8-bit vs 16-bit… 8 bit graphics were pretty horrible back in the day, very limited resolutions and pallets were all that were available, which is why I thought SAB would be closer to 16-bit graphics than 8-bit ones.

HOW DARE YOU SAY 8-BIT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! Pitfall may be one of the best games ever made. 8 bits of glory and fun.

For the time 8-bit was a LOT of fun, however, 320×240 resolutions with 16 colors were pretty horrible compared todays hi-def 1920×1080 and higher resolutions!

And again, comes the person that thinks graphics matter. I mean seriously, i play games cause they’re fun, not cause they look good.

Hmm, i believe we aren’t dead because zhaitain has broken his wings and the other dragons are helping him/plotting for us to die, i’d say, in about 4 months, Mordremoth will attack and silvari will turn out to be the ‘minion’ of him, but the tablet helped them break free.

If we talk about the chat commands, I think we firstly need the ones which were in GW1, such as /jump, /guitar etc.

I think the WPs in the game are very unique – they especially don’t need to be removed if mounts are added. I think it would be fine if very minor WPs were removed, leaving only ones major cities and a few in zones. Arenanet could definitely develop beautiful mounts. I’d be willing to do special events or other things for an exclusive or rare mount in the game. I do like the idea of each race having a native mount – it would keep the uniqueness of each race!

yes but i dont want them to get like, super special, like all have some sort of form of a horse. humans could get a flame horse

Add duels and arena’s. I would love to go out of a city and see 2 people dueling have having a load of fun, that is why i played woW, duels and arena’s were so much fun. You could make an area in heart of mists that only 80’s could access and you could get into an arena, que up as a party, and go in with your accual gear not spvp gear, and fight them to the death (no armor dmg) and the winner could get something useful. also you could have tournements every other month for each realm and the winners get precursors or something

Hello! I have been thinking about how we could add mounts into the game. I know a lot of you will say ‘We dont need mounts!’ and to that i’ll say, i completely agree. but listen to my idea. What if there were mounts that gave 33% speed boost, like most speed boost skills, for as long as you are riding it? and if you cast a spell while on the mount you would be dismounted so that there isn’t mount combat. it wouldn’t give any player stats just 33% speed boost. in WvW this could be very fun/good. Anet could even make some legendary mounts, and for that i have a special idea. For legendary mounts, you would have to do a slightly smaller legendary grind, but depending on your race, depends on the basic look of it. if you were asura, it would look maglyphic. if you were charr, it would be steampunky, if human, it would kinda be like the rock dog elite skill, but a horse. if sylvari, it would be a tree horse, if norn, it would be ice kinda horse, with the effect of the d/d ele #2 ability. also, all mounts would be ground AND horse based. i think it would also be cool to have guild horse tabards. so you could have horse cloth armor only for your guild, and they would be guild color’s. and if it didn’t have the guild thing, you could dye the tabard thing (if you had one on it). Ofc we dont NEED mounts, but it would be cool. i will be making a quick sketch of a mount idea asap and posting it as a reply to this. also, you can get your first mount at level 40, 1/2 done leveling,but it would cost like 5 gold so that it would be a challenge to get. but you couldn’t upgrade from 33% at all, at any level. pics go in this order: Norn legendary horse (kinda what it could look like); Human legendary horse (kinda what it could look like); Sylvari legendary horse (kinda what it could look like); charr legendary horse (kinda what it could look like); horse with guild armor hing (kinda what it could look like); and last but not least, i have one last thing that i think is a good idea. horses. could. be. mobile. banking. it would be an expensive thing (about 20 gold) to make 1 of your horsed a bank, and 20 gold for the next. it could be great for people that use their bank quite often. it could be great for storing extra items, even great for having some bags on the horse. thank you all for reading this, lets make this a reality.

Haha, I can see it already. One big male charr with his big horns on this ‘small’ horse. Awesome. But really, mounts with 33 percent wont be very bad. Id agree with the suggestion. But on the other hand, I wouldnt mind neither if they dont add mounts.

i was thinking, maybe they should get on the horse like a motorcycle but it moves like a horse lol

I just think mounts would be a cool cosmetic choice, i made this thread because i had some of my own ideas that i wanted others to hear. i think it would be great to have this. maybe if you had 1 of each legendary mount you could make a legendary legendary mount lol. you gotta agree these would be sweet.

I can see where your coming from and you’ve got some nice ideas but (as I’m sure your already expecting) there really is no need or really a place for mounts in the game. The areas really aren’t big enough to justify it and most classes already have some form of speed boost through skills or talents. Plus the use of way points makes the concept all but superfluous. If the areas where bigger and way points didn’t exist I think it would be a good idea but as things are mounts really don’t help the game in any way.

I see what you mean, but in WvW it would be cool and i think that, although they are unnecessary, it would be cool to have them put in to the game for a slight speed boost, plus in WvW you could add cool effects for dismounting people off their horses.
