It seems like half of you TC people did not believe that you would get flak from the servers that you recruited guilds from. Did you think CD was going to just let things slide while they were getting rolfstomped by a server that included their own guilds at some point? Do you think the same will be said about TC.

How you you feel if CERN and Pink packed bags and headed off to SoR for “better fights” then for the next 5 weeks in a row, you had to face SoR?? It is one thing to lose core guilds to rival super stacked servers, it is another to have to face these servers and get stomped by people you once called friends. (i am NOT saying that CERN of PiNk is transferring off, im just making a reference to how it MIGHT feel)

Then at the end of the day, have SoR come on the forums and give you pointers on how to be better?

That being said, i feel for Kain people and this matchup creates problems for all servers, TC the least though

TC, a near max server, will probably Que 3-4 BL during prime time, FA will probably be hard pressed to hold their own home BL and EBG

With that, I see TC winning by 100k+ easily

2nd: Switching teams during the game?
3rd: No autobalancing?
4th: No way to gain points when the losing team left?
5th: 20 WIN achievement when there is nothing to gain playing the losing game to an end?
6th: Boring gameplay when there are 5 people bashing one by one (boring for both sides)

Please, bring back the crab game instead of this crap game. Crab toss was a bad game, but 3 leagues better than this…

necros have dark fields which use to be nice for taking camps and stuff :P

here in FA, we use combo fields all the time, lighting for speed to get all over the map, Fire pre-engagement so you have might for that extra punch, and water during the engagement to survive and win.

To see lower tiers not using kinda baffles me, these fields are always nice and give you that little extra advantage to win sometimes

As much as i would like to see that, the only problem i could see any NA guild transferring to a EU server would be communication. EU languages varies from area to area and i would not expect everyone to know English. Some servers might have a decent base of English knowing players but i could also see how some might not. Considering this game is about socializing in the end, if [RE] would go to an EU server, i recommend they research each server indept

FA has a lot of PvEers that are enjoying the large amount of rare+ drops in Southsun right now.

I was kinda surprised. I always just assumed that TC would have a larger PvE population, but there was an overflow for Southsun more often on FA then TC, at least for when I was playing.

many see this as a way to gain a decent amount of gold to fund their WvW experiences. Also, a few people i know and I, myself, have gotten precursors from the instigator chests so……. :P

I try to WvW but as of now Southsun is just to tempting, you can grind gold, rares, and it is also a good lvl’ing place as of now for those that was to level a new WvW toon

all i got to say is this, we have yet to complete the whole Southsun Cove living story

it could for all we know, give us a ticket when we will those people for the last 5 achievements

last i knew, they are both account bound

I do not know, I have not seen too many bright sides in the last week. When people go to WvW, they want the huge fights that you cannot get in sPvP. This game was advertised on the open WvW and huge fights. The AC change has lessened them.

As for the people that say they love a siege war, that is cool, Unfortunately, GW2 cannot afford to have them for this reason. To take a fully upgraded Bay by trebs (this is saying that you don’t lose you trebs and that you have 3-4 trebs up) will take 1.5 hours just to knock down the walls. To the die-hards that is ok, but to sit at bay and guarding trebs is not what people have in mind when they want to PvP. Also, if the Bay is undefended, well, no PvP there, if it is, then they will probably have 30 ac’s up and once again no PvP there also (do to bag farming since you will be coming in at a choke point).

The odds of finding a zerg outside the walls of anything for open field PvP is low since treb will most likely be placed inside walls. This is not the same WvW that I have enjoyed for the last couple of months. It is all about siege at this point and tactics still take a part in stuff, just not the same way. It also seems that some if not most die-hard PvP guilds have seen a drop in members in WvW (this could be due to the new instance and other stuff like finals, summer being here, and so forth).

Arena Net kind of goofed up the last patch to stop the zerging but what people seem to forget is that for zergs to form, you need players and most players like playing with other players. It takes player to be WvW’ing for zergs to form, so if you do not want zergs, then that means that your WvW player base in dwindling.

I hate getting involved in another tier’s matchups, but I can’t help but remember it wasn’t even 3 months ago when TC gave SoR so much heat and hate for recruiting and then complaining how they ruined the matchup and how SoR was the bad guy.

Ok I will bite. We didn’t give them heat for recruiting. Well most didn’t, what most people were upset about is they gamed the system to stay in tier 2 as to be able to continue farming.

Recruitment is part of the game and no matter how it’s done, in the end no one transfers against their will. Some chose to stay on their server, some transfer and some chose to transfer to another server than the one that approached them. The reasons behind their decision are theirs and no one has the right to judge them. End of discussion.

All that trolling and whining is counter productive and useless. It makes everyone look bad. As many stated before me, less QQ more pwew pwew. GW2 is a video GAME. Log on and give it your all. When it’s not fun anymore, then log off and come back later.

Please bring back the fun and light atmosphere of T2 in the forum….cookies, celebrity representent of the week, naked zerg, sexy score updates, songs/poems, etc. Everyone loved those and it contributed to a good relationship between servers

King, that is what we have been saying for two days now. The transfers that are taking place for the Oceanic times was for those times where FA and KN “needed” more people to fight. It’s all good. Everything remains the same with the exception of those fighting in the Oceanic zones, they simply get more action.

i was thinking more along the good old TC/CD/FA match ups which TC won but 100k points….. what i don’t get is why after saying they love this tier and match up so much, they are trying for tier 1 which pretty much broken the mighty Blackgate after 3 weeks, including 1 win, due to it toxic nature

Reimburse? Chuckles. It’s an online game, these things happen. Sure it can be a little frustrating at times, but single player games are the way to go if you can’t handle the occasional unexpected server-downtime/etc.

I was doing bounty with my guild, got kick to change maps to kill the bounties. Now we will not be able to get our weekly chest! This is unfair and we would like our chance at the rewards. We are a small PvE guild and this is the only time we can get together to even do the bounty and now we can not. Please reimburse us. You did it for the Karka Event after all
