Tiger Lillii finally got her hard earned legendary Kudzu and I had to change her colors to match it!

Kronos Baelfire with her new look and new Crimson Lion weapon skins for the greatsword and staff!

Armor: T3 cultural Druid light armor skins on ascended light armor
Weapons: Caithe’s Bloom Dagger skins from gemstore on Zojja ascended weapons

Sorry, I had made a separate thread for this and I guess I should have put it here. The right sided dagger corresponding to the character just looks like it’s out too far from the body and the angle looks awkward. On a positive note, I love the dagger skins! Thanks Anet!

Dang it Anet! Every time they come out with another weapon skin I have to change my toon to match it! Ugh! ^.~

Not sure if it’s my eyes or what but it looks like the right sided dagger is floating off more than the left dagger and it’s pointed awkward. Both daggers look like they need to be closer in to the hip.

The check is already made out to Anet! ^.~

Just experienced the same issue on my guardian with this last LS episode. This is a bug that does need to get fixed because it makes the battle that much harder and frustrating to get through. I’ve noticed the amount of LFG groups asking for help increase just to finish these storylines.

Naval combat! Now THAT I would love to see and do!

I really love the back piece skins for Desert Rose and Fervid Censer especially on Sylvari characters. I was just wondering if Anet would make more of these skins but in different colors like blue or purple. If they decide to put them in the BLTC that would be great too!

With the new weapon skins I gave my elementalist Amaera Athaelia another makeover to match it!

Issue: There appears to be some type of clipping between the coat and the leggings. There’s a clear “line” and the color or shading is off between the two armor pieces.

Just gave my sylvari elementalist Amaera Athaelia a new look to match the theme of Dry Top and the new amber weapons!

Woooooot! Finally! I was hoping they would bring the Zephyrites back but Crown Pavilion too makes it even better! Now I can finally get the rest of the sovereign weapon skins hopefully!

Anet really needs to make more Sylvari armor. The only places to get true Sylvari armor is the cultural and Twilight armor or the gemstore cook outfit. One of the most beautiful character races ever to hit MMOs and there’s hardly anything to dress them in that goes with their theme. It’s been 2 years Anet, come on!

Edit: I ended up changing her name to X Olivia Pope X and now she’s wielding s/d and pistols. Also changed her shoulders to T3 cultural but still have her wearing the Stridor and Sneakthief skins. She looks awesome! Having fun playing her too! Got her to level 60 and hoping to make level 80 before I have to go back to work again this weekend!

Thank goodness she’s so cute otherwise this would have looked awful! XD

Ok, finally finished my guardian’s (Kronos Baelfire) ascended armor! And just want to say thank you to Anet for the enameled dyes. They are so rich and bring out a lot of the details in this armor! Please add more of these dyes and keep up the great work!

Edit: I re-skinned his ascended to Sylvari cultural and TA shoulders. It’s been a while since he’s sported his sylvarian roots as armor, so to speak ^.~

Would reeeeeally love a back skin that was a cape. Pleeeeeease! It would look awesome with the ascended heavy armor imho!

Here’s my newest and 8th character which now I have one for each profession! Christoper Arendel. That magitech armor is perfect for engineers imo!

This is my guardian and what his armor looks like now. I’m working on his full ascended armor and weapons so hopefully in a few weeks I’ll post his new look!

And since my server is red now in WvW, I changed her outfit colors to represent it!
I also just made her a new ascended staff! First one I’ve ever crafted! \o/

Here’s my beautiful elementalist! Had to do a sylvari and with the new faces and new hairstyles she looks just like an exotic flower! I finally got some decent screen shots of her so you can see the staff skin and golden flower backpiece!

This is what my necro looks like now that Anet took away the original Flamekissed armor skins. Still love her but not too sure this new living world event likes necromancers much?! :-p

I agree that the weapons skins should stay. In fact, anything and everything that they put in the gem store should stay! Why does everything have to be temporary?

I would really like to see the flame/frost dyes come back again. I missed out when they were in the gemstore and the deep glacial dye looks gorgeous on my norn’s cultural armor. I would buy it but 230g for a dye is a little greedy and ridiculously expensive imo.

Flamekissed armor lovers united! Please let us keep it ANet!!!!

I’m going to be really disappointed if this skin is changed. I want to just wait and see if they do come up with a better one but in the end, I spent my gems on THIS skin and we should have the right to keep it.

I agree, give us the choice to keep the armor as it is, change to the new skin, or just refund the gems please. I love the skin the way it is now.

It wasn’t our fault, we didn’t do anything wrong. We bought the armor skin because we liked it, simple. And because we used our gems to buy a skin that we liked we should have the choice to keep it. Anet should just own up to the mistake and give us the choice. If they want to put a different one in the gem store fine, but the product that I bought with my gems is the skin that I have on my character now, and if the updated version is good then I might get that one too, but we chose to get THIS armor skin. Why torture us by stating they’re taking it away now and giving us something else?
I have a feeling that there are going to be a lot of refunds but Anet still wins because they’re not going to refund real money to us, just the gems! So why not just let us have the choice to keep the armor skin as is if they’re not truly going to refund us our real money if we’re not satisfied with the new version of the skin?

I personally love the armor skin and if I didn’t I would not have used my gems for it. I think Anet should give ppl who have bought it a choice between the new armor skin or the current one. What’s done is done, I do agree with their decision to pull the set from the gem store but I feel like those of us who did buy it because we liked it are the ones who are being “punished” for it. And no offense but the way the previous gem store armors have looked, I seriously doubt they’ll come up with something as good or better than the flamekissed to appease the masses. They should just put the new updated flamekissed in the stores and give those who bought it with the t3 skin a choice to keep it, get the updated, or refund the gems.
