This is just a minor annoyance I’ve noticed recently, only happening twice on rare occasions. When fighting the Champion Icebrood Mauler in Wayferer Foothills and the giant in Diessa Plateau, my sounds would suddenly be disabled and I would hear a loud annoying ringing sound on the left ear of my logitech headset. I know that it’s GW2 related because the ringing stops when I close the game. Relogging fixes the issue.
This problem has occured mainly when I have Pandora music playing in the background and the boss does a loud noisy attack. This has never happened when Pandora was off.
Is there some kind of in-game setting that I have on that might be causing this … or could it be some kind of hardware problem? This hasn’t happened to me with other programs I have used.
