Yes, you have the same chance throwing in exotics gained from dungeon tokens as you do regular exotics in the mystic forge. Don’t expect to try a 100 times and see a precursor though.
I can confirm zone 3 is bugged. The problem is the 5th bauble is not on top of the horizontal log leaving you with only 198/199 at the end. Older videos have the bauble.
This game finally had something challenging and you get a mini to show for it so people know you at least have some skill. I one or two shot every boss to this boss doing it on thief, mesmer, and guardian each. Then it took about 10 tries to get the pattern down to where I got her to 5-50% every round for another 15 tries.. until I would mess up and die. Its just staying focuses on all aspects of the fight and getting it down to a science before you can get her done.
This boss just takes practice and more than likely you will have to change your build, all these zerker guys will figure out pure dps doesn’t always work. Though some can pull it off on this fight, especially classes with invuln skills, but condition dmg excels on this fight.
Learn the pattern as this fight has very little rng, and adapt. Obstructed orbs is great imo as it forces you to melee or use a skill that is an aoe on it. My first kill on her on my thief was in magic find gear.. I forgot I had it on and laughed at myself for doing it.
The fight ain’t bad, quit complaining, get in there, and learn it!
It was happening before you could invite new people as they will kick you when jademaw is at 10% but now its even more convenient for them to use and abuse you.
It happened to me today. We killed the jade maw and one second after that we found ourselves in LA, because they kicked our party leader and no one got his reward.
This is hilarious. Its funny it back fired on some people, but generally people who are planning on doing it create the instance. I really like the idea above about disabling kicking after the 3rd or on the 4th fractal. Just to many who like to be griefers.

Maybe I am just unlucky I use gw2lfg.com though. With how many people do fractals and use that site its probably just a streak of bad luck. Never ran into them until a few weeks ago.

Of course I would communicate during for strategies, though most groups go off without a hitch and not much needs to be said.
I do like the screenshot idea though, I will start taking pictures at the beginning to report the griefers. I just always forget and often don’t even look at the names of the people I am partying with, or don’t remember, just the guild tags. Cross server runs anyway so often times I will never see them again.
Most people don’t mind speed runs. What seems to get people hot is the “Only taking all of x class w/ y gear”." This seems to usually be only warriors with berserker gear link gear when invited. Some dungeons they want a mesmer for portal but other than that… :/
Seems to me this means some part of warrior needs nerfed if so many people only want them All they are doing is giving Anet a reason lol
People I know and myself are constantly getting kicked in fractals right before the worm boss goes down. Guilds of 2-3 people are kicking non members right before they go down and has happened to me four times in the past 2 weeks. They use you till the end no matter how good you are and kick you.
I don’t say a word the whole fractal, just do my part and ends up happening. Now this only happens like every 4-5 fractals I run, but it gets old.
Now I don’t join fractal groups with anyone having same guild tag.
Anet needs to respond to this issue with a fix.. Its getting extremely old. It needs to take 4 players to vote kick someone and it should have a reason box listed like in WoW so abuse can be reported.
Edit: All you can really do is file a bug report as you can’t click them anymore to report :/ Party chat is deleted when you get kicked back to LA…..
