I have to agree. I loved dungeons. It is past tense, yes. I would still love to do dungeons, and I still have a few more to do for my achievements, but when Fractals (which is also quite awesome) gives better loot, and takes about the same amount of time, there’s not as much point in doing dungeons.

Before you rebalance all of them or whatnot, can we please see an increase in the loot? I know there was a problem way back when with people farming… going to the first boss and restarting. Perhaps you can have an increase drop rate as the explorable gets near its end?

Higher chance of exotic at the end boss, and a sure chance of at least a rare? Maybe?

I feel like the rezz-rush was fixed, the bosses are usually pretty difficult when a team is not working together… and sure, lots of things can be adjusted… but LOOT first. I’m with the others… Don’t let the dungeons go obsolete. Please!

Dear gods, this is a lot to read. I feel for you, Devs!!

Just a side note. My guild made a run on CoF (ALL paths) and they were all VERY doable. Granted, we’re pretty good at working together already. There was, however, one problem which took an hour or so (and was utterly boring in the process).

Path 3, CoF, end boss (I forget his name, it was my first time). When he does his go invulnerable (annoying) in order to fling everyone across the room once every 5-10 seconds (also.annoying.) several players, if they don’t dodge at the right time, are flung into the LAVA and cannot be rezzed. It wasn’t so bad for elementalists, who had the ability to mist form themselves out of the lava in downed state (if they were quick enough, and didn’t die off the bat), but our warrior? Our poor warrior got to sit in the lava for an hour, then our engineer, then the two eles, until only our guardian was left.

I believe you did say that when thrown into unrezzable situations, they would be teleported to rezz spots. Lava is a very much unrezzable situation. Can you please adjust it? Our guys can’t waypoint out anymore, and if we can’t rezz them, the fight will take hours upon hours – if it works at all!

(upon review, the rezz thing was only done in storymode – Baelfire. I suggest looking into explorable paths, too, thanks!)

Wowie, that made dungeons interesting.

I have always been a fan of rezzing people while they are downed. The problem, however, comes when they are completely dead. It’s, what? a 1/6th percent rezz while in combat if they’re already dead?

I honestly think that rezzing should be quicker when in combat. Having the ability to rezz someone out of combat at 600+ a tick vs having the ability in combat – when you’re going to get your butt kicked while trying – at 80-100 a tick is not much motivation to sit and get the dead players up.

Yes, I understand the distract and rezz, however some bosses are difficult to distract (Kholer for instance… who likes to pull everyone in), and even more difficult to keep distracted.

I think my only problem with anti-waypoint while dead is that it takes WAY too long to rezz someone back to health… especially since my elite doesn’t do it anymore.

I have to actually agree with Smarty concerning the Battle of Claw Island. I’m a ranger… I played that at lvl 75… and I had to call my guild in to help out because I could not down them fast enough, and they mobbed me.

Yes, I’m aware I don’t focus in marksmanship, but I do focus in beastmastery and wilderness survival… and they still killed me. Horridly. Several times over. It was a very, very disheartening story. There was no way I could finish it on my own. My good ol’ engineer, elementalist, and thief friends helped out a ton, though!
