Since I am stuck on JQ assisting with the transfer for a few more days – and the rest of my guild is too busy having fun in WvW. I wanted to pass on a message from my guildies that they have been having a ton of fun fighting FA and TC. We are looking forward to bring a full force out from reset night – and we will be starting a weekly FIRE tradition next week in WvW so watch out for it!

AoS quite frankly is a cancer for JQ.

They are one of the reasons we are losing our NA guilds.

Worthless guild that doesn’t do anything but kitten and complain and give our opponents free bags and give their own server-mates their self righteous bs.

I’m glad we are on the same server and you chose to hate on your own server but it’s ok I don’t harbor any ill will towards anyone because well its a game after all

Why don’t you listen to your own advice bud? The kitten AoS gave FIRE and EMP were the part of the reason they left.

Um I never gave EMP crap FIRE I have screen shots that could prove my point but that really doesn’t do anything but get us all infracted. So please come back when you have something other than lies and false hope.

You have no right to ever mention our guild. We have PLENTY of our own screenshots but we have ZERO interest in the political manipulations you guys thrive on.

We aren’t interested in being forum warriors or forum trolls – I did just want to state we enjoyed our time on JQ and many of us had been there since release and fought hard for the server. Our only interest is in having good fights, a good time, and be a part of a good sever community.

Dragonbrand has been very welcoming, and from our short time here seems to have a great community of people and they have a great group of wvw’ers. We really don’t care which tier we play in as long as we can fight hard and have a good time in peace. I wish you all the best of luck on JQ.

No, what that passage says is that DB is being ripped for increasing their population, and TC isn’t despite being full. DB is not (at least not that I’ve seen) but we’re the ones getting pooped on for some reason.

Pointing out a double standard should not be taken as an insult to the server, it should be taken as a smack on the nose to forum warriors. It just seems a little silly to me to mock DB for its population/turnout increase when it still has less than TC. I mean hell, TC is full right now and it’s 2pm EST on a weekday.

It is a false comparison, TC is the rp server we have a consistent and booming pve population- one that is certainly contributing to our full status. There is a difference between having a full server and actively recruiting guilds to bandwagon up through a tier.

Every server has PvE populations, I don’t really understand what you’re getting at by pointing that out. There’s still only 3 full servers in NA, and 2 of them are in Tier 1.

Also, again, TC has recruited guilds in the past. Recruiting guilds is part of the metagame and it’s valid whether you personally care for it or not. No one in T1 or T2 really has moral high ground on that issue, except possibly JQ.

As a current JQ for a few more days I can say even we did it. JQ brought over SF, RAGE, CRNG, PRX, etc (apologies if I forgot anyone) from SBI and other servers and a bunch of other guilds when were locked in a hard fight between SoS and JQ during the winter time. Now we competed to get those guilds at the time – but if you really look at this game, the quality of the players makes up part of the equation but the other part (and maybe the more important part) is coverage. The server with the most time slots covered has the best position.

As someone being from [FIRE])I was from fire,esol,cex,gods,…. i can tell you these guys are friendly and easy going. Sad to see yall leave T1. Ans yes i know the reasons why. GL in T2 [FIRE]

Appreciate the sentiment Fuzzion – this was not an easy decision for us at all. But we are happy with it and did it in the best interest of our guild. We wish you and everyone on JQ the best of luck it was a great run fighting with you guys!

It will take us a bit of time to adjust and get everyone over – but the guild is re-energized to tackle this new challenge!

We have already transferred a good chunk of our active player base and all of our Commanders over (except for myself – I have to watch the fort for awhile). Seems like a great community – and we are looking forward to fighting with former allies, new allies, and former enemies (used to have some great fights with you when you guys were on SoS).

This issue has not been resolved – I cannot play the game as a WvW Commander. Please tell me how to reach you guys to get this resolved.

What does the outmanned buff mean to you then? because its all about population. What you fail to understand is we are basically an Oceanic server with some very dedicated NA guilds. And now a very good EURO guild.

Bottom line is we are outmanned most the time. So yes we can complain about population. Its not just about one time zone, its about coverage.

The reason I find it hilarious is when we said hey SoS – we are out manned every time we fight you. All I heard was it was due to SoS having superior skill and JQ sucks. So pardon me chuckling when you guys are suddenly concerned about numbers. You are the most skilled server after all – since that is what many of you have been implying since you got here. Please use your superior skills and tactics to win – being out manned really shouldn’t affect a server as skilled as you all repeatedly implied.

Hey -

I have been getting frequent disconnects from GW2 – and it started after server reset yesterday. I was in wvw around 7:45PM ET, and since then I get disconnect out (mostly to the character screen but occasionally to the desktop).

I am a wvw commander – so it has really made it impossible for me to lead my guild. My internet connection is fine because I maintain my connection to Teamspeak when these disconnects happen. Would appreciate any help, it happens in random intervals of 3 minutes to half an hour and happens in WvW and PVE zones.

This sort of thing happens in WvW – it’s the nature of it. We’ll be back over the next few days.

As always an intense start to reset. Just got off JQBL and there have been a ton of intense fights since kick off. To my JQ brethren who are complaining – even if it is a legit 2v1 it happens. Please stop complaining – it does nothing except make us look like whiners. Which we aren’t. We have been here before and we don’t break that easily.

Looking forward to some intense fighting over the next week – don’t count us out after 1 night.

FIRE is going to be logged out during this time as well.

[FIRE] was founded as WvW Guild on Jade Quarry around the time the game released. Since then we have worked hard with many of the other guilds here to ensure we are a fun and competitive server environment!

We have a over 100 active members and our commanders are regularly out in the field.

We did take a short hiatus as GODS – but we have returned to our old tags of FIRE. So we look forward to welcoming new arrivals to our server! It’s an amazing community!

Hey Guys we are still having our recruitment night tonight at 9PM ET in about an hour and a half. However we have decided to return to our old guild tags of FIRE – so keep an eye out for us in the overflow server!

And Camaro Charr – glad you enjoyed our wvw shenanigans night : ) We killed a lot of BG and SOS while nekkid. So fun night overall!
