Are you sure you finished the ‘Been there done that’ achievement and saw ALL parts of the world? Check under achievements if you collected the ‘been there done that’ and all areas of the world for kryta etc. There is an achievement for each section of the world to complete.

Will the WHOLE event end the 1th November?

Deleting the potions does nothing but delete the potions.
There isn’t anything you can do to get the slippers back.
Anet cannot currently restore lost items.

The staff skin is not as cool as the weapon, theres a picture posted of the staff skin somewhere on the halloween area.

Yea i can’t find the recipes for the weapons either, only for the foods.

Nailz – talking about the crafting weapons that stay in the game not the buyable ones.

No there isn’t the ability to move the character to another account.
She will just have to remake and start over.

Deleted my first character and lost Rytlock mini, can I get it back?

You send in a ticket like everyone else who had the same issue did. Then post in the lost collector item post thats already in the top pinned list. Then hope to god they give it back.

I just recently got mine back after waiting since August.

Can you explain this to me please as there has been no update to my ticket and it still says “Awaiting Approval”.

Am I on a list to get my things back? I hadn’t asked a question, i’m awaiting reimbursement of my items. 10 days no response/change to my ticket.

– I sent an update on the 14th. Consisting of information saying I had not heard from anyone since the 6th.

It is now the 19th and I still have no response. 9 business days without response from Senior Staff

I have been waiting since August 25th. To have my items back and people who have been waiting only a few days have gotten theirs back.

Please do something about my ticket Gaile. I have been patient, I really would like my mini pet and stuff back that we payed extra for.

I have heard nothing since then about it – I sent an update on the 14th. It is now the 17th with no answer from Senior Staff still, since the 6th. ( 11 days no response if you count the weekends. 7 if you don’t count weekends. )

I husband got me this game as a gift before he left on deployment – I feel really horrible that I lost the items which he payed extra for. I just want the items back. At least the mini pet. Iv been waiting since August 25th when I first sent the ticket to have this fixed.

Did you check WvW? I don’t know if they count for Map Completion, but there are Vistas there.

Yes All battle grounds are collected/complete. The only thing I didn’t do was the puzzle place. Can’t seem to find any info on if the puzzle there has vistas or not.

I’m currently missing 6 vista points even though all my maps show vistas completed.

I did not go in dungeons – are the missing vistas in dungeons?

I did not go into the eternal puzzle place – are the vistas in there?

Not sure where else to look as I have ported to each map section and all show completed vista counts. All the battleground maps are completed vista wise as well.

If anyone could help me out that be great – Thanks.

Sent first ticket August 25th Incident: 120825-003557

No pet or other items returned to me after having lost them on making a new character.

Sent updated ticket September 02 Incident: 120825-003557

Got my headband and golem but have yet to get any of my other items including the mini pet etc.

I know there are a lot of others who lost their items or did not get them, we have all payed extra for these things. Also know and understand there are bigger things going on that are trying to be fixed with the game right now, but would really like my items back that I payed for.

My second updated ticket has had no response and I have yet to get my items returned to me still.
