You can only buy what is listed as buyable on the gem shop with RL money.
If there is no 5$ option then no you cannot buy 5$ worth of gems.

You can check your local game shop and stores to see if they offer the gem cards for GW2 and buy your gems that way with cash if you have no credit card.

Try making a new account and your ticket should be there. Thats what I had to do when it was a mess like that for me. Made a new account logged on and the ticket I had sent from my email was there and I was able to check it no problem.

Story mode does link with map complete. There are 2 Claw Island personal stories that get you 4 points towards map completion.

Sure but my husband has done map completion and has never done story mode. He completed the 100% map and has the star. Still to this day has not done any Story completion.

The 4 points apply to Krytan Explorer under the Hero, Achievement, Explorer tab.

Krytan Explorer is not map completion, not part of it either. I think you are confused on that. Krytan Explorer is for achievements. You don’t need this for 100% map complete.

About europe and america cd keys

Argentina is not in the USA – you should not buy an American CD Key.

European countrys should buy Euro CD keys.

I had a question similar to this, might as well ask. Are these locations purged on their own after a certain time? I don’t know the voodoo behind this but my IP location changes quite often and shows me in different cities even tho I’m in the same location. This is normal I’ve been told. Can’t help but wonder if I have a large list of allowed addresses.

Go to your my account button and check your security. It tells you what IPs are allowed and such. For example it could show 1 IP as allowed but have a range for the number because of the IP using different routing locations.

I wish I could get those cogs others are complaining about having too many, because I cannot get them due to the deficit of people. I only have enough for 3 so far and cannot even find a group to do any run, let-alone one that I need for myself.

You can’t get more cogs – you can only make 3 pets.

That makes sense (about the extra cogs). But I wish we had the option to sell or even just give them to other people. I mean, since I’ve made two of my minis, I’m now left with 200 cogs to just sit in my inventory or bank until I delete them. I’d rather be able to give them to someone else.

Yes would be great to pass them on but then people would argue that some got to make more than 2 pets etc. lol

Foostivoo is made from the 3 wintersday gift box mini pets, not the ones you can make with frames.

GW2 said from the start we could only make 2 pets, the 200 extra cogs has already been said in other posts about this. Its because some people had an issue with not getting the cogs they were supposed to, and that final 200 was to compensate so they could make their two pets.

If you completed the other dungeons you will not get anything but gift boxes. The dungeon is meant for people who missed getting frames/items not those who already did it.

you should hear something within the next few days hopefully after posting in there. She takes account of all the ticket numbers and they roll out every day or so for getting help to those people. Just keep an eye on it for your ticket number to pop up in her list after you post.

Sounds like your game may not be finished downloading the updates/patches. Sometimes it does take quite a while to download the updates/patches other times its really fast.

Anet cant give you back the item. They don’t have any way of doing so.

You could always make a new character in an empty slot and get one.

Server transfers are free Lyenyo. When the server is full you just have to keep watching it until it is no longer full to get into a full one. Gems, money or Anet cant do anything to get you into a full server. Just waiting and watching it will.

You have to just keep trying at all different times of day until it opens up a slot for her. Try very early mornings 1-2 am try odd hours in the afternoon etc.

Well I just tried logging on my friends account who lives across the country from me in another state and it asked for the authenticator pass code.

Maybe its got an issue if your still in the same state/vicinity of the original IP or something.

The authenticator asks you for the code when someone without your IP trys to log onto your account.

When you allow your IP to be recognized by Anet or remembered by Anet the authenticator does too and does not ask you for your secret code.

Deployed military people play their US accounts in other countrys very frequently. They just have to accept the email from the verification system.

This has been happening for a long time they haven’t fixed this still and it doesn’t seem to be on the top of their priority list.

Just switch back when your time is up and you can switch. Ignore it and make sure everyone moves to Dragonbrand.

HoM item can be bought in lions arch in the cave from the karma Vendor. Its of no use though unless you have played GW1 and collected all the achievements needed to be able to redeem items from HoM and linked the GW2 account to your GW1 account.

You need to send a support ticket via the support page if you haven’t. Generally when you post here you want to include your ticket number for the issue your having.

They really cannot do anything for you unless you send in a support ticket.

Mine had been open longer than 10 days before it had been dealt with. Many people had been open longer than that on here. If you search through there have been quite a few posts about it taking too long. There is also a pinned thread for people with tickets who have been open longer than a certain time where Gaile trys to help get your ticket dealt with.

the only thing wrong with this is your friend may have been hacked. He should change all the passwords/info for his account.

Other then that, if you use the Y menu there is a selection in the drop down that allows you to show as offline / invisible if you don’t want anyone to know you are on. It shows you as offline on friend and guild menus when you are online.

This is more of a billing issue not really an account issue. You should always call the card to make sure it is correct and they have not blocked you from buying from somewhere for whatever reason. Some companys have really beefed up their security if its not a " known " company or someone you buy from often they could just shut down your card thinking its being used by someone other than yourself. Another issue is if the information on the card is not typed in exactly to the sections they could decline it, forgot the middle initial once and it was declined just because of that. You need to send a support ticket about this type of issue to them. They wont answer you on here save for telling you to call the company or to send a support ticket.

Awesomium_process.exe is part of the game if your talking about that. It starts up everytime you run GW2. Its used to work the trade post and gems etc if thats what your talking about.

You should have submitted a ticket long ago about this issue to the support people, the same thing happened to many many people and a lot of them ( myself being one ) got their stuff back from Anet in a mail after it was reported to them. You will not get the gems back, they don’t give refunds. But they can get you your lost items as long as you give them all the details in a support ticket.
