Wait….you can’t right click on a name in chat and select “report” any longer? Since when?

I guess I’m missing how a discourse in chat generates a display name to report…..I’m not talking about THIS specific instance where the OP only has a screenshot (which would also BE a character name…..not display name), I mean’t in the future it would be easier to report from the chat display report method.

I think your missing the point. The person wants to report the Name.1234 and you can’t do that in-game. I had to do that recently as someones name was extremely inappropriate, they ask you to do it through the form.

Yeah and where do i do that? I log into the game and the support option just gives me links to pages on this site. None of which are useful i might add.

Well here’s the thing. I’ve already PAID for my upgrade. I even have the activation key in my email and i can’t find a way to just put that in in-game and there’s no way I’m paying for it again.

Double check you bought the upgrade? not an account, because it sounds like you bought a full account since you got an activation key.

— edit — just double checked and it looks like the only way to buy the upgrade is actually in game from the Black lion TC. Not from the gw2 website, both thos options are full account purchases.

You need to report them in game for gold selling then just block them. Click the name and choose report then click it again and choose block.

Q1 – when its used its used thats it. You then have to use transmutation stones if you want to put them onto a new set of armor. BUT on the 15th a new update will happen, the skins will be put into a type of bank. Which you can then skin to any armor on any character any amount of times ( for a price ).

Q2 – you can buy them in the cash shop.

in-game report doesn’t generate a ticket. You need to use the support feature from the website as Astral listed the location to find it.

If anyone has used any part of the password before you cannot use it. You need to make up something completely off the wall for it to be accepted. They have a large list of previously used passwords and patterns and they cannot be used.

It’s not Cox persay, but rather Level3 causing the issues here.

My TraceRTs from Cox over to PlayNC.

The 4.69 Addresses are all Level3.

We will all need to call Cox support (Tier3) and get them to NOT route through Level3 to fix this issue.

Not sure how that will work because I get absolutely no help what so ever when I call them, im just going to have to hope that gw2 tech support can get the issue solved or I wont be able to play anymore I guess.

Also question about being able to take off skin by usin an item in game is it cost gems? If it does its a waste for me to spend more gems i think.

Already said. If you want to put it on another set of armor, you buy the transmutation stones or you get them from the story line quest.

Its not an issue the skins are one time use when you buy them from the TP.

Use them and they are used. Once you use them if you want to put them on new armor you buy the transmutation stones or use them from your personal story rewards and transmute them to a new armor set.

Map Completion Bug? Pls help

Not a bug, you didn’t finish map completion.

If you open your Map and zoom all the way out you can highlight all the map areas to see where you may have missed your stuff. (It shows you a small menu listing all the things you have completed for map completion) It only doesn’t show the wvw maps and yes you have to get those.

I want a " /float " emote exclusive to Spinal holders (can only be triggered if you have one equipped).

I guess any back item really that is representative of “wings”. x)

Would really like the animation fixed up tho for these spinal blade wings. At least the other wings function like wings do lol.

So after watching the knights for a few times now in LA. I’m wondering… why do they have really nicely animated spinal backs and we get something that moves somewhat like a broken spiders legs?

After all the work/gold to make it ascended and then also color it, I feel like we should get the nice fluid movements that the knights have, something more animated than twitching clunky metal.

Would be really awesome for Anet to give us a little tweek and have them move more like the knights ones do! they look much more like mechanical wings than what we currently lug around.

worst part is the unskipable cut scene lol i’ve failed a few times, so i’m kinda tired of the cutscene now lol

Making the cutscene not skip-able is clearly an awesome design and creative decision….


Tried on a few classes, Guardian was easiest for me:

-Judge’s Intervention to Scarlet (Do not move forward after cast, stay still, attempt a stomp, moving further ahead risks you getting knocked back)
-Orange circle appears, count 1 second and use Renewed Focus (Invulnerability)
-Retry the stomp, should get it this time.

Was told that the renewed focus isn’t working to help him do this.
Any other tips for guardian? D=

Were you on overflow? sitting on main in SOR for over half an hour and the show still has not even started. A player dropped a truck load of fireworks for people to set off themselves it was not the actual event though.

GW 1+2 linked at account but not ingame.

Have you checked to make sure the chat box settings are not changed? If the chat box settings have not changed then not sure what else it could be, Id send a report after checking the chat box options are not changed.

They cant move you to another world, your just going to have to wait out the time period and move when you are allowed to change servers again. As for the refund it sounds like they did not understand what you were asking for.

Deadend cave – there is a deadend waypoint on stormbluff isle. The cave is just to the left of the waypoint. Go right inside and you will see a portal at the end of it that takes you to the whispers hide out.

100% map in log-in-screen 99% inside.

Did you go inside the cave in bloodtide coast, inside the portal for the whispers hide out? That usually completes the map for people who are stuck.

Sounds like it, generally just logging out fixes it right away for me =/ the only other idea would be to search google and see if someone posted something elsewhere about a fix for that type of problem.

Have you tried contacting support? No response usually means people aren’t sure how to help you. Generally completely shutting down the game or restarting your computer helps fix the issue.

Even when posting in the 3 days and older thread you have to wait your turn.

Watch the thread for when Gaile posts in it with the ticket numbers that were looked at that day / week. There are 100s of others who also have problems and the posts are looked at in order.

If they are not in your ingame mail box, delete your mail and see if they show up.

If your mail box is empty then you need to email support – they are the only ones who can help you with this issue.
