I would have told you all to “man up” but the last time I said that I was infracted.
Look here, son. When you’re not writing stories about how you’re hopping toons to get even, people out there are playing the game to have a good time. On Kaineng, most of the people are just there wanting to take keeps. Wanting to kill the guy with the red name.
You kids over there who live in the land of Tyria (is it Tyria?) need to lighten up a little bit! This guy is kitten because he got beat up by a group from his old server, and he wants an alliance. It doesn’t even sound like he’s got an alliance with you guys at Devona’s Rest! What’s he want an alliance with The Mighteous Kaineng for? Who is this guy? Fubuki’s little brother?
Look at this picture, son. You see that ram sitting out there in the middle of the field? I walked up to that last night, and I got a good laugh. Would something like that make somebody like you laugh? You who can’t sleep at night unless your life on the internet is in order? Bahahahaha!!!
You know what that ram shows is that even though they don’t know what they’re doing, they’re TRYING to win. Three separate people clicked on that ram and built it! Then you got two ballistas and a guy was saying “Hit the door with the ballistas!” I was shaking my head thinking “Man, these guys are stupid!” But it’s a game, man!
I recommend you kids play it instead of live it. Then, and only if you’re lucky, you can be half as good as The Greatest Player In The Game! The Mighteous One!
“Brighteous” is going to be the color of your behind when I get ahold of you, son. Read the signature.
Ah, one thing I forgot to say though. I saw that thread you’re talking about. The guy talked about having the “outnumbered” buff. You don’t have that on your buff bar there.
I wouldn’t have known that Devona’s was lacking players, too. Kaineng is the only medium pop US server. Maybe they got all the instance farmers and we got all the PvPers.
You’re the kid who transferred in, right? The one who I accused of using the chat channel as his personal blog? That’s you, isn’t it?
Well lemme tell you something here, buddy! Good job! That’s the best video I’ve seen on WvW so far. Not into the song so much, but it fit the video nicely! It was perfect illustration of what life is like on Kaineng at certain times of the day. I don’t get the disabled ratings & comments, though.
It’s my nature to study things. Based on your YouTube channel, I have concluded that 1- You’re not an American. 2- You like Ron Paul. Based on these two things alone, I would ordinarily cast you off as insignificant, but by your video I can tell that I like how you play (when you’re not blogging in the channel.)
Welcome to Kaineng. We need more people like you who run towards zergs and not from them!
One thing I can say about Devona’s Rest. I’m glad you all got stuck with that Smilingknight kid instead of us! LOL! I only saw the guy running around with the commander icon once, and God must have heard my wish because I have never seen him again.
Oh? Did I say his name? My fault. Everybody’s got a post history for you to read, you know.
As far as you guys at Devona’s beating yourself, I think if you were a little more aggressive you’d do better. Any of your zergs I tend to come across like to stand there like its the 1800’s in a skirmish line. That’s just been my experience, though. I have probably seen an army from Devona’s less than 10 times in all the time I spend in WvW.
I’ve found that even though I’m part of the smaller zerg, more of than not if I charge into the front of the other zerg, they back up. When your zerg is backing up, you lost the most important part of the fight from the get go. The psychological war! It makes your enemy hungry for your blood, and your teammates feel like fleeing.
What you need is a barbarian of some sort to show you all what aggression is about. I’ve been waiting for you guys to step up so we can get some real 3 army wars going on. The few that there have been have been really fun.
Please, Isila. To use another option is just out of the question! Common sense? What is that?! Let’s fundamentally change the game instead!
I just wonder how many store managers these kids are bothering when they try to push the pull door and it doesn’t work.
What about breathing fire through the door with your Guardian? Or flamethrowing through the door with your Engineer? We need to ban that too, because I just don’t like being burned with fire as I’m assaulting a tower!
You know what? I don’t like that thieves can stealth, either. Or that mesmers can clone themselves. That’s really annoying, so lets work to get that banned! Let’s just put an end to everything that these developers have put together until we have a game like that piece of crap in the video that the kid with the screwed up name posted!
Let’s level the playing field a little bit! It’ll be good for everybody! Let’s tailor this game for the casual player who just wants to mash his buttons and win! LOL!
Feel free to name yourself “Lilkidlvr” or “Jerry Sandusky” though. I just sent an email about that Lilkidlvr guy. Reported it weeks ago and just saw him again last night.
I would like to see a page where your game developers have their ideas for the future of the game laid out. As it is now, I’m able to read forum posts by moderators, but I would like to be able to read things instead of getting the word of mouth.
CC Eva, the Mighteous post banmonster, left a message saying that you plan to stop free transfers. Who said that besides her? When? I’d like to know where to look.
I want to see what direction you plan to take this game. If there is such a page that already exists, please link it.
If I could use siege weapons to kill my own teammates, that’s all I would ever do. As soon as they start to whining, BAM!
I like this suggestion, ArenaNet.
Really, though. Reading the entire front page of the forum only serves to make me believe that schools really are teaching kids to be entitled liberals. Nothing but cry after cry after cry! “I can’t win! I need you to make the game easier for me to win!”
Nobody looking to put in any of their own effort! Nobody looking shoot a catapult with another catapult. Just BAN catapults! Pathetic.
I started 20 days ago in WvW. 20 days ago, my server Kaineng (smallest server in the game) was the bottom of the bottom tier. This week we’re 2nd place.
What excuse do any of you from the larger servers have to make posts like this? You want 100% this and that and double gold for being the loser? Baaahahahaha!!! That’s going to fix the game for you?
They designed the game so that the worst teams move down and the best teams move up. When you move down to face a server that is worse than you, and you start to win, what are you going to be asking for then?
Language Barrier:
On Kaineng, there is a large population of players from China, and a large population of players from Brazil. I don’t know how that works on their end. If the writing in their game is all Chinese/Portuguese, or what. Then we have English speaking people who might as well Speak Chinese or Portuguese but that’s not my point.
My point is, that it’s hard to convey messages to these guys. What I’ve tried, is tabbing over to Google Translate, and pasting crappy translations into the chat. I don’t know how to understand what they say back, though, because those Chinese symbols are Chinese!
Can you guys do anything to help us out with the language barrier? Maybe allow a set of buttons that say “Attack” “Defend” “Retreat” in conjunction with some kind of objective? Even “incoming enemy!” or something to that effect.
Like I’m there with a group of Chinese defending Cliffside. I hit a couple buttons and put out a message that they can see and understand. “Incoming enemy from the north!” “Retreat to Citadel!” “All hail Mighteous!” Stuff like that.
I know that’s gotta be complicated, but something like that would help. Thanks.
Do you have this problem? (see picture)
Yes, that is I, Mighteous! Greatest player in the game! Running through a group of enemies (denoted by red armor) in order to defend the keep where I had set up a catapult on the other side of the door. As you can see, the rest of my “team” is hiding near the vicinity of the Legendary guards.
In my hands, I am carrying a scepter and a torch so that when I get to the keep I’m defending, I can breathe fire at the Reds through the gate. My pants are missing because I kept dying. Over and over and over again, I died.
There must have been more than 30 of them attacking that keep. Another 10 or so trying to stop me from getting there. But you know what? It didn’t stop me.
When I made it to the keep, I would hit em with the catapult. When they stopped standing there, I would go outside and attack them. When they drove me inside, I would breathe fire at them through the gate. When my health got low, I would hit em with the catapult.
I must have done this 10 times, and was the only person doing it, but I was having a hell of a good time. So if you have this problem, I propose we group. One of me is dangerous. 2, 3, 4 or TEN of me? Man, we’d never lose.
Look me up on Kaineng. For those of you on Devona’s or Ferg’s, read the signature, son! And look out for The Mighteous!
I think that if they colored the enemy players names instead of armor, that would be a simple fix. I agree with you that it’s hard to recognize people. The toon you met out in the middle of nowhere and had a great fight with becomes nothing but another part of the red, blue, or green blob. You can’t recognize them again unless they have a really distinct set of gear.
You can read guild names, but you’re right. It feels like the enemy and you are anonymous in there.

Thanks for the heads up. That’s good information, buddy.
So I, Mighteous! Greatest Player In The Game! Log into Kaineng Borderlands the other day. Usually, I start using the chat right away to see where the killing is happening. This time, I watch. I say nothing. For 10 minutes, I study. The way Darwin studied the beasts of the Galapagos Islands.
Kids are looking for the “Karma Train” in the chat and nobody answers.
Longview Tower is being assaulted by a force from Borlis Pass and being defended, but the only indication you’d get that it was happening was the orange colored, crossed swords on the map.
Cliffside has a Trebuchet set up that can’t hit anything.
Somebody calls for backup at Godsword by saying “Help GS NOW!”
Kids in the chat are saying “we need a commander lol.”
Some kid who spent 100g says “commander, but only going 2 cap sum supply camps ne1 want 2 come???”
And I sit there. And I watch. And the mighty Kaineng server loses objective, after objective, after objective. I had been running around. Attacking zerg after zerg, trying new things out. Testing out what level 60+ is like. Dying and loving it. Then I saw it.
Players laying on the ground having a conversation. Complaining about how life in WvWvW is unfair. How they miss their other game. How “skill” doesn’t matter. I wasn’t surprised to see any of it, really. In fact, the only thing that surprised me was that they weren’t holding signs demanding free stuff.
I’d laugh about it, but in my opinion, this type of behavior is sickening. These are your crybabies, ArenaNet. Please get to know them. The worst thing you can do is change things to suit people like this.
Signed,
Your pal Mighteous, Greatest Player In The Game
Teulux.6732
why does the losing team always expect hand outs to make it “fair” for them?
What are you talking about? Are you on a winning server? You didn’t build that! Somebody else made that happen! It was inequity that allowed you to capture all the orbs! The map was strategically designed for your benefit! Your server has more people! Blah blah blah! Ask Obama that question, buddy. LOL.
I’m on the smallest server in the game. Kaineng. I see the orb on our side every day, and we’re in second place. It’s not uncommon for Devona’s Rest (3rd place) to have the Orb. There are only a certain amount of people allowed on a map from each server at one time. Even my tiny little server has had a queue to get into a certain map. That means the map is full.
Now if YOUR map is full, that means you have the exact same amount of toons as the other servers with queues. What’s the excuse to not have an orb then? The incessant crying and whining from the future constituency of the Democratic party is easy to recognize for what it is. Babies crying.
Winning has it’s perks in the real world, why would you want anything different here? Is the winner supposed to feel guilty for winning? Should winning servers be taxed 40% of their gold in order to get in WvW? LOL!
The other day I was in WvW and saw a bunch of brats laying on the ground complaining about how the game was no fun! LOOK if you don’t believe it. These are the type of people posting in this thread. Do they really need to have their voices heard?
Is there REALLY any question to why they don’t have the orb? Cmon now.
It’s binky time, kids.
This is the 2nd post of this nature that I’m posting here. The first was deleted because I put the word “ArenaNet” in the title. I don’t mind that. I should have read the rules, but I feel it’s important for me to say this because I hate to see this game ruined.
Now I’m an older person when it comes to video gaming, so it would probably be dumb to cater to somebody like me because kids are where all the money’s at, but it’s obvious to me-without having read any development notes, articles, or anything but these message boards (mainly WvW)- that you folks had a plan in mind when you created this game.
In this game, I haven’t spent any money besides the original $60. It amazes me how you’re able to profit. Surely there are enough people buying gems & gold or whatever to tide you over. I appreciate that you aren’t trying to reach into my pocket. That’s #1.
- is, I have never stopped to check what gear I was wearing or if my trait points were just right before I ran into a fight. I love that. I love that I can jump in there and play with everybody else without having to play 600 hours in some dungeon killing the same boss over and over gain for gear points. Some people like doing that, though. I happen to not.
- WvWvW makes this the best game I have ever played. Even better than Donkey Kong. In the beginning of the World of Warcraft, there was a certain atmosphere that they ruined by broadening the market they appealed to. They’ve probably made billions of dollars by now, but I wouldn’t ever play that game again. Canned PvP, grinding for tokens, points, armor. Having to set your traits up exactly one way to have the best chance of success. The game went from roving armies of death running around attacking each other to people sitting in the major city decked out in their Sunday’s best, riding the 600th epic mount, and sitting there. Looking dull and thinking dull. This game has so many options, so many possibilities. The world bosses are awesome. There’s no need to sit around waiting for somebody to group with so that you can go forward. In my opinion, you haven’t raised the bar. You’ve entirely redesigned it. It’s not a bar anymore.
In short, I love what you’ve done here. I haven’t had this much fun playing video games since passing the joystick around on Summer Games on the Commodore 64. The dead nerd in me has been resuscitated. The only thing I would ask for is more variety for the character voices.
Dragon Age had multiple voice actors available at the creation of each character. I loved the sound of the Dwarf yelling “charge” in wow. Yesterday I was playing with my buddy who is also a Norn, and I couldn’t tell who was grunting. I could only imagine if there were 5 Norns.
Thanks again for a great game. I’ll be sure to behave on your forums.
Sundial,
What these kids don’t understand is that on a map with 3 teams, those that form alliances will inevitably push one of themselves to the “evil #1” spot. My only hope is that the developers of this game ignore those players who see this war game as an opportunity to get together, hold hands and chat, and instead cater to those like yourself who enjoy game for what it is. We need more folks like you playing on the smaller servers.
Read the signature, son.
LOL! “Sheep don’t lead.” Sheep don’t play war games, either son.
I don’t know about you. Sounds like you jumped ship from Devona’s and came over to Kaineng. Why didn’t you stay there if you want an alliance with them? The solution to your perceived “problem” isn’t to envision a world where every player from the “weaker” world holds hands with the other weak players and become strong together. That’s dreams of Utopia nonsense! That’s pure silliness! The sooner you get that idea out of your system, the better off you’ll be.
Common sense says, in just about any situation you can think of, that the most preferable path is the path of least resistance and highest reward. Wouldn’t common sense tell you that the path of least resistance would be the players of your own team color? And that taking camps here and there for points would be far more rewarding than sitting there being upset about how the little picture of the world you had in your head is not what you’re seeing?
Look here, man. I’m on Kaineng. We’re the smallest server in the game. When I started playing in WvW a few weeks ago (I didn’t even know it was there for 30 levels) we weren’t even able to figure out how to capture a supply camp. People were too busy crying about how hard life was, and how life was unfair.
Since then, we’ve moved from having no points to being the server in 2nd place. We did that without holding hands with Devona’s. Matter of fact, we stomped them into the ground and used them as a foothold to move up. That’s the way the game works, son!
This is a war game! The objective of the game is to kill everybody and reign supreme! Sure, you can have alliances in war, but what is the point of that when there are only 3 armies on the map?
I have never held a grudge against blue for skipping over green to come take our stuff instead. We are the weaker target. That’s the smart move. That’s the path of least resistance and highest reward. THAT’S common sense. For me, it throws a curve ball into the game and makes it more challenging. More enjoyable. The other day we had conquered the north end of Kaineng Borderlands and were going to push further into green when Devona’s jacked a supply camp. Then Godsword. I love that! We don’t need to change that. It creates rivalry, a sense of urgency, most of all FUN! Our objective here is not establish cease fire agreements and practice our diplomacy skills, buddy. It’s to figure out ways to win, one victory at a time.
Until the smaller, less organized/experienced servers develop the numbers to fight on all four maps at the same time, you’re going to have to settle for capping small objectives and losing them to opportunists looking to experience the joy of conquest. I find fun in that. I don’t understand why so many others don’t seem to find the fun in that, too.
Good job, OP. I, for one, enjoyed this for what it is.
Get these other guys their binkys.
When WvW went down Sunday night I took note of the Kaineng players that landed In Lion’s Arch. I’d estimate Kaineng fielded 50-60 players. This being at peak hours for the US, which is pretty bad figuring they were concentrated on 2 maps.
Since we (Kaineng) had half of the Eternal Battlegrounds and half of the Kaineng Borderlands, I expected to see a huge force. This first picture was immediately after being teleported to Lion’s Arch.
The second picture was shortly after that when I turned names on to get a better idea of how many people there were. I like the clever kid’s comment about the developers.
I don’t even think there were 50 people in there, man. We just tend to be more aggressive from what I have seen. Over and over I’ve seen a small army of Kaineng overwhelm a larger army of whatever other team is unlucky enough to show up.
Definitely like the idea of a more merit based system for the commanders, but I think they’re going with the idea that everything is achievable by everybody. I’ve already learned which commanders to ignore and which to follow. It does amaze me though, how people are so willing to follow that blue marker. Hell of an idea, ArenaNet.
Encourage 3 army battles. Spawn an event in the middle of the zone that rewards players with 2500 extra hps for 3 hours. Fights every 3 hours.
Enable body drags.
Disassemble & reassemble siege.
Implement tooltips/advice to spur players into forming groups & capturing objectives (for those people who don’t know what to do but beg ArenaNet to give them wins.)
I like the OP’s idea of requiring supply for ammo. That’s a great idea.
Thank you for implementing the colored armies. That’s awesome. I don’t get you moving all the buttons around on the greatsword. Surely you have been watching me play and know that I was just too good at the game. I will adapt and overcome, but this rearrange is pretty annoying for now.
Your Pal,
Mighteous, The Greatest Player In the Game
Zaq. Look at this.
How does that make you feel, man? Note a couple things.
1. My map window is bigger than my chat window. Unlike Foolbuki there, who wants to hold hands with the enemy and celebrate how Kaineng sucks, I’m not in there to chat with people and ask them how their day was. I’m here for WAR, son. You and your entire serve of free blue exp points need to get your act together.
2. I’m the big Norn who carrries the sword or the staff. I’ll be the one charging you and pushing you pansies backwards. I’ll be the one pulling 5 of you into my group and spinning you to death. I’LL be the one in the front, son. Where will you be?
Read the signature.
4. Be able to disassemble & reassemble siege weapons. Those siege weapons used to assault objectives go to waste as an army advances.
I have to laugh at the idea that the kid from Borlis Pass called lumped us into a group with Devona’s Rest as the “worst servers” in the WvWvW community. For one, as I understand it, we’re the bottom tier. This group of three is the lowest of the low.
Our excuse is that we have 1/4 the players that you guy’s have got. What’s your excuse? LOL! What’s Devona’s Rest’s excuse for being the complete bottom of the barrel? You all outnumber us, too!
No, son. We at Kaineng are in fact THE GREATEST server in the WvWvW community. One thing that may have to do with it is the fact that I, Mighteous! The Greatest Player Ever to Play the Game play here. Thats right!
As our server grows in population and the crybabies who transferred off their lesser servers to experience instant queues here begin to disappear into the endless free transfer system, we are left with more and more people like me. Killers! Pros!
I have been into Kaineng Borderlands less than 10 times now. 9 times I have had to make crybabies cry more so that they would hate the experience of Kaineng WvW. 9 times I have had to masterfully steer the chat channel from some PFPL’s (Pimple Faced Pokemon Lover’s) personal diary into a place where communication happens. A place where people share ideas and information. NINE TIMES have I done this.
Today, it wasn’t necessary at all. Today, I did nothing but speak when I felt that the kids in charge were going in the wrong direction. They did an excellent job, and though we weren’t able to take Dreaming Bay, we broke through the wall three separate times.
Each time was a learning experience. Do you know what that means, you kids from Borlis Pass and Devona’s Rest? That means danger for you.
Look out for Kaineng, now. We’re better than all of you!
3. Binoculars. For trebuchet users to have spotters.
1. Color “invaders” according to the color of their world markers. Red, green, & blue.
2. Body drag! I haven’t thought of specifics, but it would be nice to be able to drag your buddy out of the line of fire when he’s laying dead on the ground so that you can revive him. Maybe 1/4 movement speed or something like that?
Thanks
While this is an improvement over,“Hi guys. We at Kaineng really suck but it’s OK!” it’s still silly.
Why do people need to click on your blog in order to communicate? What’s the point of that? Are the multiple chat channels in the actual game too difficult to use?
Then the other guy with the proper attitude, SniffyCube, comes along and you attack that guy? That guy is on your server, son! I thought you wanted to “communicate” with people on your server? LOL!
Gimme a break.
Specialty Bags- Just through discovery, I’ve been able to find out about invisible bags, & other specialty bags for junk, weapons & armor, etc.
Well I use an invisible bag to keep items that I don’t want to sell. Those items are my weapons, and things that I find out in the world that I want to keep. The problem I come across as an Engineer is that I’m not able to fast switch weapons. So when I switch from 2 weapons to my rifle, one weapon swaps into the invisible bag where the rifle is, and the other goes into whatever available empty space.
I’d like to see the ability to assign a weapon to a bag. What happens is, my good weapons go into the main bags, and I salvage them on accident. I know, I know. That’s my own fault. Half the time there’s an “Are you sure” dialog. The thing is, it’s just a hassle.
I hate having to open my bag and move my toys into the invisible bag every time I switch weapons.
Grouping- We need to be able to invite folks through right clicking names on the chat log and the option to do so is there one day and gone the next. There are too many players with funky letters in their name.
That you have been invited to a group could be more obvious, too. The positioning is great, but how about a chime sound or something?
They don’t need to do this. You kids need to get smarter. That’s it.
While I appreciate your ability to string words together intelligently, I don’t think that we need anybody making excuses for why we “suck.” I don’t suck.
Last night was my first time in there, and nobody was doing anything but crying like little schoolgirls! It was pathetic! Those people don’t need to feel good about “sucking,” man. They need to be told to do the best they can with what they have.
If there are only 20 or 30 of us, what excuse is there for us not being the most organized, meanest, 20 or 30 killing machines across all servers? The problem MIGHT be that you kids are too busy chatting it up in your private voice servers as part of an exclusive club. I don’t like going into teamspeak and listening to squeaky voiced “Generals.” Use the chat channel! Tell people what we need to be doing in there!
It’s not the size of the wand, kids. It’s the magic it performs.

I know this is long. I know this is not my personal blog. I know that I’m no expert on how World vs World PVP works. I DO know, that nobody can win the game if nobody communicates effectively. Crying in the channel about how the game isn’t fair is not effective communication, kids.
If you know how the WvW works, you should be in the chat telling folks what they need to be doing. Tell them to buy siege weapons and where. Tell them to make sure to pick up supplies. Tell them what you feel would be a good way to win the game instead of how disappointed you are about how the win isn’t handed to you for free. Organize an ARMY! That’s the whole point of massive war games, isn’t it? It’s like Age of Empires, but each individual soldier is a real person! How can you not be excited about being a part of and manipulating & commanding armies? Laying siege to a keep? To potentially have three separate armies fighting on one map? That’s freaking awesome, kids! That’s not anything to cry about! This game has awoken my inner nerd! Embrace your Inner Nerd, kids!
Stop your crying! Man up! Take charge! Real men AFFECT the world, kids. They don’t just live in it. Be a real man. Be like me. We went on to take that keep and later formed a group to get the skillpoint on the NE side of the zone (which was bugged. Fix that, please) When I logged out, our little army had just wiped out a small contingent of the other team and went charging off somewhere else to have MORE fun.
I play games for fun, kids. You should, too.
P.S.- When I finally learn how to play the game. You toons from the other realms had better watch out. Look out for Kaineng, now.
P.P.S- To the makers of GW2. You have done an excellent job. I thought I would never have fun like we used to in the first few weeks of WoW when everybody would form raid groups and engage in mass combat. This game recreated that fun, and the addition of siege weapons & objectives multiplied it. Please don’t sell out for mass appeal.

Before I knew it, people were too angry at me to be angry about losing. A couple people claimed to have blocked me. A couple of people were telling others to ignore me, I was just trolling (probably those who were never issued football helmets.) My target audience, however. The crybabies. The whiners. The Negative Nancies. The Occupy WvW chat movement! They had the exact reaction I wanted. They started crying about me and I embarassed them. When they really started to cry, I acted like they weren’t there and started to be helpful to others.
“You can link points of interest,” I said,“Try shift clicking them on the map instead of naming them. It’ll encourage folks to come help.” Then whiner A actually changed his tune and started linking places that were being attacked.
Later, it was “I’m new here. Where do I get supplies?” Folks answered the question and others learned.
Later on than that, as the chat direction changed, it was, “We have an army going to point X (linking point X) come on out and play.” What do you know? People showed up!
Then a whiner says in chat! “OMG! They’re attacking here! WUT R U GOING 2 DO W/O SUPPLIES!”
“Take this point, then we’ll handle that. But if we spread out and run around we won’t take anything.”
Through teamwork, rezzing our dead buddies, planting siege weapons, and assaulting the gate, we got into that tower, folks! Then we steamrolled everything inside. What “defense” the opposition mounted quickly jumped off the rooftops as we charged toward them.
“If you charge them, they’ll jump,” I said. And that’s exactly what they did. Some of our folks charged and died, but the other team jumped off that rooftop, and we had us a nice little victory to be proud of.

So yesterday I entered into World vs. World for the first time. Like a lot of people probably do, I jumped right in without having first studied the mechanics. The toon with the instructions was there, and I just walked past him like a real man should. I went in there to kill, not read instructions!
As I’m there trying to figure out how to work my way down the cliff to the crossed swords on the map, I’m troubled by what I see. No, sportsfans, it wasn’t a glitched mob or a picture of Obama etched into the clouds. It wasn’t the fact that I was the Red Team and all the objectives were colored green. It was WHINERS! WHINERS in the chat.
At first I say nothing about it and just try to enjoy the game. Whiner A complains about “balance.” “This is so unbalanced! OMG!” Whiner B complains about dying against 5 people. “OMG! 5vs1!” Whiner C complains about nobody having any supplies as we’re assaulting a tower. “OMG! Nobody has supplies!”
Now I know that a lot of you playing the game are kids, and you were issued football helmets and pads so that you could go play on the playground in elementary school (bunch of softies!), but some of us “older” people, like myself, us REAL MEN! Are completely disgusted with your attitudes.
As a professional troll, I played it cool at first. But as objectives went from red to green, the whining persisted and I tried to block one particular whiner in the chat. To my dismay, I found there was no option to block, but only a “report” option (fix that please.) Finally I had had enough of the nonsense. Finally I could take no more, and the troll I had put away years ago came out to play once more!
