Stupid topic is stupid.

No, I did not ‘forget to loot’ anything.

I have my F key, I have my AoE loot key. I spam them repeatedly after a knight is downed. (before the last patch made beating them all but impossible) I walk around looking for a physical chest when the crowd has mostly dispersed. I have received a reward exactly once. That was Day 1, first fight after patch.

I’ve killed more than 20 Knights. I stopped counting, that number is much higher. I followed the many ‘solutions’ other players have posted regarding grouping, DPS, timing … all to no success.

This is not the only problem this patch has had. Way more can be said regarding the absurdly broken achievements.

Just because some were lucky (repeat LUCKY) enough to have success in avoiding these bugs, does not nullify the vast majority who’ve been shafted.

I’m not a 15 year old in my parents basement. I have RL with responsibilities. The absence of any reward, (loot or deserved achievement) makes the amount of time I’ve wasted attempting the goals in this patch the real crime.

This is absurd. Never mind the amount of times the portals haven’t spawned preventing entry to the Scarlet battle … when they randomly DO allow you up, you’re immediately dropped into a laser nullifying the achievement.

Fix your broken game.

You ask great questions. I personally lost interest in the “storyline” pretty quick. Too much was left to being at the right moment at the right time to hear a random and obscure conversation. It certainly wasn’t interesting enough for me to go ‘wiki’ it or anything.

The one question you asked however literally boggles my mind …

-Why did our ‘Heroes’ dismiss any opportunity to learn ANYTHING when presented with it? Especially when it mattered most.

Honestly, their response at that moment … made, no, sense, at all. They have the gall to call themselves Detectives, yet couldn’t care less as to her reasons when offered?!

An explanation, even if it was just a bare bones explanation, should’ve been there. If there ever was a moment for it … that was it. Considering the annoying crap they did leave in (hiccup?!) … I’m at a loss to understand why it wasn’t.

Hehe … so true. Way to absolutely murder any emotional involvement in an already weak story.

Sorry, forget too “many drops” … you’re getting drops?!!! My last 6 knights last night, I’ve received exactly ZERO chests. My DPS is not the problem, how many times I’ve tagged them is not the problem. Also I’ve run them solo, I’ve run them partied … map chat exploded after each one with the same problem. No Chests.

Between the two extreme’s of either, zero reward for an hours effort because the portals won’t open, or receiving a big “Eff You!” if you’re in a group that doesn’t defeat Scarlett, when you’re lucky enough for the portals to actually open … this update has been the buggiest I’ve ever seen.

What world are you in thinking there’s TOO MUCH of a reward?!!

Three runs in a row today. Zero rewards given at the Civilian Escape Milestones. No bags, no heirlooms. Have they removed it?
So … is this the second patch now to make the heirloom harder to get? Were we collecting them too fast for Anet?

I’ve now beaten Warden 4 several times. I have defeated it with my thief and my ranger. Many times now, I’ve done it without being was not downed, or even hit. I did it where I’ve stood in the black and in the orange AOE and successfully evaded out before being hit. I’ve done it by stacking in the ‘safe area’ by the Regulator and dodging out whenever the orange wave attack comes.
I’m only talking about the times where all platforms defeated the Warden as well. Multiple of those times, the Marionette was beaten as well.

No Dodger achievement.

I’ve done the Marionette several times a day, every day it’s been available. I’m only missing Dodger and Muter (tho to be fair I haven’t put a real effort to do Muter as I’ve been focusing on Dodger)

What is going on?’n

I’ve played Marionette, everyday. Sometimes I’ve done it several times in a day. The only Achievements I am missing are Dodger and Muter.

I have now beaten Warden 4 at least twice where both those times, I have not been downed (or even hit). Both those times the chain was severed (actually Marionette was beaten as well). I’ve made a point of being near the Warden and to dodge out of the AoE.

No achievement. What is going on?!!
