lol Ender I hope one of us got it on video, but not sure. We had 3 superior ballistas setup and a couple arrow carts that held that hallway to lord’s room in EH like a boss. After Devona’s wiped trying to get to the lord’s room, Ferguson’s broke through the SOUTH gate of EH and we did the same exact thing to them 10 minutes later. It’s amazing what well placed siege in a lord’s room and narrow choke point can do to 30+ people. I think I only saw 6 people make it to the stairs before they died within seconds that whole night in EH.

Yeah we saw fergs coming in and we were on TS talking like, “They don’t know what they’re getting into” and “I almost feel bad for them.”

How on earth dd we take that back from you guys?

Heh, we made the switch to Eternal Battlegrounds for a fresh start as we had absolutely no presence there. EH should of been pretty undefended unless some of the randoms stuck around.

Rarely ever a queue on Kaineng and if there is one, it’s less than 5 minutes.

There’s something about this post that is just pure awesome. I would follow you into battle at anytime. Seen you out in Kaineng last day or so, and hoping to learn some of the tactics you guys do before you leave

Was out there after 7 est taking most of Fergusons BL, then hopping to Devona’s BL back and forth with a large group of alliance/randoms for most of the night. At one point Kaineng had 3 orbs for about 5 minutes which was exciting! Our alliance then jumped to Eternal Battlegrounds later at night when we only had our fully reinforced keep left. Pushed out and gained more of the map, had tons of fun in about 10 hours of WvW today lol…

I must admit that the first couple days on Kaineng after we transferred from Dragonbrand it really felt like WvW sucked here and that the only plus was no queues. Stuck it out as an alliance for a week, and it’s getting better each week. Fun fights all the time, ability to load onto whatever map at whatever time with next to zero queues is amazing. It’s only going to get better and I can’t wait!

Had some fun last night in Devona’s Rest BL. Been enjoying lots of fights in this week’s matchups and can’t wait for more!

lol I’ve been killed by a solo thief that picked me off the front in less than half a second with 5k steal, 5k cloak n dagger, 15.9k backstab when I was leading a group to the doors of a keep. I’ve also heard of people hitting 35k backstabs in WvW.

Yeah, there was quite a few following me around last night. I think we had up to 60 people at one point on Kaineng BL spawn camping BP. We ended up jumping maps and flipping stuff with 30-40 people the rest of the night as well. I was out there for at least 4 hours and used close to 100 flame rams last night. I can’t believe I stayed up till 4 am pacific, but at least I slept really well!

I’ve never done a Borderlands jumping puzzle before. I heard you get badges from then, so I decided to try. I obtained both keys in the Kaineng Borderlands and tried to open the vault and it would not budge. This happened to at least 3 people I know of. I went to see if the Mistwrought Vault on a different Borderland was working, and it appears it is broken as well. I destroyed my keys from the Kaineng jumping puzzle and obtained new ones from Devona’s Rest Borderlands puzzle, and the 2nd vault wouldn’t open as well.

I’m not sure if it was working pre-patch or not as this is my first one on the Borderlands.

When WvW went down Sunday night I took note of the Kaineng players that landed In Lion’s Arch. I’d estimate Kaineng fielded 50-60 players. This being at peak hours for the US, which is pretty bad figuring they were concentrated on 2 maps.

This isn’t really true due to rendering. I would estimate there was close to 150 that zoned out for the new build in Lion’s Arch. You just couldn’t see them all because the game only allows you to see those 50 or so at a time. I originally thought it was only 50-60 as well until I walked around the edge of all the portals and you would see multiple people that you know were just there disappear and then new groups of people huddled up would appear in front of you. Then the patch happened and even more things are invisible now :-(

No one wins because it’s not fun fighting enemies you can’t even see due to rendering.

There sure is a lot of fun stuff happening on the Trading Post Tyler, but there is also some scary stuff that happened. We really need an official response in

Even if it’s to tell us sorry, you’re SOL and we can’t/don’t plan on doing anything. Obviously a “we’re working on it and you’ll get everything back soon” would be much more satisfying!

a friend told me only the top 10 populated commander squads would show on the map if there was 10+, but I hope it’s only 5

Trading post was starting to slow down for me so I removed the buy orders totaling anywhere from 50-100g and then the trading post crashed 2 minutes later when it went down a day or two ago. My gold is currently in no mans land, hope this gets fixed within 24 hours.

Shield looks like it was surgically implanted into my arm, and it hurt!

Chest – Flame Legion Chestplate of the Soldier
Gauntlets – Flame Legion Gauntlets of the Soldier
Leggings – Flame Legion Legguards of the Soldier
Boots – Rampager’s Gladiator Boots of the Ice

All require level 80. Helm and Boots are crafted. Rest are from Citadel of Flame dungeon.

So… anyone have a name of a couple? I find that most helmets on the Charr look awkward whereas they look awesome on humanoid bodies.

Are there any amazing dps armor runes that I should know about?

I’ve been thinking about this and would like to know before I invest in my sets of exotic gear. While in group dungeons running a burn build with sword/focus + scepter/shield, does condition damage help as much as I think it should or would I be better off if I just got Crit Dmg % as the 3rd stat on some of my pieces. Without the ability(to my knowledge) to easily track the damage output of certain builds, I can’t really tell especially since my knowledge of the game isn’t where I would like it to be.

I usually run between 30-40% crit chance unbuffed. If Condition Damage is still really useful for a burn build, how much approximately is at least needed to be had for it to be worth it at level 80? I’m probably overthinking this, but would like to know your facts/opinions.
