I was taken for 6g on this and when I contacted support I received the same insulting letter as posted above. The thing is, I read on reddit that they are reimbursing players that received bad loot bags at the end of Arah dungeon, so I believe that they are able to do it, they just arent willing to. With this kind of customer snubbing and the farm codes and such….. I smell another SWTOR around the corner.

I miss the days when -depending the area- drops could include super rare and fun weapons. These days the best that you can hope for is a rare with a boring skin. Because of this, your every day player doesnt have much of a chance of having a cool and different weapon, unless they buy gold on the exchange ….ahem…. and buy said weapon on the TP. This is just an observation, not a complaint, so please all of anets great defenders dont come and flame me for this one.

I really dont like orr at all. In fact, if the next lev 80 zone added to gw2 plays and feels like orr does Im not even bothering with the game anymore. I too have seen the amount of people who have reached lev 80 start to log in less often (from my guild).

How is it free if I paid for it and got the wrong item?

So do players who bought a box of Draconic Armor and got the wrong gear get the correct gear retroactively? It only seems fair. It happened to me and I was out a great deal of gold and anet admitted fault in the notes.

Who is really going to spend 35k Karma for something that will be outleveled later that day?

Rewards arent scaling correctly. At level 80 I completed a zone and received lev 74 gear. It was at the area level, not the player level.
