… not big enough to be an expansion pack? i’m sorry this made me chuckle. we don’t know every detail yet they have only revealed what they felt relevant at this moment in time. other things are sure to come if you are patient.
nothing has worked for me :/ going to miss that 20% discount now v_v also have wanted to switch server all week to be with all my friends but i cant even exchange my gold into gems to do it :/ is there anything else you would suggest?
well looks like i have missed the 20% discount on character slots as i cant actually buy any gems.
Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips in commanding PvM/wvw? I’m very interested in starting to get people together and organise such things but before I started I was wondering if anyone could spare me some tips wether they are from experience of spending Time in a commander group often
to prevent ritualsit spam they could add a spirit per numb buttons like the necromancer minions?
the guardian is more of your front line tank with the warrior where as the paragon stayed back out of the action and had a shield+spear (i know it will be hard as they have underwater spears but they could change the name to javelin) the paragon was more focused on giving out shouts to power up your allies and was more focused on defensive fighting but what does hold the paragon and the guardian separate from each other is the fact that the guardian is more tanky and better out front of combat where as the paragon could be use to counter field controls and defend more of the back lien fighters 9rangers elementalists) the paragon was more of a leader and a tactician then a fighter if that makes sense? they where more focused on boosting allies and removing conditions from allies
same in guild wars 1 i was always a ritualist and i had either paragon or dervish as my second class to have maximum fun with my ritualist i miss the ghosts and the clothes :o
i didn’t mean it like that i meant like instead of them being a tank like the guardian as some may argue the guardian is a heavy armoured version of the ritualist minus the spirits
they could replace the paragons spear with javelins? there similar ?
the ritualist i know is kind of like the engineer/ necromancer and guardian but what if they took the heavy armour down so it was less of a tank and more of an offensive support?
also the paragon i think would have nice potential in being a back line heavy armour class as most of the back line classes are more of your ranger/elementalist and having a paragon at the back to soak up damage as well as throwing spears from a distance could be unique and i think if they bought back the paragon they should create more field counters (counter field controls) so formations are not broken as easy
the dervish could have a new feature maybe just for things like the sylvari and asura have something different like borrow power from the great tree, mechanise scythes it sounds really complex for the dervish but maybe try and make them a little less god believed and maybe a bit more towards borrowing power from the nature around them?
i mean in guild wars 1 eye of the north the golem an asura built was a dervish for example
Hey i miss 3 of the old classes we use to have in guild wars 1
especially the ritualist i use to use the ritualist as my main!
i also miss being able to use the dervish in pvp
and i also miss using the paragon to help friends in there story modes!
i was wondering how many other people miss these 3 classes?
the ritualist could be like the necromancer but more of a support build with the spirits it summons like removing boons from enemies and removing conditions from allies and maybe even defensive/healing but also having an offensive build to that is more of the summon weapons and armour onto yourself
the paragon could be similar to the warrior and guardian but it is more focused on using spears at a distance and giving shouts to make everyone stronger and adding effects to there next attacks (all allies in range) having a class that is more focused on leadership and helping fight off crowd control fields would be very cool and fun to use/fight against
the dervish could be a medium or light armour wearer but could be a very high damage dealer in areas, the warrior is great for 1v1 but the dervish has potential to swing its scythe hitting many around it! also being able to transform (maybe with elites or the FKeys) into avatars of the gods giving the dervish different effects! there build could be more to do with dealing great amounts of damage and transferring that damage they deal into health points to close allies!
please give me some constructive criticism i honestly do miss the ritualist
