its hard to find a normal funn party.. the gold rushers, 4wars 1 mesmer runs are just messing it up for the regular player the ones whe onley there profi (non war or mesmer) those are just left behind. i do lfg, then ow no a thief kick from party only need warriors…kitteni hate warrior classe and mesmer so never gone make one, i just love my thief and my ele.

Just find a all class group or make your own group.. its takes literally less then 30sec to fill a “all classes welcome” group, stop complaining about an issue which doesn’t even exist….

I like these builds because they balance well between staff and d/d, but I don’t know if spending 50+g on Divinity runes is worth the differences. Comparing these builds to the Ogre build the main difference is Ogre is +200ish power and Divinity is +200ish vitality. 19,000 HP is nice, but that’s starting to get into the “too tanky” range for me. Do you feel you’re getting enough dmg?

Ok, so working between two builds. Main difference is rune choice.

This one has 2x Monk, 2x Water, 2 Earth set and runs 0/0/25/25/20.

I like the +% boon benefit, but debating if it’s worth sacrificing dmg

Ogre pros: 162 power, +4% dmg,,3% crit dmg
Cons: -30% boon duration, -25 tough, -50 healing

Any thoughts? What about the general build? I know 25 in Earth and Water is not “standard,” but other than the minor traits in both lines that provide +dmg, I don’t feel there are worthy skills in the main Grandmaster line to justify the sacrifice in dmg. Might be thinking about it the wrong way, so let me know.

i’m gone make a build just like yours. i think it will worke fine, some say u will suck but a ele makes profit out of everything, raw dps condition healing etc. so i think a build like this will work great

here it is, my future build. main staff. but from things i hear from some other players, that is that u can use D/D to with the same build. so iys good for wvw zerg and roaming.

so u read it i need a good ele staff build. 1that works for zergs in wvw even 1v1’s. dungeons etc. so for everything.

@Pawnzor. If you truly want to test out a Condition build and its effectivnes I would do some minor changes to your setup.

1 Drop blindning = confusion and drop 33% confusion uptime.
2 Get bouncing attack + 1 bounce.
3 Get shatter reset at 50%
4 Change runes to undead toughness = condition dmg
5 change food to condition uptime food.
6 Drop the nulification sigil, you already have 2 condition drops, get sigil of battle or 5% crit chance instead.

Last of the changes, consider to get the interupt = might 5 stacks, its wery good extra condition dmg with your already high igjt gain from shatters.

This is only my opinions and not the utter trouth but as you ask me you get what I think.

i’m a big wvw fann, and planning to buy the commander tag. but is this build a good wvw leader build? i use it in big zergs and smaller fights even 1v1’s. but is there a build that only fits in big zergs? or is this build good to? i’m pretty new to mesmers so i need to learn the traits and skills etc a bit more

i mis readed the post, and yea only what mesmers will play? i think they patched the mesmer conditions to, staff and scepter etc. so al lot of new possible builds. and plss no nerf for shatters.. only funn build for me. and no i’m not a fully shatter mesmer.. just love my build :p

i realy dont understand why that there are kids allways asking for nerfs etc. kitten .. just keep al those possible builds :o

my mesmer is purple, i mean midnight purple, i love purple, every character has some purple in the armor. but the main colour is midnight blue with a tarnished silver detail :p but yea i used a bit purple in the armor beceaus i’m mesmer :p but not full most is the blue the purple then the silver :p

oke, its not a dye for my legendary but i’m gone craft the bifrost soon. i am a mesmer and running full karma armor.
but my question is does someone know a dye that fits realy good by the colour of the bifrost, the colour of the staff it self. i just need 1 dye colour that is the same as the staff. but cant find one…

The build I use in linked vid as a suggestion is called * shatter cat mist*. For tPvP I recomend to change runes to condition upptime lovering runes. Melaru someting they called.

the weapons are only small when u dont wield them, they went bigger when u wield it, so whats the problem? i’m verry happy with my lill character and almost got my dreamer for it :p

hmm cant pick one, the dreamer or kudzu :o ik love the effects of kudzu, but i always use shortbow, i play wvw the most. i’m pretty new to ranger so what legendary would u make? kudzu or dreamer? ikittennow that u are gone play alot wvw and dungeons etc

hmm, simple. and sorry i’m only talking about the dreamer but i think thes weapon needs footprints to.. every legendary i know got some effect thats vissible when walking. dreamer only has big unicorns, onlt visile when shooting :s so i hope 1 of the disigners reads this.

and i know dreamer is hated by a lot, its GAY. but i’m loving it :p and i’m not gay btw :p

hmm, i finaly found a character and profi that fits me. The ranger now i’m lvlning my ranger up to lvl80 and got the gold to buy all my gear etc. so when i’m 80 i’m starting on my road to legendary.

i now a legendary is hard to get but i dont wanne play months (5-6) for it..
