Your mother’s IQ is so low, she didn’t know that one of the only sufficient power sources for an infinity ball was a megahedron collider. She was under the impression that AAA batteries were required.
I was thoroughly amused.
I totally agree with this post. People just don’t realise the full potential of a necro. I’ve been playing mine since the beta and pretty much nothing else. Though, I was incredibly disappointed when they nerfed my flesh wurm in beta.
Just a couple of things here to help any struggling necros in PvP though.
1. Spectral Grasp.
You might be thinking, “why do I want an ability that pulls an enemy towards me?”
Put marks down, control enemy movements and when the time is right, drag them into a mark and they activate it. It has saved me more times than I can count.
2. Flesh Wurm.
You might be thinking, “minions are kitten I don’t want any”.
While only a shell of it’s beta glory, the Flesh Wurm is like a nerfed version of the lock summon. Don’t take it for a pet, take it for a get out of jail free card.
Warning: You can no longer abuse the z axis with this spell. /sad panda.
Hope those two little hints helped any struggling necros out a tad with survivability.
Hey, I’m just looking for information on servers with balanced a playerbase. I’m talking like equal parts AU and American players. My friends and I are currently on Fort Aspenwood and have been since GW2 hit, but there are far too many American players for WvW to be even worth it. Not to mention their attitude when they begin to lose inconsequential points to small skirmish groups.
Any information on this would be much appreciated, thanks.
Oh, I didn’t know there was an authenticator. Thanks mate.
Do you think this forum post would be enough to notify them of a gold farmer or should I send an email directly.
I live in Australia, never bought gold from gold farmers because that’s just plain stupid. Got an email today saying this.

Is there a hacks team I have to forward this email to or something? I’m about to change my password as well.
I’m Australian. Events start later than is specified and also end later than is specified.
Do I care? No.
Suck it up mate, they’re not going to be able to please everyone. You’re acting like we only have one day to experience the event.
EDIT: I had this big long rant going on about how stupid racism is and why it’s completely unjustified that caucasians are singled out as being racist, but then I thought I’d be reported by stupid, close-minded, PC fools like this guy:
/sigh..
You really thought that would NOT be changed..
Sorry kiddo, you got what you deserved..
And then subsequently banned.

You should really just write a ticket and personally, if I have anyone in my guild continually whining about being promoted, I give them a swift gkick.
They will be promoted when they earn it, not because of their instant gratification mentality.
Wish I could help you out mate; but there’s really nothing we, as players, can do. You’ll have to contact Arenanet.
My friends and I are on Fort Aspenwood. Might have to consider transferring to a new server though.
use your A or D to move your camera, and when you target mobs I use tab to target the mobs i want to kill.
No, using A and D in that way is slow and inefficient. I’ve also bound those keys to strafe because everyone really should.
I use tab or left click for targeting purposes, left mouse button is used for camera movement, and right mouse button is used for turning my character as well as camera movement or dropping my targeting circle.
The right mouse button shouldn’t be used for targeting purposes and I even find the left mouse button to be too sensitive in terms of targeting, such as when I use Chillblains to kite a secondary melee target.
If I don’t do it right, I select the melee target that is chasing me and it starts auto-attacking on him. This is an example of what I don’t want and it does get rather aggravating.
The problem here is that we can sell our stuff on the TP wherever we are!
People are too lazy to run to a merchant. It’s much easier to just sell it on the TP from wherever you are…Anet should disable this, and make it so that you can only sell your stuff on the TP at the NPC…
i agree to this.
but don’t disable viewing the trading post though, so at least we can assess the value of items to decided whether to vendor or salvage or trade.I Agree! When is Anet going to open their suggestion thread? I have alot of other suggestions!
This is actually quite a good idea.
I hate that people are selling items for so cheap on TP. I can hardly make any money there thanks to low-ballers. They could sell their items for the same price at a shop but go to the TP. That just does not make any sense to me. Is there any chance that the minimum amount to sell items for goes up? Or am I stuck with getting next to nothing for most of the items I sell?
Trading Post inflation will happen over time when players have generated more gold. There’s no point selling products if no-one can afford them.
Considering Trading Post has been down since essentially the start, players have not been able to start the Trading Post inflation until later on. This is just my take on it though.
The 25 minor Trait of the Necromancers Curse line “Target the Weak” says:
“2 % increased damage for each condition on a foe”
which leads to the first question if “a condition” is a condition type, or a condition stack.
Condition type.
So for example, if i get 2 stacks of bleed and a poison on a enemy, will i do 4 % increased dmg for 2 conditions (bleed + poison) or 6 % increased dmg for 3 conditions (2 bleeds + poison)?
4%. Could you imagine having 25 stacks of bleeding with another 5 conditions on the target. That’s 60% increased damage.
Also, which dmg is increased? Only power/direct dmg, or also (further applied?) condition dmg?
All damage.
Further, are only conditions applied by me counting, or will i do increased dmg for each condition on a mob, for example in a boss fight with x conditions on the mob, and if so, is there a cap (which is redundant to answer if it’s capped by the amount of condition types in the game)?
Each condition, not just ones applied by you. There are 10 conditions in the game. This will give you, at most, 20% increased damage.
Also, with “Feast of Corruption” also stacking with conditions, is it
[Base DMG] + ([X Conditions * 8 %] + [X Conditions * 2 %]) = Ability DMG
or
([Base DMG] + [X Conditions * 8 %]) + [X Conditions * 2 %] = Ability DMG
I’m unsure, I’m assuming the latter. Damage is calculated and then Target the Weak damage is added on.
