Hi all, just want to check if this is something simple I am missing or if it will require me to submit a ticket -

basically I bought a Grandmaster Training Manual (to be able to use up to 30 points in a single trait line), and the required level is 60 (I am in the 70s at the moment) – however I can’t double click it to consume, I hear the sound-animation but nothing happens and I can still only put 10 in each trait line.

Tried relogging, different areas etc. not sure what I am doing wrong or if it’s a bug.

Thanks in advance for any help .. as you can imagine I am performing at a totally sub-optimal level in game due to this ..

edit : Just thought I’d add that the Manual stays in my inventory ..

Same problem here – the researchers don’t follow me to the south exit. Tried clearing thew hole cave before ‘rescuing’ them, rescuing them first and then clearing the south area etc. etc. but still bugged.

Is it considered officially as a scam?
Is it an official offence that might have consequences?

Yes, you can report that player as Scamming.

I too love the community here (no major MMO experience save for Atlantica Online hah!) .. esp with folks sharing waypoints where more people are needed for events or generally helping out and what not. Keep it up fellow GW2’ers!

BTW what do you guys choose as a reason when reporting gold sellers? I realize I’ve been choosing “scamming” but it may not be the most appropriate … ?

I think the main reason is in a P2P trading system it would be hard to have a tax implemented due to the infinite combinations of barters/transactions folks could make.

The TP acts as a gold sink for ANET with its taxes …
