Not only did you ignore half of my argument for the first quote in your post, you’re trying to shift the point of interest of the boss off the person deciding who goes on the run to the dungeon, which shows you’re grasping at straws.

And what exactly did I ignore, other than your unwillingness to realize that math proves Berserker’s is better in combat than Explorer’s?
And you, by the way, completely missed the point of the metaphor, which is that compared to a workplace it’s completely backwards, in that someone is explicitly getting paid more BECAUSE they do less work.the flaw in your argument is that people in mf gear do not do less work. they would actually have to do more work because they have less survivability/dps.
And so does everyone else. A solo person chooses to do more work for more reward, but in a group, they’re choosing to make their whole group do more work so they alone can get rewarded for it, because they made their work less effective.
OMG you have to push a button 2 extra times the horrible extra work!!!! seriously if you have this much problem with what gear people wear you should quit mmo’s and play single player games. hell if your gonna complain this much about a dungeon taking an extra minute or two you should probably quit playing games altogether because you obviously dont have the time to play, so go back to shirtless flexing in the mirror.
Even if it’s not much, the fact of the matter is you are wasting other peoples’ time, and by extension their income, in order to line your own pocket, when you use MF.
People you are supposed to be cooperating with.
That is the very definition of leeching.
income? last i checked this game had no subscription fee, unless im special and they waived the sub fee for me without telling me. and really, if you cant spare an extra minute or two you should probably not be playing video games if your 2 extra minutes are that important.

it has no tangible effect on group performance. if you cant handle people wearing mf gear this game is too hard for you. its that simple. your arguement is like saying that x brand of lightbulb is bad and should not be sold because it takes 1 millisecond longer to light up when you turn it on.

Yeah, I disagree. It is not a flaw in the system, it is a problem with the policy of the guild leaders for the guilds you are in. I am the leader of a relatively small guild. I do not kick people who don’t represent. However, if I see some one who hasn’t represented at all in a long time, I demote them to a rank that does not include bank access privileges.
no its not a problem with the policy of the guild. its the problem of people like you who think everyone should play the game the exact same way you do, and if they run THEIR guild differently than you think they should you complain that they are wrong, when in reality you are wrong.
it would be nice if you guys upped the group size a bit or created the ability to form a “raid” of multiple groups for wvw. trying to organize wvw through map chat is a cluster kitten and a disaster.
You’re choosing to contribute less to your group to increase your own drops. Plain and simple. It’s disrespectful to everyone involved. And no matter what you do with MF, you could do more with something else. When you use MF in a dungeon or fractal you are saying “I am more important than the rest of you.”
actually, telling people what gear they can and cant use is saying i am more important than the rest of you.
if your that bad at this game that one person wearing mf gear makes you fail a dungeon than maybe you should be playing hello kitty online adventures or something similar that is in your ability level.
i dont play alts so have no feelings on it whatsoever.

is there any chance you could add the ability to have a guild war with another guild on your server outside of wvw?
i dont see a problem. follow the guild rules or find another guild. the multiguild system is stupid to begin with, and i dont understand how you think its wrong that other people do not want to use it just because you like it.
this is why i avoid grouping with random people as much as possible=(
