Just want to point out you should be doing the “Dungon” at least once a day..

I have to say that I really like this one, Its tricky, but not impossible.. I’ve attempted it about a dozen times, but only made it to the end about 3 times.

I like that you created three different paths within the event to “Weed” people out by the end, while at the same time still allowing us to “Follow” people.. I don’t know how many times I got past the rolling snowball, then didn’t know where to jump to get to the final box, if not for other people being there, I might never have figured it out haha.

I think my only complaint is that the wait between runs is so very long!

I have all the available pets in the game, but I have a hard time figuring out what ones to use.. So I thought I would post here for Input from other rangers…

I think the only thing I have figured out is that I don’t like Devourers because of their habit of randomly retreating..

Currently I use a Black Bear and Wolf and a Shark and Armored Fish..

Any other input would be appreciated.

I don’t think that would be very fair.. What you’re basically saying is that, If I go into fractals with a group of people, and spend two hours inside said fractals (and lets just assume that its a bad run, We get Dredge, Swamp, and Cliff-side ) I can come out of that run at a negative income due to deaths and Boss wipes, and poor loot drops.

But someone who spends the same amount of time in Pvp can come away from that time making money. All they have to do is join a zerg, and even if they get NO loot, they still get Karma and Silver for capping Points.

As an officer in a guild, I have a few ideas to help improve guild management..

• Allow us to toggle Online/Offline in the column filter of the Roster Tab. The only people who really need to be able to see the whole list would be Officer/Leader of a guild. For most regular members they only concern themselves with who is currently online, and where they may be.

• Add the option to display “Last login” for members on the Roster Tab, this would be a GREAT help to Leaders/Officers. While it is true, that we currently have “Unknown” location as a subtle way to track inactivity, it would be a lot easier and faster if we had a “Last Login” for all members of a guild.

• Allow us a toggle in the Column Filter, a display of a player’s fractal level. With the introduction of Fractals, I am sure many guilds have introduced “Fractal Nights” where members get together to do fractals. I think being able to see the fractal level of the currently logged in character would make forming the groups easier to do.

These are just three of my own ideas, however If anyone has any more ideas that pertain specifically to the guild window, feel free to reply here, and maybe we can start a compilation of different ideas that people have for Guild Management.

Serenity and Scars is a really good group of people, I joined them a few months back, and haven’t regretted it for a moment!

I had just ended the 2nd fractal in a 4 fractal set. Somehow this Maintenance ended up distorting my groups ability to BE in a group, half of us were being told we were NOT in the group, the others were still in group, and saw us in group. We were able to get into the 3rd Fractal, got all the way to the last boss where I was finally DC’d …

In short, giving us some REAL notice would be helpful..

nods I do understand that, That is the risk you take with all Pugs, but you never know when you might end up with a Diamond in the rough..

Can we please get a check box or options filter in the Trading post that allows us to show only Items that we can use?

I really hate going onto the Trading post to look for Medium armor, and have having to filter through Light and heavy armor..

I’d like to Suggest that Anet work on adding two new Home Server wide vhat channels.

• One would be Dungeon themed where people can advertise that they are looking for players to do “X Dungeon” or “Y Level Fractals.” and perhaps discuss dungeons in General (i.e “Is Bjarl Bugged?” “How do you get passed Leurent?”)

• The other chat would be a PvP themed. That allows people to form up group for Tournaments, and WvW, and Discuss Pvp in general. (i.e. “Anyone have a good trait set for a Ranger?” “We need help on the Green Borderland to take the Keep! Please come help”)

I think the addition of these chats would help with community building, because it allows players to go anywhere they like in the world, and still have the opportunity to find and join Dungeon/Fractal groups.

For example; I am working on completing Jumping Puzzles. However, I would be willing to run Ascalon Catacombs, Twilight Arbor, or do some fractals, as well as perhaps join up for some Spvp. If there was such a Home Server side Chats, I could go out and work on Jumping Puzzles at the same time as I watch for groups in need of people to join up for some dungeons. The Alternative is to sit in Lion’s Arch(Or the Mists) doing nothing, while I wait for a group to shout into the zone that they are Looking for more (BORING)

TL;DR Add more Home Word wide chats so Players can wander around doing what they want, while at the same time being connected to Chats that allow them to join up with activities that interest them.

Question 1: The correct answer is NO.. A new build is NOT the same as a server reset. My own guild just attempted to test this as a way of figuring out our own Membership Problems..

I’d pay to be able to stack more than 250 crafting mats in the bank..

However, I don’t think we should have to pay to store the rare crafting materials, or new crafting materials

While I am at work I read the forums and look at reddit to find out Precursors are being handed out like candy. I am thinking, “Wait, many people can’t attend the event. Yet they are going to reward people who don’t have a job or live in the sweet spot time zones? What the hell?” Thus people walked off with a ton of gold. I get home and think “Finally I can do the event if I join an overflow!” I got in one, did the event up until the last part. 2 hours of hard work and damaged armor. Then boom. Pull the plug. Still would have been nice to get to the chest, and a CHANCE at a precursor… Didn’t even get that, and that is my issues, not that I was not “Handed” a precursor, that I just wanted a Chance to open the chest, and maybe get one.. if not at least get something for the 2+ hours I spent on the event.

Sorry to hear that. I tried to get into the event myself, but it is likely the ending of the event was done on a timer purely out of the forum Mods or Game Moderators control. It was likely programmed in at the start of the event so the developers could enjoy THEIR WEEKENDS with no thought to our enjoyment. There I said it. :P

No one was blaming the moderators.

I want to see more Puzzles like this as well. Just NOT attached to Limited time only Achievements..

I spent 2 hours a day on this puzzle from the day it launched. I FINALLY did it just about 20 min ago.. it felt absolutely AWESOME to finally finish it.. But at the same time I feel badly for all those people who are doing it not because they want the challenge, but because they are completionists and cant stand the thought of not being able to get an achievement.

You should just be able to speak to them with Candy Corn in your pack and the option should pop up…

Note: only give them 50 its the best Candy to Bag Ratio

I have two requests…

1. Slow the kids down a little bit, they move so fast its hard to read what they are saying, let alone give them candy!

2. Make the Costumed kids say their lines more often! I never get tired of hearing “Quaggan’s a Piwate. Yarr!” or “It’s Holler…Hallow…Its Candy Day!!”

Our guild is Legion of the Angry Goddess [LAG], we might be a fit for you, we are a PvX guild, but with a good chunk of us that Like PvP I like to think we are a pretty mature group. We don’t have many couples in the group, although my Boyfriend plays the game (Not as much as I do) We only tend to have a VoiP requirement when Pvping.. But I personally like to get on it just to chat with members, Our VoiP program has an “AFK” room for just such instances..

We have no problem with someone AFK’ing a lot (I do it myself for exactly the same reasons you listed above)..

I’m curious because I am a member of about 5 guilds, when I went to join a 6th, I keep getting a message that says I am not connected a network.

At the VERY least make the badges auto loot…

Instead of listing players in WvW as “Server Invader” simply name every person “Mist Invader” regardless of server. This would prevent players from teaming up because you wont be able to tell who is from what server..

Sorry but your wrong.. Most people on TC whom I spoke to have an extream dislike of Maguuma, and the Goon Squad.

There was no team up.

In my humble opinion, the rewards should reflect the difficulty of capping a given location.

Why should a tower taken by 10 people with no resistance from players (Because there are none) be worth the same number of Points as a tower taken by 30 people who face a ton of resistance?

Is it working as intended for players to be able to place Siege Weapons in locations still inside their “Safe Zone”

In the screen shot below you can see siege weapons that have been built up on the cliffs, still inside the area where players from other teams can not reach them. They and players are not Invulnerable, but they are unreachable by players on other teams.

It seems to me that the “No build zone” needs to be extended to all spaces on the map that allow this unfair advantage.

1 in Cursed Shore
1 in Malchor’s Leap
1 in Bloodtide coast
2 in Sparkfly Fen

There were numerous broken events in Cursed Shore and Malchor’s leap.. Please go back to daily server resets!! it would help with these issues SO MUCH..

I am wondering, is using Temporal Curtain/Into the Void to pull players off of places like the ledges at the entrance to Obsidian Sanctum, working as intended?

It seems to me, that this skill might be neglecting to take into account the Z axis, If you can get close enough to someone, but UNDER them Like you can at the entrance to Obsidian Sanctum, You can use the ability to pull them off the ledge, even when they are in a location that would not allow you to hit them with any other attack or ability..

I’m not sure if this is an exploit or not, but it seems to me, that if you are in a location where you can not be hit by any other kind of weapon (And in turn can not attack) You should be “Safe” from all abilities.
