Guild Wars 2

I just got my jewelcrafter to 400 and when I did, everything in my crafting panel went grey. Nothing I have now or can find will give me XP to level past 400.

When my tailor hit 400, things stayed in color and continued to give me XP, some lowering in value as with other leveling benchmarks.

So what’s with jewelcrafting? Can you not level it to 500?

Arimas, those were my guesses, too, but so far, on every slot that has a requirement like level or such, there’s been a mouse-over tip telling you. Not with my F5. It’s just grey and not interactive. And, there’s nothing in my Hero panel about it either, so I’m stumped.

I just came back to play my Engineer after a couple of years at level 33.

The F5 slot of the tool belt is empty and does not react at all.

I’ve searched for where/when it’s activated and can’t find anything either online or in game.

When/how does it get active?

After some searching I found this thread, tried the 32-bit client and got in past the loading screen.

OK. This worked: Just reinstalling using the 32-bit client and that gave me options.

I’ll add the 64-bit to the game folder once installation is done.

Healix – I wish I’d asked before uninstalling

SG – FWIW, yeah, my C drive is an SSD, but I have a second, E drive, for storage, which is where I want to put the game.

Edit: Oh, and I can just delete/past the game’s folder and redirect the shortcut and that will work?
After uninstalling, I ran the 64-bit installer and I get no options. It just starts up the launcher, starts downloading the files, and asks my login info.

I’m trying to get GW2 onto a new SSD. It was previously installed on a hard drive.

I’ve tried all I know, including uninstalling the game.

I’m not seeing any options for disk location.

How do I do this?

FWIW, I’m installing the 64-bit client.
