I was thinking back on rewards when I thought up something that I’d like to post.
A while back (Like last year) I opened the daily log in box day 14 and picked (I think necromancer box of exotics) and I got a account bound Imryldyeen (exotic staff)
I thought nothing much of it at the time but now I wonder.
If it drops account bound named weapons, could it drop a precursor like Dusk?
I tried to find more information but the wiki didn’t have any details other than the basic description, and in the few minutes I spent looking on the Internet I couldn’t find drop research for it.
If someone knows the answer please post, or if you care to speculate join in! :-)
Very interesting idea, that would be entertaining to say the least.
In the original wars it seemed like both sides were bent on genocide,
while one side was busy destroying everything of the other the humans were busy making charr into outfits. It seems that neither side will be letting it go anytime soon, and if humans do make total peace what do think they’ll think of the charr killing the ghosts of ascalonians and looting the crypts? (Then again every PC can do it) but lore wise think they would hate that undead reminder? And if the charr pulled out of the area would humans be willing to live with all the ghosts?
The charr are certainly more loyal to command and my statement is based around ambient dialogue and lore in articles but I do wonder, how many charr will talk about their dislike of the treaty behind closed doors.
Humans do get a greater degree of social freedom and could run their mouths more without worry.
Thank you for the support!
@Just a cat I’m on NA servers. Sorry.
I love looking for neat places while I wait for the match to start, I love the views.
I have one being leveled slowly.
She is lighter green with red rose hair, (no screens on different computer) because I based her off a thorny rose.
Well we know that Anet is having a bit of a fascination with dragons atm… Maybe I should forge a tank and helicopters just in case they do have several dragons attack at once?
Hello fellow lore junkie! Very nice post. :-)
I must say it’s nice to find I’m not the only person who has read (a few too many) lore related articles.
I think that it wouldn’t go well for most races, except the charr and asura, they probably be the last ones standing because of the tech and the fact the charr are so good at war.
This is a bit lore and a bit player focused.
Ive seen Many players claiming to hate charr on the forums (I think it’s partly a gw1 thing)
While there are a number of players on the opposite side (much fewer)
While back I found threads talking about your player characters and the opinion they have on the treaty, I noticed that most human characters on those threads hated the charr and wanted all kinds of nasty things to happen to them.
Swap back to the charr, almost every one supported the treaty or didn’t wish Ill on humanity.
Also I noticed there are more humans (that you can’t attack) ingame that do not like the charr than there are charr that fit the same bill.
So this will be part opinion (post your character’s outlook)
And part discussion.
My troop of charr think the treaty is a good idea, they do believe that humans still good allies to have, even though many people want their heads on spikes.
The 1 human I have believes that the charr are no longer the savage beasts of yesteryear and will work with them happily.
I’ve heard about those gaming mice, they do seem useful.
Fractals are fun. Maybe pay the silver wastes a visit? Have fun, that’s the big thing.
I have several disabilities and one thing that it certainly makes harder is gaming. And one thing I love about Gw2 is how I can play with only one hand.
I play this game with a standard keyboard and a mouse with dodge bound to it and because of this great game design I can play any game mode I set my my sights on.
I really enjoy PvP and fractals, one amazing thing about this community is how many people are understanding once I explain why I have to take somethings slower than others (Jumping puzzles are the bane of my existence) so I salute everyone who has been patient with me (especially in uncategorized\chaos fractal) thanks to all of you.
There are so many things I could say about the incredibly positive experience I have had in this game, but I will do is compliment the team on creating this game, I have had so much fun over the years and I look forward and hope that it will continue.
Thank you all once again.

when i play my necromancer in fractals and open world i use Necromatic corruption with a high minion build and some enemies spam conditions and they often focus me and my minions only to end up giving themselves max condition stacks. anyone else notice that?
very nice! lets keep posting! love the choices.
how about a thread about little things that bug us?
like for example the mini modrem teragriff has floating arms and the Music instruments don’t have any way to loop notes…
Where is your favorite area?
as in whats a place that you love to hang out in? because of the overall feel of the area? or maybe the idea behind it?
Mine is the charr starting area. i think the whole area is pretty cool, diverse and it looks so good, and the day/night cycles are sweet.
mesmer in pvp. warrior in instance play and necro for open world
Could mesmers get a bit more love and less hate? i mean its not our fault you used your #5 attack on a clone…..
