I got Dusk in Cursed Shore when I was farming for tier 6 mats, sold it and bought Dawn. The price I sold it for was 670g and after the taxes I received 603g. Then I made an order for Dawn for 500g and got it. So I made a little over 100g there.
So yeah, people in my guild say I’m the luckiest guy ever. I got a precursor as a drop AND it was the most expensive one! 
Didn’t have to throw a single greatsword in the forge.
I agree, but I think they were trying to go for a more realistic approach. Still I’d like to see some larger crushers.

My female guardian is called Ilia Ironheart.
There was this pretty girl at the entrance to the molten facility dungeon. I hope I’ll see her again some day.

If it was mirrored, the brace would always be on the outer side. I doubt clipping would be a problem if it was implemented like this.

The spider boss is so easy. I think it was last week when I joined some random pug with people around lvl 40 and they all got wiped on the spider. It had about half health left so I just finished it on my own. It was funny to see their reactions. I’m a lvl 80 guardian.
The burrow part can be tricky with random people, but if you just work together it’s not that hard. We got it on the second try with the same pug, and they were not experienced. I just told them what to do, they understood it 100% and we just did it. We didn’t even have elementalists to summon ice bows.
With the effort that I put in to get my legendary, I can say I’m not going anywhere.
It’s funny to see everyone here complain about their legendary and say the others are better. Why did you make that legendary if the effects are bad?
I farmed over 75% of my tier 6 materials, just by spending a good time in Cursed Shore.
Running between Penitent, Shelter and Jofast camps is a good base stategy. And whenever someone says Melandru or Grenth is up, go do them. Especially second beacon during Melandru pre-event is sick farming spot. The chest event for Grenth is also really good, if you manage to slay the beast and get to it. The gates of Arah is also good.
Plinx is also pretty good event, my Dusk dropped during it, so it has a special place in my heart.
Just got my Sunrise yesterday, not regretting it, at least yet.
I personally don’t like the skins, but I know that when the Adventure Box disappears the prices will skyrocket just because they’re unique and hard to get anymore. So you guys who want them, you’ve got ~1 week.

I’ve been farming Orr pretty casually for about 2 months now for my legendary. I have 150-200 of most of the mats. And a little over 100 Powerful Blood.
At first I also thought this was a great idea, but think about it…
The price of Molten Lodes would plummit even deeper into the abyss, into the absolute wothlessness. The price of Charged Lodes would also drop, but not as much since CoE doesn’t have the same amount of farming capabilities. The more tokens you made them cost, the wider the gap between slow and fast dungeons would be. This would make certain legendaries so much easier to get, while only slightly helping the others. Which makes this unfair. Even more so than the current situation.
They are supposed to be rare crafting materials, not everyday bread and milk that you buy from the local market.
Depends on the cost – as things stand, molten lodestones have a sell price of 64s.
Given that you can convert tokens to ecto, with an approximate average of 30 tokens per ecto, to make a price change, it would require a cost of just 90 tokens per lodestone to be financially viable. Realistically, the cost would be more than that.
Additionally, CoF’s problem is that everyone repeats path 1 over and over. With a token requirement, there would be some incentive to do all paths rather than whichever is easiest.As things stand, certain legendaries are already so much easier to get, due to the imbalance in lodestone cost – any that don’t require Charged are much easier than those that do. On top of that, certain unique exotics, especially Mjolnir, have an exceptionally high cost.
In my opinion, this could certainly help stabilize the lodestone market, provided that the cost was right, and there being no exploits in certain dungeons.
I agree, if they balanced the dungeons properly, there would be no imbalances. But I still think that lodestones shouldn’t be a market item.
