Guild Wars 2

I’m kinda new into this game so forgive me for dumb question.
When I press “M”, I see that I made 78/189 hero challanges, and I have 78 hero points. I have maxed all skills and specializations to unlock elite specialization, but it cost way too much by my opinion. I need 400 hero points to max it, bit I only have 78 right now + I need to make 111 more hero challanges over the map. So that will be 189 hero pints.
How can I get 400 of them to finish elite specialization Berseker?

I’m warrior level 80 with 1 gold star. I’m still not sure what that gold star means and how I even got it, but it seems like grinding mobs won’t increase those gold stars xD

well I’m playing Guild Wars 2 now
so I have to buy this for 45€ and then I can play on new maps + have new chars?

I just have question about upcoming HOT.
Will be that completly new game or just like extention to current GW2?
I noticed that it will cost 45€, so I guess it will be totaly new game, but I’m afraid GW2 will die once you release HOT.

Well I have now 1 dagger and 1 focus, seems same to me, except some skills have changed.
Otherwise dammage that I give and receive is still the same.
I can easily kill level 75 mobs. I would try level 80 monsters, but I have no idea how to get to those cities xD

Also I need some advice.
I realized that with that gear I’m kinda squishy, so any suggestion to hyper attack/defend?
I wanna make nice damage in pve, but I also don’t want to die from few hits. I have 11k hp and level 75 mobs give 1k dmg + poison 500dmg every 1-2 sec.

Hey guys,

I made it to level 80 today and I bought some stuffs for my Elementalist. I like to play D/D style, so I’m wondering if those stuffs are good for WvW, Dungeon and PVE.
At this moment I don’t have traits set as I should, because it’s kinda hard to make all those quests to unlock them.

Anyway, please let me know if I should change something or buying something else to make my elementalist better for PVE.

Well guys I bought Berserk gear and I’m almost level 80.
It went kinda fast, since I was playing more than 10 hours per day. Also events and quest give tons of experience.
Anyway, I’m going to buy full Berserk gear at level 80 again, I had some troubles learning to avoid but I’m getting better every day.
I will have to learn about traits, because right now I have some random crap set xD

I realized that this game require a lot more skills than my previous MMO
I’m playing GW2 for like 10 days now and I made to level 56 already, so I guess I’m doing fine for beginner, but will need to learn how to avoid and evade attack from mobs for sure

Just ignore the cleric/soldier advice. It’s hilariously bad.
Go full berserker so you can kill stuff. Yes, you may never die in clerics but you will take forever to kill anything and even longer to level up. You will also never learn to dodge anything since you can facetank it.

I’m level 55 now, and I used Cleric equipments … well bought armor and daggers with power and vitality.
You said that with cleric I could facetank it, but with berserker I couldn’t tank as much.
Well I just tried to kill some level 62 mobs and they make 5k dmg on me (I have 10k hp).
So they kill me very easy even if I have tanky gear on me.
I’m wondering how could I ever survive with berserker items if even if tanky gear I can be 2 hited by mob :O

If you think you’re good, go full berzerker. If not, go either Soldier or Cleric. I’m not joking about Cleric, I used that to pve straight from level 1 to 80. After you have the Arcana trait line and Signet of Restorations, you’re basically unkillable by the pve mobs, even when your gear is green and 10 levels behind. It’s the economic choice. Upgrade to the next green gear every 10 levels.

All of those armor parts are for level 60+ and I’m only 50 :\

I’m new in this game and I choose Elementalist with 2 Daggers to play.
I’m at level 51 now and wondering what items I should buy to be most efficient in PVE. I play this game mostly solo vs monsters.
So what kind of armor and items I should buy?
Tougness, vitality, power, precision, condition damage, ferocity …. there are alot of different stats on armors that I could buy and I just don’t know what would be best for me.
I wanna be good against killing monsters solo, so high damage, but I don’t want to be squishy, so I can survive if I get attacked by more mobs at once.

Any suggestions for that kind of game play? What stats should I search for to be on my armor?

Hello guys,

I’m new to server and I’m just wondering why I can’t change my diamonds to gold.
I bought 800 diamonds for 10€ and I’m trying to get around 90 gold for that, but whenever I try to trade it, I come to error: 49:57:7:539:101 Permission denied

I just don’t know what to do, and why I came to this error.

Any suggestions?
