@lunartic: of course the best set is that u feel more fun..
my opinion is only one.. vitality is always usefull.. precision is usefull just to have 60% to infert bleeding.. ok, that’s great, but i prefer my geomancy sigil!!

but, as i told you, speaking about the runes, i have to agree with you.. undead one is worse than 2 afflicted+2centaur+2 krait..
and, about it.. does the recipe of krait and centaur exist??

It s multiplicative XD anyway mate.. With a bit of hands ’s moltiplication , i nave to agree with u.. Better the 3×2 runes than the 6 undead ’s runes… But about to have high prec.. Ain ’t agree..I think is better tanking than have high chance to crit.. I try to explain my point of s view.. So.. If u are a DPS u gain a lotta by have high prec.. U ree i guess.. High critica dme makes ur damage huge.. But just to have 60% to inflict one second of bleeding.. I prefer vitality ten thousen times XD go in wvw With 27k of life… When average is 19k.. U can go 2vs1 and kitten both.. Agree with u that epidemic makes me come XD.. Anyway.. I repeat.. For nrcro, the ultimate set is condizioni/vitality/toughness.. We need to tank meanwhile bleeding and epidemic blow up enemies.. And epidemic blow is the strawberry on the pie :-)

1) to have high critical chance u should run all your sets on precision.. then with earth’s rune your chance to infert bleeding is 60% of your critical chance ( an average of 50%?? ).. so ain’t too much high.. i agree that 5 seconds are very nice, but running geomancy u stack 4 dots of bleeding for 7 seconds.. and then my sets are all condi/ toughness.. i tank very well meanwhile bleeding does its job..
for my necro i’d prefer condi/vitality and toughness.. but doesn’t exist a set like this.. so i’m happy with condi/ vitality and power ( adn 5% of toughness becomes condi with undead’s runes)..
but, there is a thing that i don’t understand.. doe critical influences skills too or just tha skill number one?? in each case i don’t trust too much of critical set.. if u have 60% of critical chance ( really good), u have 36% of chance to inflicts bleeding with the sigil..
then, for the runes we can speak for a week.. but is really better condi duration than condi damage?? if your target heals fast himself, is better condi damage.. otherwise condi duration does its job.. but i like do high damages and tank better with undead’s runes…
my 50 cents..

last thing: augment condi duration by 10% and then other 15% doesn’t mean that ur final condi duration is 25%, but it’s 1, 26 higher——>26%

mmm.. i prefer undead.. with 10 points in spite and hemofilia u’re conditions stand for long time.. rune your main weapons with geomancy and off-hand’s weapon with corruption’s sigil, than with marck of dodge u can easily arrive at 18 stacks of bleeding.. not always duration is better than damage..

in this way everything u do inflicts bleeding.. i say this cause healing condition gonna make ur high duration usefull..

ye.. against condis are worthles, but remember: we have 3 skills to send our conditions ( ye, one is bugged ).. so, we like to be target of condition
necro’s fights are so interesting…

anyway, being able to stack more than 25 dot of bleeding is useless if a complete rotation doesn’t stack more of 20 of them..
i hope:
1) to have a trait like mesmer one ( 5% of tough goes to condi)
2) let vulnerability and trait that improves damages stack with condi damage
3) to have a combination of runes/insignas of condi/tough/vitality

theese ones will open a great condi build.. and maybe, just a dream, the target cannot heal conditions for a bit of second..

don’t forget that our bleeding on critical has 66% of possibility to cause it..

i had just said that to be powerfull like other classes, we have to build a condi necro.. the other classes can have different power and competitive builds, meanwhile, we can not, cause, thanx to bugs and “not very powa utility”, we start disadvantage.. it’s the sadness thing.. that we have one competitive build

but i believe strongly that necro condi’s build is very powerfull.. every time i go 2vs1 i can win!! ad average of 18-20 stacks of bleeding at the first one and with epidemic, at the second too.. without think to poison crippled ecc..
i like it.. and i find a really funny game play

so.. i strongly believe that speacking bout condition and stop, necro is the better one.. a lot of bleeding’s stacks in small time and 3 ways ( 1 bugged ) to send conditions.. maybe other classes have other ways to be builded, being fun and strong at the same time.. for necro, the best performance is that of condi.. that is the sadness

so, it’s a kind of phantom’s build.. i’m new bout mesmer’s world.. now i’m rolling it at the 25th livel.. so, the build is a precision/ critical one.. because of low cc for clones and phantoms u aren’t alone, never. ( every dodge create a clone!! )
i donno if my phantoms share my precision/ power/critical, but with my 77% of critical chance, their fury and 178% of damage they should rox very well.

should use mind wrack whenever u can do it and swap scepter to use third skill..
every time u interrupt an enemy u’ll do in fury and there is a great spam of confusion..
only one regret: i have not malicius sorcery

i created this build for pvp ( expecially in wvsw ).. skills like berserker phantom are too much usefull.. if u have some advices, please, tell me

well.. i cannot say to have studied all other professions like necro, but we can have an excellent CC.. try to think at the way to leave the conditions out from us.. with 3 ways to do rarely we have condi problem.. other classes can just heal, or share.. once..
we are not condi master, of course.. either we should have something likes " trasfer 5% of “X” in condition damage.. like mesmer maybe.. or " for the first 5 seconds the condition cannot be taken away by healing or other way" ( just to use immagination)..
anyway, i’ve never sees a mesmer with 26k of life

lol.. anyway, right now, i enjoy a lot with necro.. just tounderstand.. me too hope one day we’ll have some stronger, but atm i do my job.. and my team count on me for conditions theme..
i hope that DS will be change.. i like have a secondary life, but sometimes i cannot go in DS cause my build broken without my utility used to reach high DPS with bleeding..
but, yeah doctorwhy.. i cannot say that when somebody sees at me he says: let me shot him for first.. and it’s embarassing

men.. necromancer is quite good.. it’s a team game.. u are strong if ur team is it!!
we are pretty good tank and our conditions make their job very nice.. with 27k of life and 2k of armour u can go 2vs1 and the victory is not too far!!
u reach quite simple 18 stacks of bleeding ( and we are bugged), plus poison, chilled, blind and crippled.. then with epidemic everythink gonna be allright.. with about 140 damage at bleeding pulse, after a few second of combat we are a true dps.. using DS propoerly grants good bonus.. i don’t see our necro so bad.. in each case.. if u want a dps or a blaster THIS one is not ur class..
necro is hard to play.. but can give a lot of good time

Oh, we got alot of our bugs fixed this week, yay!

(NB0077) Traits that increase “% output damage” are not improving conditions damage.

means that close to death and target the weak should influence bleeding too.. right??

Hy guys.. i know that 90% of builds in this 3d are about conditionmancer.. now, this is my own:

quite simple.. dodge on your enemy’s face, spam of marck, use blood is powa and epidemic to blow your foes..
bout DS, use it just to cast additional ( and bugged ) enfeebling blood, and 2° and 3° skill..

thx to rune of undead your high toughness is more usefull, than dark armor works very nice ( when channeling——> +10 bleeding damages ) and your HP are hard to blow down..

so.. i hope before or then Target the Weak and deathly swarm will be fixed soon!!
