Proposal Overview:
1. Improve guild description,
2. Shoutbox for guild event announcement (only by leader),
3. New guild missions, guild missions reward improvement,
4. guild istanced raid..
Goal of proposal:
Give a sense to the guild instead of simple tag and name..
Proposal Functionality:
1. Give the chance to guilds to have a place where describe what they do how they play and put some info about the guild itself,, with a separate window like guild activities, upgrades, roster, where ppl can also give info about events guild missions etc.
2. With a shoutbox (like the yellow patch message), guild leaders can alert their guild mates for an event start or every other important announcement. This could be helpful with guild mates that sometimes has difficult to read chat while playing (new players also has trouble with chat)..
The only problem could be the abuse of this shoutbox, but honestly i will leave every guild that has a spammer guild leader :P
3. More guild missions= More guild play, more friendly play, more fun
The only problem this equation has, is the lack of a fondamental thing needed on every game: LOOT
Add some unique guild skin (yes, actually guild skin are not much invitant..), add more rare drops from the chest, give gold give more commendation but give us something to “hope” to obtain with guild missions…
And yea, new guild mission cause we want some new stuff honestly..
4. Guild istanced raid… Just the word raid will full the adrenaline bar of every nerfed warrior on the game..
I see guild raids starting with an npc near an asura gate, like fractal, where the leader or an officer should pick the number of partecipant (10-149?), with more ppl partecipating = little +% to drop some good stuff…
This event should be more hard and challenging than the guild missions, you can also have the chance to repropose the fantastic Marionette to initiate ppl to different dynamics respect the 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 other activities

I won’t quit cause i really love this game, especially the lore and game mechanics.. But after this patch I’ll just log in make daily Teq and Wurm, then go back to real stuff while waiting for some real fun (challenging world bosses/new pvp modes/maps)
You’ve done a great job with teq buffing him and add exclusive rewards…
Just make kitten and Jormag more difficult, with a system like teq that requires some organization and different roles to be made…
Oh and yes, we are tired of toxic weapons/armor, we have wurm and teq that gives green smoke aura, now we want more ascended weapon variety…
Branded/Glacial ascended weapon skins (same as teq but with color light and aura different)would be so epic and will give more alternative for looting ascended chests/skins…. And will give us “hardcore” world event lover more things to do
Personally I think that Mordem power is similar to other elder dragons..
The only think that differences Mordrem from others is the fact that we are living on the game this threat, while others (Primordus and Zhaitan excluded) are just part of the lore for now, so we have just heard about their power, not lived it…
Let’s focus on the dragons:
Zhaitan: He rises up an entire continent, Orr, he had a powerful army that we faces on the personal story, a “strong” champion like Tequatl and other 3 dragons that we can see on the Arah story mode (the real problem is just the design of the last fight against it, that makes us feel that he’s weak compared to his army onestly)
Jormag: He corrupted norns, and forced the good ones to flee on south of Shiverpeak continent, and putted a champion on the top of our explorable zone… What we are fighting is just his influence on shiverpeak, not his awakening like Mordrem so we are just seeing the consequences of his awakening..
Deep Sea Dragon: Same as Jormag, he woke up and forces races to flee away from the deep underwater, so we have just consequences and a bunch of facts that demonstrates his awakening..
Kralkatorrik: We can see the power of kralkatorrik on Destiny’s Edge book, so we have a detailed lore about him, and on the game we can see his power that corrupted ascalon fields creating “the brand”, we are costantly facing his champion “The Shatterer”, but far from the lore we have the same situation of Jormag and DSD: no direct demonstration of his power (fighting him like Zhaitan), but just consequences of his awakening..
Primordus: I know only about him by reading info since i’ve never played gw1, so i pray GW1 players to complete this
Mordremoth: Mordrem is awakening now, he spreads minions and extension of his body on all Tyria, he’s corrupting plants but we haven’t faced yet his champion, and what we are living now is the first part of his awakening, so we can judge his power only after the dragon will surface up, or when we’ll beat him (hope not like Zhaitan)…
But since the start he send us a message: He can move through the wp on all Tyria, so soon we’ll see him corrupting other zone and spread his plague on all the actual world..
So after this, I confirm my theory: all dragons are equally powerful, they all corrupt the zone where they’re situated, they all corrupt races and they all corrupt every place under their influence…
No dragon is more powerful than others
The problem with this “massive” events is the structure of other world events..
Ppl have a boss timer, log on the map zone, click 1 1 1 1 and grab loot, and it’s normal when they’re going to face more difficult (just for coordination required) events to think: Nah, it’s impossible, let’s wait for the next..
If more “hardcore” world events will be added, or just the old ones will be fixed better to have more challenging content, the meta gameplay can change to something more exciting…
Anyway, there’s more community that takes care of this big monsters, if you’re interested just ask on every map on tyria, and u will find them…
Personally i reccomend gw2community, cause you can just log on their ts and really enjoy a good time with the commanders and the rest of community ppl…
Like the real life, you just have to search ppl to share time and fun

Me and my little group of friends are organizing a map for teq every day at 02:00 AM (european time, at the reset of the daily for being more specific)..
Feel free to whisp me atleast 45/50 min before teq spawn i’ll be glad to let you join the map without any problem
P.S: we also activate karka after teq
I’m doing wurm 2 times at day cause I love mechanics of the event, but me and many ppl are sooooo tired of don’t take part of the event loot…
Even when you’re on party this bug can happen so it doesn’t change much to be on party or not…
I mean, is the hardest event that gw2 has, the most beautiful, the most fun, but is frustrating don’t loot from them..
Don’t care if from the mini virtual chest we receive 25000 glob of glooby gloop, we want them, cause we’ve done the event and we DESERVE them!!
P.S: Just for say something, i have like 8-9 chests to be refunded

Why don’t put weekly tournaments for single (on the new arena that acquires more sense), and for teams (on the teamq rotation map)..
Partecipating once for week incentivate more ppl and this will resolve queue time, maybe add final prizes (gold chest like wurm or pav chest), with 3 certain prizes (obsidian, x champion bags, 1 exotic guaranteed, 1 new dedicated skin?) and random prizes such as glob of ecto, stacks of t6, ascended chest etc..
Weekly tournaments must also be open, where all can partecipate, simply signing the team with a join system like teamq (example: 8 team for every tournament room, so if 160 teams would like to partecipate the x day, 20 roster would be created)…
The only problem can be when ppl that will partecipate are for example like 164, in that case the roster will become just a 2 matches tournament instead of 3 matches…
Make the signin of the torunament limited, like from 21 to 22:30 GMT+2, so you can join a tournament max 2 time and this will prevent tournament to be farmable..
Add prizes only for the first 2 team, gold and silver reward, the rest of the roster team will receive their stuff by the reward track as normal…
An incentive to force ppl to organize could be obtain some achivement only when gold reward has been reached (example the boss blitz achivement), so even the achievers are forced to organize for making it
A really simple solution for splitting the achievers from who wants to “farm” the gold reward could be:
Put an Npc for get on the Pavilion, it will ask you before enter in:
Are you here for taking sun on middle of the Pavilion? Join Room A
Or:
Are you here for the glory (ATTENTION! Follow commanders tips!)? Join Room B
So achiever will have their fabolous shiny room, while not casual players can enjoy this event, that in my opinion is a good idea, finally Anet stops feed us with zerk festival..

On gw we have solo istances, dungeon istances (5 ppl), and big world event (50+ ppl)..
There’s an empty space between dungeon and world events, that needs to be filled up.. Guilds with great numbers of ppl can’t play all togeter, needs always to split for making some activities all togeter, and i think it’s time for Anet to start working on istances like dungeons where 10-15-20-25 ppl is needed to be completed…

The legendary drake on the Angvar’s Trove Guild Puzzle doesn’t light the torch, so the event can’t be finished…

ok the armor skin, i don’t care about that, it’s cool to have same appearence into all gw maps, but weapons?
I’m using now warrior with mace/warhorn and hammer in pvp, and gs/longbow in pve..
Everytime i want to do something different i must change weapons, and this confuses you if you play all game modes…
Just save the weapon set in pve and in pvp, so when someone goes on hotm it has the build complete for playing pvp, same as before..

Dear devs,
we all in the pvp community understands that new features, like game mode, class balance etc. needs more time to be released as well…
But “PLEASE”, give us some things to do while you work on it..
I’m talking about skins, give us the chance to craft/win/earn some rare skins like dreamthistle, lion’s arch event backpieces, and more skins obtainable only in pve, cause more ppl don’t care about farming gold on pve, and can’t farm for buy tormented/lovestruck etc…
also give us chance on win to get a cool backpiece, earned with the last glory remain or something similar..
I play mostly on pvp and the only thing except trying to become a great gw2 player that me and many ppl loves is to customize classes..
without drop we have only 1 reason for play, while pve players has more and more things to do instead of us..
You have forgotten the pvp community, we feel so sad, really really sad…

Where’s backpieces? Not at the glory vendor, not at pvp locker…

Well, i just want to know if it’s possible to work on a system thet gives the chance to switch build instead of reset traits runes and sigils and choose from 3 equip in inventory…
I mean, gw2 structure should give advantages to skilled players, and I think that know what kind of build use in PVX difference the “zerg player” from the “skilled player”..
PVE- For example (Warrior lvl 80, meta builds for easy examples):
-I wanna do a COF fast run, so I use a dps build with gs/axe-axe and do my run
-After the cof, i wanna do SE, so i switch to a 20-0-20-0-30 build with axe-shield/gs
-Once SE it’s done i wanna do twilight arbor, so i switch to hambow build
Same on PvP (War 80, meta builds):
-I have on condi war build, and when i go in arena i must face a team with 3 guardian, so what can I do?
A: Hope that they are all dps guardian (even if the meditation removes condition fast too)
B: Reroll to other class
C: And if I only enjoy playing war? Should I create 5 war with different builds?
With this system I just switch to another war build and go on..
I can made examples even for WvW but the fact is the same, give us chance to choose faster what build use!
Obviously this system could have some rules, like:
Pve: can’t change build once in an istance/ can’t change in combat
WvW: can’t change in combat
PvP: can change build until the 10 sec countdown it’s over
Hope you all read and discuss on them, would be nice from both players and devs to give an opinion..
Structure
I think that pvp structure mode at the moment is the first problem on gw2 pvp..
Before start thinking about ladders or season, we must worry about the team balance system and the game modes..
-level range for solo and team queue
-dedicated arena for r1 to r10-15
-autobalance in solo and team queue
When I join solo queue, must hope that some new pvp player won’t join on my group cause unsually if the match goes bad they will log out and let the team fight 4v5, so i think that a minimum range of rank level (exaple only r>10 can join solo queue, only r>15 can join team queue), should be put for give new ppl the time to rank up slowly (in hot join or rank 1-15 reserved arena) and learn how to play “professional” tournament mode..
-Multibuild for character
Some ppl needs to create 2 same class player for have the chance to use 2 different builds of the same..
A build switch would be very useful so if someone wants to play a match with a bunker guard and after play a match with a dps guard, he can just switch build instead of log out, choose the guard with dps build, log in and queue, or worst, reset traits, runes and sigils just because he wanna play different..
These can be useful also for testing new builds instead of use the same meta build cause onestly, is boring change build at the end of the match every time, while with this system u can have your main build saved, and try some different traits on the second build slot..
-Account rank
Personally i don’t like the proposal of a character rank instead of an account rank..
I’ve played 800+ match with war, 400+ with guardian and 150+ with other 3 classes, I’m rank 50 and i love to play with all classes for knowing expecially what i fight against in the arena..
with character rank system, my rank should be splitted in many little ranks, while a r35 x player that plays all match with a war will have my same rank points cause of the match played with war..
Rank is the experience of the player, when u face a lvl 60 u know that u have against a skilled player, and when i will face a warrior rank 25, will i know who i have against?
-Game modes
Pvp since launch is only conquest mode, and it’s time to put some new game modes, and there’s nothing to add on this argument..
Some of the new modes can be:
-Best of X kills (in queue browser not hot join)
1v1 Arena
2v2 Arena
5v5 Deathmatch
8v8 Deathmatch
-Defend The lord
5v5
8v8
-Capture the flag
5v5
8v8
these game modes needs new reserved maps, since actually maps are designed for conquest mode..
Conquest mode, and solo and team queue should remain since they are very enjoyable, but ppl needs also other ways for have fun..
