Hey, chief, I respected the developers when I dropped $170 on the CE. When issues I have with the game go unaddressed — not even talking about fixed, but not so much as acknowledged — I’ll say whatever the hell I please. If that offends you, tough.

I’m kinda embarrassed being part of this community right now. The vocal minority is showing an obscene level of disrespect to the developers.

So you’re not perfectly happy, that is no excuse for this type of behavior. Please, show some respect and discuss your feelings in a civilized manner.

As to the patch, I’d like to thank Anet for their hard work. I know that the team wants the game to be the best it can be, and I appreciate their work and think it shows in game.

I look forward to further updates and tweaks as GW2 continues to grow.

Also interested in this. I’ve read the details on the wiki about aggro, but I find pet ability to hold aggro doesn’t really match up to the way aggro is explained. Any tips for getting pets to hold aggro better would be awesome.

It sounds like you are using the arrow keys. This is a no-no for me when gaming.
I have my left hand on the WASD keys and my thumb for jumping with the space bar, so then I can use my right hand to move the camera around.
I also use my left hand for the number keys, which activate my skills.

This is what I’m talking about. If you’re moving with WASD, how do you fire number key skills at the same time? I even see ele players swapping attunments, using skills, and moving around all at once. I feel like I’d need at least two left hands.

Killing the Veteran Sand Wurm is the last part of the DE that requires you to collect 8 pieces of golem parts to repair Advisor Zakk’s golem. You got Bronze because someone else collected the parts, and killing the wurm isn’t weighted as much.

I watch YouTube videos of good players and notice they make complicated multi-key movements, fire off skills, and control the camera with the mouse all at the same time. Do they have three hands? What am I missing here?

So, like the title says, I solo an event in Onyx Field, Southsun Cove where a kill I vet wurm. He was full heath and I took him down alone. What gives?

How are all you players even playing? I get connection error every 1-2 mins. Can’t play at all. I don’t under stand how people have been trying this event for hours yet I can’t stay connected. (I’m on sorrows). I’ve never had connection issues before this event. Is there something I can do on my end to help with this connection issue?
