Agreed! Much better performance in the Mac native client. Now, make zoom work with a Magic Mouse.

Didn’t get this problem at all on a 2012 13" MBP.

For those of your with real Internet connections (no offense intended), it takes 10 minutes to patch up and go about your way.

Ditto. Only issues so far are inability to zoom in/out on a magic mouse (haven’t tried on a logitech mouse) and the cursor disappears when I try to salvage anything in my back pack.

Downloading now. Been running bootcamped via Win 7 with 16gb RAM and HD4000 gpu.. only assuming it will be the same or better based on the experiences noted in previous posts from people playing on pre-2012 machines.

Oh. And, I don’t mean to state the obvious. But, you can purchase Gems on the TP for RL $ and trade them for gold.

Personally, I craft goods and gather then sell everything I don’t use on the Trading Post. I’ve made more than 5 gold and none of my toons are higher than level 15 yet.

I’ve been waiting almost a decade for a game that finally escapes the cookie cutter class profiles and abilities.

GW2 forces people to PvP with some skill behind the keyboard rather than relying on the equipment you farm.

It is refreshing, and has pulled me back in to the MMO genre games again with enthusiasm for the first time in a very, very long time.
