you forgot a few things about cluster bomb:
It travels slower than runspeed with swiftness
It has a huge arch on it making take even longer to get to the target
It is based off a global replenishing class mechanic meaning that it is only spammable if you don’t want to use any other abilities
The cooldown on it is based on how close the thief is to the area hit (aka if it takes 4 seconds for the cluster bomb to get to the target it has a 4 sec cooldown)
All I see from TA is:

There is absolutely nothing wrong with rendering in the game. It works exactly how they implemented it.
100% true on every point.
The funny part about this was the people crying in the BWEs that it took too long to run around the WvW maps.
I personally think they should take out the ability to port to any keep or come up with a reason for the players to split up more instead of giving numbers such a huge advantage in WvW

So you are the only person to put work into the game and not get what you feel the full benefit of your reward should be. I get it now the devs should do everything to make you happy and not give a kitten about anyone else. Simply because you are the only one to put effort into the game.
Forgive me I will make sure every post I make now tells the devs how hard you have worked on the game, and how each reward you get should be exactly the same as every other player in the game.
Honestly though who gives a crap, all zone rewards are a total of 50s max. I kitten 50s out every time I kitten my kitten. Learn how to really make money and you wont have to kitten about 50 kitten silver.
Go do the map with another character? What would you like to bet the rewards are soul-bound, which doesn’t help in the slightest.
Considering how much in this game is account bound and NOT soul bound, this has got to be the dumbest assumption I have heard yet on these forums. The devs even said that the legendary weapons may not be soulbound. You are honestly just looking for reason to cry and are making your-self look very dumb.
Are you really crying about a reward that totals a value of less then 20 silver and some XP in game?
I feel bad for you if you are this mad about losing 20 mystic coins…..
I would also like to know if you ever plan on WvWing and on what server so I can kill you and then /dance on your body to make you rage

If there were no server/realm rewards for doing so? I would, but not for very long. I do not care if there are no idividual rewards for WvW, they could remove them all and it wouldn’t matter to me. I fight (play) in WvW for my team, my faction, my server and for fun. My bigest complain with most forms of MMO PvP is that it is meaningless. People fight (play) for some set period of time then everything simply resets. Nothing changes, there is no effect on your faction/server for success or failure. I see it as pointless. I want something to fight over, something WORTH fighting over. To be quite honest, I think the buff from orbs needs to be buffed and it needs to affect PvE as well. Make it big enough that people log in and get ready to do a dungeon and the first thing they do is check to see if they have orbs, if not the go do WvWvW to get orbs so they have that buff for their dungeon run. I want the buff big enough that everyone on the server WANTS it, badly. I want the orbs (and their buff) to be THE focus/reason for WvWvW.
As much as I want this to be the case sadly it will never happen with the player base WoW has given us.
People cry now when they are forced to do something they don’t want to do and then quit playing the game. It is why MMOs in the past 15 years have mostly become the mindless drool fests you see today.

Inb4t WoW kids saying how they don’t want to WvW before they go PvE because they don’t feel they should have to.
I understand that button is there but the point is now I don’t HAVE to click that button every time I go to a vendor to buy something. There is more then enough room in the bags to put 1 Oiled at the bottom of the list and then never worry about junk again.
I use an oiled bag for junk. Put it at the bottom of your inventory tabs and make your window small so you never have to see the junk items in your bag again. The only way I see junk items is by scrolling down my inventory.
It is nice because then I don’t have to sell junk every time I go to a vendor. I can just let them build up and get a some nice payouts when I do finally go to sell them.

If you are heartseaker spamming in high level 5v5s you are bad and will not win. Simple as that. You are trying to balance the game around pub hotjoins and Free tournys with 80% pugs.
Any “good” player will know how to counter a scrub HS/PW spammer and more often then not you will find those good players in paid tourneys.
The thief IS strong I agree but is it oped? I would say players lack of skill in the level of play you guys are talking about make it seem OP when it really isn’t.
Yes the Ele has a higher skill requirement to play in sPvP I agree completely. Some classes are just made that way based on the mechanic of the class. Big plays come from better players that know some of the complicated class mechanics the game has. Some of the other mechanics can be complicated in high level play but when you are in hotjoins they seem basic and spammy. I can give examples if you don’t understand this.
What it really comes down too is the fact that if you think a class is overpowered at this point of the game you either:
1. Don’t know the counter for that class yet.
2. Don’t know all the mechanics of your own class.
3. Don’t know the mechanics of the class you think is OP.
4. Just suck and should just accept that the high level players are better then you.

I don’t think you understand the whole point of the weapons and the systems in place to make the weapons.

Sorry but there is nothing you can do at the moment to get them back. Support has already said that they don’t have the capability to restore items or rollback people. Even people who get hacked are not able to get lost items back.
Starter Items used to be just basic level 1 items that could be traded to anyone.
I’m guessing they won’t changed it either because then you would see things like Rangers with a Thief hood or Warriors with Guardian shoulders. You could reroll your Guardian and keep it on that guy but your current Guardian is out of luck

P.S. Thief downed skills are amazing for both PvE and PvP
Cross server guilds do not share influence and it was a big topic for the devs on if it should or not.
The simple answer for the way it is now is because they don’t want guilds with huge amounts of influence effecting servers that they have not gathered that influence on.
Example: My guild gains ton of influence and works well with a community on Stormbluff. Then 1 person that is on Jade Quarry could spend all that influence in WvW upgrades even though the guild had very little interaction with the JQ community.
In the end this is probably the best possible solution for short term but maybe they can come up with a gem cost to transfer a guilds influence to another server.
Also 1 thing to note as a side effect of the current design is that if you transfer servers with your whole guild you have to start over on influence.
It is 24hours from the time you open the chest for it to respawn. This is the same with all jump puzzle chests.
The only thing that resets at a certain time of day is the daily quests. Everything else is based off a certain time between when you interacted with the object and when it respawns.
The Siege Masters Guide is used in the mystic forge to upgrade to stronger/faster siege weapons.
It normally takes multiple of the blueprints, the guide, and some other mats to upgrade them. There is upgraded versions of every siege blueprint and some of them can be very powerful.
I’m not 100% sure what the other mats are if there are any but you can always play around with the forge to find that out as long as you have the 1st few components in it
^You can also hit “esc” go to character select and log back in. This will put you back to the spot where you entered the WvW zone from.
Another big tip is to always make sure you have supply on you. BUT do not always take supply from the nearest towers/keeps. It is very important that those defense structures get upgraded and if everyone hijacks the supply they can run out very fast. Then they get stuck with 0 supply while being attacked and no upgrades.
Supply camps have re-spawning supply and very low upgrade costs so always try and take supply from them.
Vitality is the stat that counters conditions. That + condi removal gives the game plenty of ways to counter condi damage.
This is why the invader gear in WvW has power/vit/toughness. Right now everyone is stacking as much power/pers/crit damage as possible but once people learn the power of condi damage the meta of the game will change completely
The reason you could see your own name is because someone in your group targeted you and used the “target assist” button (t). This puts the crosshair on your head for groupmembers to see. At this point in the game there is no way to click on yourself or target yourself in anyway to see your name.
Personaly I like the idea of not being able to click on yourself since you don’t need it for heals or spells. It saves money and stress on the servers and it is one less thing in the way of targeting.
I wouldn’t mind however the ability to see your name/title/guild tag in the hero window
If you want a gear grind go back to WoW. The gear will stay mostly cosmetic and will have very few upgrades added to stats.
Grinding to look cool is what Anet is going for. Not Power progression where you are required to have a gearscore to get to the next level
Should be 1 hour from the time that you gather it in all PvE zones. I believe that WvW is 24 hours from the time you last gathered it. I’m not 100% sure about the WvW part but I do know that the jump puzzle is 24 hours on all the orichalcum ore in there
