The moment red objectives start appearing on the map I head over there to take a good look at Vabbi scoring points! Ok, and I will probably wave also…
I tend to like Vabbi alot and prefer to focus on WSR when it comes to taking objectives. Untill Vabbi is stomping me into oblivion ofcourse.
Not sure about the FoW population but I see alot more guilds playing together in groups, some more consistent (pug) zergs and yesterday I even had the feeling to be part of a blob. Pretty new things for FoW imo and I hope we can be a good opponent when we play in T8.

Let the record show that I do not own any Panda sweatshops/ Skritt meth labs as these malicious rumours imply. Started with staff and switched to d/d and never looked back. I play mostly wvw now.
You need alot of toughness because we take alot of hits when we go in. I try to keep my toughness up and my vitality not too low. For the rest I try to balance the traits to get damage and also some defense/health regen.

The reason that FOW might thinkw e are pushing on them, is simply the fact that our major guilds are currently focussing on the blue borderlands, due to a project we are trying to envolve over here.
If you want some open field action on thursday eve let me now and I will see to have less numbers at once on the FOW borderlands
Not sure what that project is and why it involves only the blue BL but I think you should divide and conquer! Last part of this week your project moved to the green BL
We got alot of attention thats for sure. Feels like everything we cap will be lost in a few minutes. We defend succesfull? Prepare for the next attack! In the end it feels like we are running in circles because we dont have the numbers to cover all fronts.
Sure hope we get some more players active in wvw. Future will tell!

Nice vid Dragona, I was happy to help out whiping/pushing! Dzagonur zerg was inside trying to look for a weakspot to take inner. Tried our backdoor once but got denied and finaly we could push them out!

Vabbi have plenty of Zergs, not as moronic and clueless as FoW ones but Vabbi still have them. Though its better fighting a Vabbi Zerg then FoW as when FoW lose they have ONE response – Bring more people. They never think about changing tactics or plan if they lose of they fail in what they are doing they simply do one thing – call for more people.

Was very happy to find some BNF in our bl and enjoyed the fights we had yesterday evening. Pretty good team you have there! Also at the end of the evening, fighting at hills, I used a tip you gave us in one of your vids, “Rangers first”. So i went for your ranger most of the time ;p

Not (just) this week, seen a RoS commander (Xyros?) joined FoW as guest weeks ago. Not sure who has transferred to FoW but I see a few new commanders lately. They could be guests…

Like said before, WSR lost some major guilds. We (FoW) couldnt win the matchup before they left but now we seem to do very well. Also with the help of some commanders from RoS (and maybe other servers).
The difference in score could be caused by the increase in moral/wvw players for FoW and the decrease of moral/wvw players for WSR. Vabbi does not have alot of dedicated wvw players (I could be wrong) and we all know it is almost impossible to win against bigger numbers.
Thats how I could explain it, correct me if im wrong.

We never sayed that we are powerfull or op we just sayed that we dont bring our lvl 80 chars because we just want the easy xp for our lowbie chars.
And ‘we’ is everybody from the wsr server? Or just you or your guild and friends?
Lowbie chars on the field or the third server has 80% of his wvw players doing pve that week is what I hear or read almost every matchup… I just wonder how much of this is true.
OP or not, I will fight everything that moves ^^ Ok, almost everything… I hate that lowbie necro who melts me in 2 seconds. I’m running for sure if he has his lvl 80 gear equiped!

Way too much “political” talks going on. BT can work with vabbi they don’t care one way or the other… they know they will “win” the matchup. Lets just have fun primetime and beat the crap out of each other. Vabbi visitors can night cap no one cares its always a huge discussion on altering points during off hours… NA complain about oceanic and pacific island presence all the time too.

Most of the time I’m a happy (jumping) d/d ele in wvw. Learned to see Vabbi as my little brother and try to help them wherever I can mostly by avoiding fights or just target the bigger (always winning) server.
I’ve noticed that I was a little upset to read the following (see previous posts):
“Vabbi also has contacts in Arberstone and Blacktide, so when FoW try and screw us over we get the zerg directed at FoW.”
I dont know how many Vabbi have the same mindset but this hurts FoW alot imho… I guess I just did not expect this from Vabbi and makes the matchup a bit more complicated. Will our matchup (Fow and Vabbi + third) be like who got the most friends on the winning server? I’m not sure… but who am I? (a happy jumping d/d ele in wvw, yes! )

Ok, this explains some things I guess. I still would like to honour the old alliance so I can focus on fighting BT, the ones who are going to win this matchup. I see no point in fighting Vabbi other then to defend myself when needed…

Thats how i feel when dueling at Vabbi mill Had lots of fun altough my performance was very bad… Warrior smacked me from left to right, guess im not used to all the CC he puts out. And as always, I melt for condition necro’s so its time to practice my cleaning I guess (if its possible to do so, I wonder).

So… I logged in yesterday, ready to transfer with my friend to RoS and… he quit gw2. My biggest reason to move is gone so I stay on FoW and watch Ham being spiked by the enemie
I’m not sure if its FoW specific but the few guilds I’ve joined have over 100 members but never more then 10 active at once. Over the past period almost all the people I played with have quit gw2…
