It only takes 1 [Psy] mesmer to kill me 4 times Ok, at least 4 times, I didn’t count it exactly… I wonder what build I was fighting because it felt like hitting a brick wall that could multiply itself with stealth capabilities and an option to run away when needed.

I’ve been moa’d and smacked into the ground by a few Jd a while back when I was on RoS and it made me laugh ^^ All in the game imo.
Sounds like we all know eachother and we have to use a rulebook when we engage in a fight? Or are we trying to make guilds look good/bad on the forums this way? Anyway I just hope to have some fun battles with the Vabbians again since I’m back on FoW

Somehow I glitched into a tower twice yesterday. We were attacking the door, I saw a warrior trying to get into the tower so I teleported on him and updrafted while he was going trough the portal. Next moment I was looking at some confused DL inside the tower… Went up the wall and jumped off, joined the doorsmashing crew again. The next moment I used a fire skill I blasted trough the door AGAIN… So confused about what happened.

I have to say, I’ve had that experience with Drakkar this week, I don’t think I’ve seen a single one out of their zerg. (Though I’m sure someone probably has)
The other day there I ran into a Surmia zerg and legged it out of there only to be chased by three of them, but to my surprise, only one attacked me whilst the others watched. After I bested him, the next came and then the third and honestly, I couldn’t have been happier – not because I won, but because they chose to fight me one-on-one instead of outnumbering me.
So to those RoS players, thanks – I had fun.
Drakkar does have players who are up to a 1vs1 fight (ofcourse). Happened to bump into one at random yesterday. We fought for a while and when I finaly got downed he/she did not stomp me. Makes me think that the fight was appreciated.

Lets see it as a compliment when somebody frantically jumps up and down on your body. It takes dedication and motivation to press the jump button many times and stay in one position, preferable above the player who just got stomped by X numbers. So there must be something special about you who got jumped on, why all this effort do you think? I’m beginning to dislike players who dont jump above my body and just run away after the fight. Am I being ignored here or….? FFFFFFFFF.. come back and jump on me!

Ty TDA guild for coming to ruin good 1v1 fights in FoW bl. Really classy.
Although I do suppose it would be best that they didn’t, there is always an inherent risk to dueling in WvW. And I think higher pop (TDA coming from Gandara and all) has a bit less respect for dueling because it hogs queue times without contributing much. No offense though, just stating some possibilities and stuff. No offense to either parties though.
I’d like to hear TDA’s stand though. It might just be some bad/new guildies.
Well I saw a TDA in a duel today…
I had a nice duel with TDA, it was all good. To duel is not a privilege in wvw imo so everything could happen. I’m just happy if we can have a nice clean duel, if not then move on!

Now now, i see there may be some confusion in the RoS server. Yes, we are playing World vs World BUT the game is called GUILD wars, not ‘lets run as multiple guilds because we are complete kitten-holes’ wars. If you would like to run around in a nasty blob for loot i hear there is a champ farm in cursed shore , maybe try that.

They have had since beta to get this done, not sure why they are as lazy as they are. If it is not laziness it must be incompetence either way not good for the customer.
They have also said lots of things that were not accurate, or out right lies, so why believe them on this one? When it is actually working I will believe it.
it boils down to resource management. they’ve hired 4 new teams for the living story, while they have one team (if it’s even large enough to be considered a team) for WvW. there’s a huge gap between what they’d like to do, and what they’re realistically able to do. essentially, until the bigwigs get a clue, the developers are pretty much handcuffed, and sadly are the ones that catch all the flak. if given proper resources and support from within their own office, they could very well take care of all the issues that have been plaguing WvW for the past year. however, they’re crippled by what amounts to overlords that only care about turning a profit, and has the final say in all decisions. money talks, after all.

[RoT] has a pretty good commander and I had blast running with him and his crew yesterday (although i’m from SAB). A while back, I remember we did a zerg bow, all standing in line and bow for the other zerg That was pretty awesome, especially because at the time my only tactic was following a commander and I had never seen this before!
