The Karma items are in line with the armor and weapons that cost coin.
As you gain in levels you will gain more and more karma from events. And you don’t even have to complete the event… just merely doing enough and moving on to the next nearest event. Or in WvW you can get 3-5 events in the same spot in 30-120 seconds.
Karma is easier to make than gold and things bought with karma are already discounted. There is no need to change it further and threaten economic instability toward crafting.
What really is the point of greeting an NPC that has no bearing on the world except interfere with your ability to access the bank because it wandered next you while you pressed “F.”
And at one point NPCs standing over your loot but this has been resolved. However, in some events they bring up a useless dialog box that hinders further use of the “F” key until you close it. Also exists in Personal Stories where you have a tag along NPC.
a Linux Client is not really needed since there are Terminal Emulation with linux to create a windows shell such as WINE.
I agree Elementalist should have a dual weapon swap but give all other classes 3rd weapon swap and a warrior a 4th.
HOWEVER, add a longer delay upon switching back to a weapon if a skill is used. Maintain no delay if you switch but do not use a skill.

Lock and delete this pointless thread.
AS it is, all classes have a series of weapons you can cycle through changing your play style to supportive, Aggressive Range, Aggressive Melee. Every class has its counter and benefit. And through this, the professions are continuously balanced and tested. There is no need to have multiclass because in a way through the traits and weapon choices you already have a multiclass feel.
you never fought /an elder/ dragon in GW.
Umm yes you did 2 in fact . Glint and the Great Destroyer . Although they were minor they were still dragons
The great destroyer was not a dragon rather a created minion. It was a queen destroyer.
Glint was not an Elder Dragon but I failed to communicate that distinction.
Hearts resetting after a week as incentive for getting gold/mats.

This is a redundant request to a system that is already in place, Dynamic Events.
At level 80, going back to newbie areas you get 1s20c for each simple event. Events run off a timed chain. Learn the Chain and move from event to event. A good level 80 can complete 20-40 events in an hour. And you don’t have to stay throughout the event, contribute enough to get a gold medal and move to next event. When it does complete you will get the reward.
And thus you would make 20-40 silver. You also get about 200-400 karma per event. So I seriously oppose this idea as it is unnecessary.

I’d like to disagree about the mounts. But realistically, any mildly wealthy civilization has mounts in their culture. Dwarves did use dolyaks. Charr did tamed giant devourers.
As for the weak rebuttal based on the GW Lore? lol… After 300 years you think someone would get tired of walking? Also, dragons were of myth and not fully understood in the lore and you never fought /an elder/ dragon in GW, but you can in GW2.
GW2 is all about rethinking what is possible.
I am not in favor of mounts however, but if they were added:
Mounts should have swiftness.
Mounts cannot be used while in WvW, Cities, or while in combat.
Skill Bar should be removed while mounted and if you take damage, you have a good chance of being dismounted forcibly. If you are forcibly removed from a mount, you should take serious damage and run the risk of being in a downed state. Rangers should be given a passive boon while mounted that gives the animal a soothing calm giving Rangers greater resistance of being forcibly removed from the mount.

Currently, the purchase of an upgrade has to be paid in full by a single character.
I think “ordering of an upgrade” UI should be changed to allow partial payments from multiple players. When the fee is paid in full, the upgrade queues up and begins when the workers have supply.
This would make getting upgrades done easier and actually help the economy grow. As it is, not everyone is willing to pay the prices for upgrades and lower populated/weaker worlds continue to suffer from being underdogs. This system forces poor people to remain poor. Their only fault is that they care about their world.
With this new system, when a group of 30 defenders successfully repell an assault, they all get a silver reward. They all then can go to the upgrade NPC and invest that 30 silver into whatever upgrades are needed.
This would also bring more stability to capture points because worlds that constantly pull feints or unorganized assaults run the risk of feeding the defenders the coin needed to upgrade the control points.
Overall, it gives everyone an affordable way to help their world without feeling contributing would otherwise put them in economic ruin.
Also, add a reward system for players that do contribute. Place a “coin value” on Badges of Honor. For every X contribution a player makes toward upgrades, they are awarded X Badges of Honor.
