He’s saying that the fractal levels in the lfg are grouped wrong. They still are referring to the old system, when the dailies were, you know, 1-9, 10-20, blablabla.
Imho they kept them that way for the agony resistance required, but doesn’t matter anyway, pugs don’t even know what it is.

Well, I’ve been doing jumping puzzles I hate for a bunch of dumb kids (and if there’s a thing I hate more than jps, it’s kids), just to get the fragment-eating star… I then realised I deleted at least 5 stacks of empyreal a few weeks ago to clear my mule character.

Well, trying really hard to be objective… Like with all companies in this ugly world, anet surely got a few competent, determined people that try to make things work and many lazy, jaded or plain indifferent employees that most probably just copy-paste their way through the support tickets just so they can go back home and mind their own business. Not that I blame them… Some jobs just suck.
Yeah, I know, I know, but come on, negligence is everywhere. I’m sure they don’t mean it, but it’s how it is.
I won’t dare to imply that something’s wrong in the instructions the support guys are given from upstairs, because I don’t know how things work at the company.

I’ve done it, I even put up ap requirements for a few months. You know how much people hate those. It was only me and my buddy, back then. Before I met spoj and all. I’ve never been harassed like that. Maybe because we were trying to be nice in “enforcing the law”, I don’t know. We can’t make a statistic, the 2 of us, so we’ll never know how things really are; we can only share our experiences. All I know is that people don’t snap at you often for no reason. That’s it. Maybe it’s a twisted, crazy reason you don’t condone, but still…
I lived it right on my skin. Sometimes you’re part of the problem. Not always, but sometimes.

Look, I regret even trying to post in such threads. Nothing good comes out of it, nothing. You can’t explain to those people, hence my (not only mine…) tired frustration that leads to rather smug replies. You either put up a fight, and I hate fighting with the “anti-cheating”, “anti-cheesing” crowd, or you smile and nod while backpedaling slowly.
I’m also not interested in discussing the “design” of dungeons, as if anyone here had even a vague idea on how freaking hard doing such things on such a big game is. I surely don’t. Poor design? I say that most dungeons are pretty good, but they’re old. OLD! Old means that it has been worn and done, done many times. If you do things many times=easier. Sure, some bosses suck, but others don’t. They’d just need a little tweaking.
Honestly, bringing up the poor, beaten horses of stacking and skipping only causes anger and frustration. You should really put these things to rest. Everyone.
Just a couple of considerations and then, if anyone wants a fight, I’m just letting you bark at the wind: nobody takes anyone else seriously if this one comes here after doing a few dungeons in a pug, inquiring revamped dungeons that would require gw2’s devs to throw half of what they’ve done with programming up in the air; lastly, we all know what that “cheating” meant. Don’t like it? Good. You know what to do.
There are means to research this information and much more just by looking at the stickies.
If this is about having harder dungeons, everyone and their mother knows we all want harder zones.
You better brace yourself, because these zones will almost surely have some stacking and skipping included.
Unless you want to make boons with unlimited range…. /fights back laughter

If someone gets THAT kind of hate (the one in the “wall of hate”) so often… it means that someone is the trigger. I used to be an explosively kitteny and aggressive teenager with uncontrollable anger issues and I was always in the middle of some heated argument, especially since I was a pvper (gasp) in gw1. The things that community did to me… like, I turned into a little monster. I was flaming and calling names 24/7. Now I’m not nicer, but I’m more withdrawn and overall lost any energies to argue since I became this pathetic shell of a man, so these things don’t really happen anymore. Whenever someone DARES to just say one single misplaced word in my party, /kick.
If people insult you like that and you’re NOT in pvp, it means 90% it’s on you.
It’s not about pugs, it’s not about casuals vs elitists, it’s not about EU pugs vs NA pugs. It’s about you.
I used to think everyone around me was stupid, too stupid to understand me and that I was different from them.
Now I know better… /sigh
