It’d be good to know if the new precursors will be still available true the old means of acquiring. And if they (the new precursors) will be tradable.

if anyone has some ideas for interesting handicaps for dungeons/fractals post them so a-net can take some good ideas from us 
Napalm aura:
Applied to all party members for the hole instance.
you burn any party member around you. (it can be for % of hp like 5%)
ends on down, and re-aplayed on raly/revived, downed players are imune to damage from it (so they can be ressed). Mele range as 130-250
Hardcore:
If any party member dies all party members get kittend-out of the instance (dungeon/fractal)
The Bomb
on a random time interval (20-40s) random party member gets a bundle – bomb whit only one skill “drop the bomb” and 5s buff on them “bomb is ticking”
- if they use the 1 skill and drop it -all other party members take alot of dmg (30-50%) and m/be get knocked down, burned ets….
- if they wait for the buff to expires the carier takes a moderate amound of damege(20-30%) and m/be gets knocked down(for less time) + an AoE(mele range) around him that does the same around him
The Mirror
At random time interval (20s-1min) while in combat, random party member gets mirrored as enemy whit x5 HP boost (only 1-3 mirrors can be present at any time) mirrors self detonate after 5 mins and deal massive damage to all party members if not killed (50%hp)

We are more likely to get a new fractal or two than a new dungeon,….
I think so too.
At best we can get some handicaps in dungeons (as in fractals)
While we ware playng dungeons I found that I can’t see if a party member was dead or dawned the only way was if a player had buffs/condys while dawned. No way to say if they ware 50% or nearly dead. I play whit Simple UI-on and can’t tell if it is the same if one playes whit SUI-off.
And on the same note please differentiate HP from Necros’s Life force
a slot in hero’s panel where to put stack of food and oils so when the food ends it will automaticaly eat a new portion.

Yeah. I kinda went “wtf” when I saw that. The one second of stability is the best we have to offer? Poor necros.
I had to say somthing good about necros
I only play my necro (condy) in silverwaste red Keep
and Triple troble Wurm as husk-killer
I played as power dager/focus Necro in dungeons but I didn’t enjoy it much
it felt as less dmg than a thief and less party suport and so….
I know that there are good Dead shrout power builds but havent played them

I dont get it. how’d it mess the economy?
and if I’ve max MF the only thing left for me to do whit greens and blues is selling to vendor/tp.
and as time passes by more ppl will be on this state -max MF
I myself am close to max and not shure what I’m gona do when I get to 300mf

Why dont we make Luck sellable on TP?
so new ppl that don’t have MF can easy buy the stuff
and ppl whit max MF can still do somthing whit it?

My list (ABC order)
1st tier
Elementalist – frost bow, fury, AoE Dmg, Might
Guardian – mass stability, reflects, aegis, condy cleans
Warior – Baner of discipline, Might
2nd tier
Thief -stelt, Blast finishers, defience cleanse
3th tier
(very effective but harder to play right)
Engy – AoE dmg vulnerabilyty stack, party suport
Mesmer – reflects, quilness
Ranger – spotter, Frost spirit
last
Necro – mass stability,
I’d like to see what other ppl think on the pve party composition before the expansion. And where woud the new specialisations and profesion get on ower top party lists

account bound mastery points is needed because some/all of the things stated as sources for MP are acount bound.
training the masterys maybe charracter bound: so I may like to train one mastery whit one of my toons. but once unlocked it is useble for all of my toons
but this is a flavor and I dont think it will be done

I dont think that it will be a good idea to get somthing like it because if we get to the max points needed to fill-up a mastery line (assuming all lines need the same amound of MP to fillup) we can just max all masterys on diferent toons: so I will have one “precursor crafter” other toon Glider 3th combat spec … and this will cut the content
and once anounced Masterys = account bound they will take a ton of backlash on them if they change it + they’ll need to rework it = more time developing = not gona happen
so the three leyers for maps will be just 3 maps on top of each other?
and if we slip down from the top we die? or is it a “beta” thing?
it will be nice to get ported into the lower map?
As I see it:

WWW exp – we reach the cap and it is useles
MG find we reach the cap and essences of luck are useless
EXP we train masterys and when we get them all xp gets useless
and more to come looking forward to them :/

players who’ve reached level 80 will no longer gain levels but will instead train Masteries.

What will we get from exp when we train all masterys?
As I see it now:
1 we need MP to unlock Traks
2 we need MP and EXP to train masterys
so if MP are limited and exp is not
there is a point where we will tain all masteris get all MP and exp does NOTHING(again)?

1 down in queen’s jubelie (1st year destr. farms 300+mf 50ppl+)
1 staff scarlet’s invasions (300+mf 20ppl+)
1 Rifle EOTM veteran koda ( 300+mf 50ppl+)
1 shild fractals-jade (240+mf 5ppl)
I think I’ve got one more from drop but can’t remeber
I think anet was planing on 1 pre/year so anyone can craft only one legendary/year but because of mf i got like 2-3/year
So My Q:
What do we do whit MP when we max-out all mastery traks?
here is my biggest fear:
the Masterys to be as WWW Rank points but for PvE
so when u hit1.7k www rank points there is nothing to spend them on- NOTHING!
if u think that Skill points are useless atm- think about it if they ware not used in legendary or rere-skins crafting. or mats promotion or even some recepies …. and still we have tons of them!
PLS Anet think about good sinks for them and don’t make something new and shiny that will become usless in 3-4monts down the line (again).
So why do You think that you need to do the damage of the new condy directly?
if any I’d say: put the new condy in the stack but get the overriten condy as direct dmg.
so example:
1st condy in the stak will be removed when the stak is maxed and new condy (of the same type) is applyed.
So we have 25 bleeds and the 1st is 10s*100dmg/s so someone is aplyind a new bleed:
this bleed of 100dps(10s) goes in 1000 direct dmg. as simple as that.

You are healed for a percentage of outgoing critical hit damage. from 8% boosted to 15% !?

Might: The power and condition damage provided by this boon have been reduced from 35 per stack to 30.
2) Do you realy think that condy dmg needs a nerf? how meny LFG you see "Looking for a condy???
3? : And a suggestion/question:
Is it possible to make conditions whit lesser condition damage unable to overrite condys whit higher condition damage?
1st let me explain how is it done so every body knows what are we talking about:
Everybody goes to one tower in ower case at Yellow tower. ~ 50 ppl or more (full map)
everybody does the defend event and many ppl will get shovels to dig up the chests in the area. So we all open the chests on cooldown. And this is it. When the meta is full we kill the boss and we goon farming chests.
The point is if you have all ppl doing it. You will have more shovels than you need. + You get bandid crests from chests and events so You have endles supply of keys.
it is the best and most proffidable farm so far that I know of.
so pls nerf it
but dont kill it it is highly addictive and I like the new map and I’d like doing it, doing dungeons, fractals and more
one possible solution:
remove the bandit crest’s drop from chests so you will need to compleate events to open chests.
other solution can be to make defend events to drop a fixed amount of shovels so they don’t scale up whit ppl. for example 1lv defens gives 5 shovels to ppl that compleated it. 2 lv -> 7 and 3lv 10 shovels (one person can get more than one shovel if he compleated the event alone)
I’ve considered the increase of chest’s refill rate but it will only cause the zerg to change towers.
I’ve created the back item last pach and I had one seed left.

So we completed fractal level 50 and we got the daily rewards and happily linked them in party chat. At this moment- we ware still at the boss fractal (May Trim)- the party leader left the party. so I was send to character select screen whit an error message. When I got back in game the daily reward was gone From my inventory! no-chest no relics nothing!
One of the other party members got the same bug and lost his reward too.

I think that this change will be positive for GW2. I can’t Imagine a situation where soubound (SB) works better than accound-bound (AB). There are fixes all the time that make items from SB to AB. Whay do we need SB anyway?
