PvE mainly please. I do like to WvW from time to time but 90% of my time playing is gonna be PvE so lets just say that and make it easier.

Basically got gold and laurels and anything else I would need to buy for the gear that you suggest so no worries there

I am currently using Sword/Focus Staff and would like to keep it that way, and love to shatter as much as possible.

So with this above what is best possible way to cause Damage, would it be causing direct damage or conditions via the shattering and sword attacks? and what gear is best to use.

I have had a quick browse but to be honest the search feature aint all that great on the forum and don’t want to look at older build that are no longer viable.

Any help would be great and appreciated. I consider myself a good player but not very clued up on the mechanics of the game as I don’t have the time to sit down and study DPS etc.

I will answer any following questions if you need more information

Not sure if this side of the argument has been said before but this is my story/side of it…

In a game like this I want a “Aim”. I have completed every part of earning a Legendary Weapon but I miss a pre-cursor, unfortunately for me I now no longer have a certain aim with the exception of a massive Trading Post price of course.

Now don’t get me wrong I know some will say that is a aim but I am no where near the 400g asking price of the Trading Post at the moment and with people saying “Giving a Pre-Cursor away with Achievement points is a bad idea” I personally don’t see how just buying part of a Legendary Weapon in the Trading Post is any better of a idea.

End of the day in my opinion I am currently at a stumbling block and I am at a “Fingers crossed stage” randomly hoping for RNG out of Mystic Forge

So I do not want a Pre-Cursor for free but I don’t want it to be down to luck specially not being a lucky person and might have to wait months for a bit of it.

So to keep everyone happy we need something that people can “Sell” if they want and make money or “Earn” for there Legendary Weapon. I think and I am totally up for discussion of course and not saying we MUST have this is a Karma binding solution.

Karma has to been earned so slap Pre-Cursors in a Karma Npc at a mega Karma price so its not easy to get but a Grind/Aim is there for something to work towards. People can then not complain about it being easy not complain that they cant make money nor would it kill Mystic Forge if people still wanted to try RNG from time to time.

Logged in earlier today and received mail with Free Black Lion Salvage Kit. Honestly you guys are just amazing, was well pleased and did not expect it at all. I always knew you look after your fans as I have played since beginning of GW1 and this just further proves it Thank you.

Always going to be some hater who will say “its only a salvage kit” but that’s not the point, and to redeem us like that so we don’t go without in my eyes shows your true greatness as a company.

I think I used about 8-9 uses of BLSK and then realised something was not right and then read the bug so missed out on ecto but this compensates nicely.

I have not been as unlucky as OP but im currently on level 12 and have failed 3 times due to player disconnects over the course of the 12 levels but I have had about 8 disconnects in total but managed to complete as 4 man team on the lower levels. I have also been lucky enough that I personally have not been the one to disconnect.

I feel terrible for the players that are disconnected though, specially when one disconnected on the last boss before being taken back to hub, he must have been raging and this is not fun gaming for anyone involved, even if you enjoy the FTOM being disconnected would soon make you think twice. Lets not beat around the bush FOTM is not excatly a 15minute run is it lol.

In very simple terms you must find a way of letting players rejoin like you did in Guild Wars 1. I know this might come with exploits that some unfair gamers might take advantage of (well I assume otherwise why not implement this straight away) but there has to be a workaround for this otherwise this will soon become a failure dungeon that people simply will not bother to take a gamble completing.

On a plus note whoever created the FOTM needs some speical praise cause im having way to much fun, really enjoying it and cant get enough.

Bring us some Ascended armor please

This is driving me insane, I honestly thought it was my keyboard and almost smashed it against the wall lol. Lucky for me I managed to control my temper. please fix asap though cause jumping puzzles are impossible

Just got hat from 3rd event , this time I only just arrived and missed most of the Mad King lol.

Yes I must admit I missed chest first time around and only come across it later on and got 1 corn piece, surely they would not expect people to know that though?. And if i dont recieve Witches Hat because of this then I would be rather dissapointed to be honest. Can any devs shed some light on the situation?

I did on next round and it gave me trick or treat bag

Was in town at the time and did not recieve a witches hat, stayed the whole party and got all titles from “Special Event” but no hat.

What to do??
