What do we do?
- We do dungeons, WvW, PvP, and PvE(guild events).
- We help out other people in the guild and out side of the guild with whatever they need.
- We give out prizes and money every week
- We give out jobs or missions that can help you earn money in the best of ways.

What are we?
- We are a very social guild, we have 70+ people who are willing to help you with anything you need. If you ever have questions just ask the management team or I(marcusbash).
- (In the future) We will be a big WvW guild. We will have upgrades to where we can take over any fortress and keep it in WvW, but we need you to help us.

-We use team speak. A great way to communicate with our guild members and it’s free.
- We have our own guild website, it is a new website but it’s is easy to use. Just apply and your request will be answered as soon as possible.
- We offer exp boost, gathering boost, karma boost, and magic finds.
- We do free weekly drawings, every week we pick one lucky winner to earn some armor, money and etc.
- We have level 80s and people with map completions that can easily help you with anything.
- We are nice and welcome anyone who wants to join the guild and we try the best we can to make YOU happy.

I recently upgraded economy for my guild and i went to go check on it a little later and the upgrade had been removed. I don’t know how it happened. So then i tried get my guild emblem and it wouldn’t let me, it wouldn’t show up on my queue or even take the influence. What’s goin on?

Well their service is already horrible, and you just can’t use your account I take it, or want it merged or w/e. Someones account (and therefore personal info including CC) are compromised and being abused, thats much more serious then a simple.. “I want this now because I do!” Issue.

Uhm, maybe because this WHOLE THING could have been avoided if they used common sense and made it to where a pass/user change required AUTHENTICATION from the email, something EVERY other mmo has, why are they too good to use it? Maybe they just like pissing off customers and copy/pasting tickets.

@Gaile Gray, Why are people getting their hacked accounts returned in less then a day, sometimes within a hour or 2 and I’ve been waiting for 3-4 days? Thats really ridiculous, my patience is about worn out.

Waiting for 3-5 days now on those tickets. Why are people getting it fixed in less then a day and we are having to wait nearly weeks? This is ridiculous. Still some random gold spammer running around on my account thats sold all my crap and deleted all my chars, and the feeling of knowing that I wont get any consolation or even a rollback is so infuriating.

Yeah its cute how the gem store has 99% up time and anyone thats sends in a ticket with gem shop issues is resolved BEFORE the prioritized? I think its clear where Anet’s allegiance lies.. Money. I’m going to get infractured from this post too, as I have about 6 times now for not saying AMG ANET IS AWESOME. No its not, authenticators, etc. And you have to authorize a change in your password/username, it doesn’t just go straight through. Not to mention my WoW account got hacked once, all my chars and equips and money were gone, they had it all back and I was playing again in less than 30 minutes. So..false.

Chobiko, I’ve been waiting 4 days for my hacked account to get retrieved, I honestly DO NOT want it to be banned, as that is translated into another (god knows how long) aggravating wait period. I’m sure my characters, and anything of value have already been deleted/lost/sold, and the guild I lead, the hacker left, without establishing someone as a new head, so the guild is at a dead end because I doubt Anet would fix that for me…so..really the only thing that kept me from making a new acc and getting a refund for my hacked one was my guild and my chars but since both are lost.. I really don’t even want to play a game with such a bad company leading it.

Not to mention Blizz was able to give all my lost items/chars back when I was hacked, and Anet said that they wouldn’t (for now atleast, IDK if thats permanent) but I’m in the same boat, if my kitten gone when I get my acc back I’m going to be reallykitten coulda just sent a ticket for a refund and bought a new copy and be higher level and have better/more stuff in the time I’ve been waiting.

This your having a laugh 30 case solved in 1 day and most of these are for cheaters that were using the Karma exploit, so they can go back and do the same. How many people you got working in support 1. If you need help e-mail me , Jesus i used to do more then that before dinner. Yet people who have done nothing wrong ,have to wait for weeks to get a look in. If it is true that 11,000 people were hacked and your only doing 30 people a day ,its going to be one hell of await

My ticket is running for 2 weeks now and still ticking

Honestly, I feel that I have a lot more faith in the support team. Now that I know they are doing it in chronological order, while taking care of support tickets for various other issues aside from account-related.

I was only concerned because I thought that they were only prioritizing hacked account tickets, and taking care of easy tickets on the side.

But now that I can see where I stand in the assistance, I am relieved.

The team is working through the tickets as quickly as possible, and what I did — for my small contribution here — is pull those in a certain time block. That’s not to say others aren’t being handled.

The rate your going still isn’t enough. There’s no way to justify that. Anet doesn’t have NEARLY the amount of people working on the hacking/bans as they should, bottom line.

Yeah same… my feelings towards this game are about dead. And just knowing that 1. it will take forever to get my account playable again, 2. I will have to remake my guild since the hacker left it and I’m the leader, 3. Probably deleted all my chars, don’t want to grind back up to 30-40 on 2-3 of my chars, 4. Lost ALL of my money/gear/crafting supplies/craft levels/etc just makes me want to refund and wait for MoP..because all that isnt worth 60 dollars. (Posting off my friends acc. mine is hacked)

Go to ‘My Stuff’ and just change the drop down box to “No, I don’t need a reply.” And that will close the ticket.

What? My account isnt blocked, the gold seller is running around rampant, he even left the guild I lead…without putting someone else in a leader position, and I’m fairly certain he deleted my characters as well, as I said, I can’t log in, this is my friends account, and I have every right to be sad that they can’t properly support their customers, 72 hours was a joke.

I’m posting this from my buddies account that plays GW2 and didn’t get hacked. My first ticket about getting hacked was sent in on the 5th, last night I canceled the ticket and made a new one, and I’m still waiting for just a RESPONSE in general about my condition, I get a email about my email about my email being changed and (hopefully) its me. After that when I try to log in, my account doesn’t exist, at this point my hope/hype/etc for this game is all but lost and just isn’t worth it anymore. You guys are building a horrible reputation, do you even realize it? All the posts the GM’s are putting on the forums about “post your issues here” its hard to do that if you can’t log in. I can’t say I enjoy paying 60 dollars to get screwed over, and then have the moderators that could have avoided this whole fiasco in the first place, do nothing about it, not even a ‘hey, we are working on it.’ The 3002 hasn’t even been addressed, and if someone has direct contant with a GM and tells them about it they assume they are just inputting their info wrong, WE ARE GETTING THIS ERROR BECAUSE OUR ACCOUNT NAMES GOT CHANGED AND SENDING US EMAILS ABOUT CHANGING OUR PW’S WILL NOT WORK I ASSURE YOU. Sitting around for days on end while you guys won’t even address the issue thousands of players are having, then seeing a post about ‘oh crap the gem shop is down we will fix that ASAP!!!’ God forbid you help those who paid 60 dollars to sit around and stare at the wall, instead of fixing the thing that will net you more money first. I’m sorry, you might think I’m being obnoxious, but this is REDICULOUS, SOMETHING, ANYTHING, HAS.TO.BE.DONE. PLEASE.
