Wouldn’t it be much more suitable if there were threads like “Tickets from 2nd September – Post in here!”….“Tickets from 3rd September – Post in here!”.

For one I guess it could help you guys from the support-team sort things easily out, without checking duplicates or stuff which you always moan about.

Second people could estimate how long they’d have to wait before it’s possible to login again.

Third and most important, it get’s hope up for your beloved customer, speaking for my self atleast.

While I did appreciate that someone actually looked at my ticket finally on the 5th, it’s been 9 days since I lost access to my account, and 3 days since escalation. Is there any way to get an ETA on when this will be fixed?

They suppose at the end of this weekend, but no promise given. (source: Dev-Tracker)

NO the recovery-system does not work, because they definitely change your e-mail address.

sadly it didn’t help me. I also get the Errormessage. My guess is, that my character on that account was either deleted or the accountname was changed. One of these – but no promise on that.

If I try loging into my account it says: “Account doesn’t exist” or “E-mail doesn’t exist”

But the funny part: If I try to create a support login with my secure E-mail (which you verified by the way) it tells me, that there already exist an account with this E-mail.
