It’s the 7th day of waiting for a response now.
I got permabanned on the 2nd of september.
Now I did get involved in an inappriopriate group chat (no racism, religious or politcal subjects nor personal attacks or linking to porn) shortly but the fact that it was a straightup permaban (account terminated last sunday) makes me think something else may have been at play as the punishment for a chat offense should not be this extreme.
Nearly all my hope was crushed by the termination.
Can you please shed some light on this?
Also, the reason should be a link to an explanation of why you were banned/had your account terminated.

No, I did not recieve any e-mail as promised by Gaile. It is now a week old and should be already been taken care of.
It is 19:00pm CET and it has been said we should open a new ticket if there hasn’t been any email till evening and you can’t tell me that there would be one in the next couple of hours.
Please help me, I deserve at least a “we’re working on it”, people’s tickets have been resolved much earlier already.
P.S: Send it properly and it will be here, stop asking about my spam folder.

I don’t like making new threads on an issue that I keep having to raise on the forum but I don’t know how else to try to get some attention now- when I posted in this thread earlier, stating that I hadn’t received any emails at all from a CSR, let alone the one that should have gone out after 48 hours, my post was ignored, whereas later ones were answered.
Please, Gaile, throw me a bone here? I’ve heard nothing at all from the CSRs since opening my ticket and it really does feel like, for some reason, it’s being ignored.

I’m completely baffled. I sincerely enjoy playing Guild Wars 2, but you can bet I am doing everything in my power to not have to deal with support at this point.

I dont have company who works with one million costumers but when you make a company that is gonna work with that amount of costumers you have to support them…. so big companys has to be sure that they can support them
