3. Town Clothes
Craftable – Allow players an entire new line of crafting just for town clothes.
Speed Buff – Give a permanent speed buff in (ONLY) cities while wearing town clothes. Keep speed buff vendors in cities for those that choose NOT to wear town clothes.

I wont buy a dye now because I would have to buy it for each character. So until there is a ‘dye pouch’ or something, I wont be buying any dyes

I agree. If laurels are account bound then things you buy with them should be account bound.

I know ArenaNet has said before it was going to add new weapon skills and traits. I thought this would be a good way to add those skills.

I believe ‘The Empress’ title is a good idea.

Each weapon having its own skill set is great. But I was thinking it would be nice to have an option to make your weapon even more customizable. Like in some martial arts there are different fighting styles to use in different situations or by personal preference. The combat system is already set to damage, support, and control. This could make combat even more focused on any of those.
There could be 3 Fighting Styles (or more)
1. Offensive (damage)
2. Defensive (support)
3. Tactics (control)
These could be switched around at will just like the Elementalist switching of attunements. Each weapon would then have 3 different skill sets related to the chosen Style. For example: using a great sword with an Offensive Stance would make all 5 attacks more damage related, while Defensive Stance skills would give more boons and blocking chance.
As it is right now different weapons have this kind of idea, GS is more damage while a shield has the defensive boons. But being able to use a weapon set and get any type of combat strategy out of it would be nice.
